Miguel's Airbnb presentation is misleading as it implies that renters could have guest as long as there aren't parties or no more than 5 guest. He, however, writes at the bottom page that nobody could go inside the condominium, despite writing that renters could have no more than five registered guest, which implies that all one has to do is register your guest, but no more than 5 and no parties. After my registered guest brought a guest, I was accosted my Miguel's representative and told that renters can't bring any guest. Registered guest. therefore, are those that arrive with the renter. it's should be very clear that registered guest are those that arrive with the person, in this case myself upon arrival. You can't register a guest after you arrive. Worst, Miguel's representative went into the condominium without letting me know before she entered the space under the guise that she was dropping off towels. Miguel was very responsive and helped me adjust my stay once I noticed I booked an extra day that I did not need! The airbnb looked exactly like the photos I saw when looking on the app! Have to check in with staff upon arrival because it鈥檚 a secured lot- which made all of us feel very safe during our stay! The restaurant beside the condos had amazing food, and the pool was beautiful! If I ever decide to return to Cancun I will most definitely stay here again!

Das Appartement hat die besten Tage hinter sich. Aber der Blick auf das Meer, die Anlage und der 枚ffentliche Pool waren super. Wir haben die Zeit trotz des nicht allzu besten Zustands sehr genossen.

We enjoyed our stay. Loved our private sundeck. Nice pool and great beach access. Buses run frequently and are cheap so you can get to more restaurants and nightlife which is further down the beach.

Beautiful Airbnb in such a beautiful location! We enjoyed every second of our stay and would come back in a heartbeat. The only thing that was mildly disappointing is that only the glass door to the terrace opened. The other room does not open to the terrace, which isn鈥檛 what was said in the description.

We LOVE this place and hope to come back again. You cannot beat the view, your room is 30 ft from the ocean. The condo is in an older building, built in the 80s that has seen a few hurricanes. Its not new, dont expect a 5 star hotel, expect a vintage beach house feel, with 5 star views. The doors to the condos barely fit anymore, im assuming they wont let the owners replace the doors as they wont match, so there is some hallway noise, but you cant hear your side neighbors at all. There is 24hr security, we felt very safe here. Great pool, great location. 100 yards down the beach is a great place to ocean swim with lifeguards. The restaraunt on site House of the Sea, is excellent, they dont have everything all the time, but they have quality food and mixed drinks. Great staff. Between the restaraunt and the little convenience store you really dont need to leave the condo for anything. For sunset view restaraunts across the street were great 19.5 and Galeon de Caribe.

Miguel鈥檚 condo was exactly as in the photo. It was roomy, clean and the decor was very attractive. For me the main attraction was the unbeatable view of the Caribbean鈥t was magnificent! I鈥檇 bet it was one of the best in the hotel. I didn鈥檛 even bother with the infinity pool - I just sunbathed in my private veranda and dipped in the cooling pool when I got hot. I would mention the condo is in an older bldg, thus was this particular condo. But then again, it鈥檚 probably why it is priced accordingly. There are certainly more modern properties out there and you鈥檒l pay the price too. That being said, this condo has everything you need - especially if what you need is a private space, with an amazing view that takes your breath away. The beds were comfy, the rooms were clean. The restaurant is 30 feet away or so with good food. Miguel was always responsive, as well as Carmen who is on the premises. She was a delight, and always helpful.

Beautiful place, the kitchen has everything you need. Loved my stay. I would've liked to have more bath towels especially for the duration of the stay. A vacume cleaner would've been great to clean the place of the sand. Other than that I would definitely recommend it.
