This property has fully recovered from "Otis" and now offers a complete range of amenities to enhance your stay. The complex includes:

Each bedroom features its own private bathroom. Additionally, there is a service room ideal for accommodating your personal staff or nannies. Many guests also use this room depending on the size of their group.

You will find everything needed to make your vacation memorable. The private and luxurious beach club provides golf cart transportation throughout the complex for convenience.

Location

The location is excellent, with the main highlight being its close proximity to La Isla shopping mall. A special entrance just 20 meters from the tower allows easy access to the mall, making it simple to bring strollers and children without needing a car.

At night, dining options are very convenient. Harry’s restaurant is located almost directly across from the apartment, while SHU restaurant is just 50 meters away.

Guest Access

Designed with families in mind, the complex offers amenities suitable for both children and adults, including:

• Clubhouse with a fully equipped gym
• Spa featuring seven massage cabins, a shower, steam room, and sauna
• Outdoor children’s playground
• Playroom and games room with billiards and ping pong
• Two swimming pools
• Garden areas
• Beach club with restaurant and bar service (children are welcome)

To reach the beach club, guests can request golf cart transportation.

Additional Information

Daily cleaning service is mandatory and costs 500 pesos. The cleaning staff is trustworthy, patient, and excellent with small children, often engaging them in play. Simple meals such as chilaquiles, quesadillas, and eggs can be prepared upon request. More elaborate dishes are also available for an additional cooking fee of 200 pesos per day, separate from the cleaning charge.

You may bring outside items if needed, and taxi expenses will be reimbursed. Payments for cleaning and cooking services are made directly to the staff by cash, deposit, or transfer, covering the entire duration of your stay.

For groups of eight or more, an extra person fee of 650 pesos per night applies. Extra mattresses are available, and additional guests can use the living room and service room. Both children and adults are counted toward this limit.

Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged for an additional 1500 pesos.

Residential Regulations and Fines

The following fines apply for violations of the residential rules:

• Coolers in pools or using towels other than white: 3,000 pesos (second warning)
• Pets in restricted areas or elevators: 3,000 pesos (second warning)
• Use of inflatables exceeding 120 cm: 3,000 pesos (second warning)
• Service personnel or nannies using pools: 5,000 pesos (second warning)
• Hanging towels or clothes on balcony rails: 3,000 pesos (second warning)
• Excessive noise or parties on terraces: 5,000 pesos (second warning)
• Throwing trash or spitting from balconies: 5,000 pesos (second warning)
• Pets inside pools: 15,000 pesos (direct fine)
• Driving over 25 km/h in parking lots: 2,000 pesos (second warning)
• Use of quad bikes, motorcycles, golf carts, or cars on cycling and pedestrian paths (except Bali to beach club section): 5,000 pesos (second warning)
• Bringing vendors into common areas or licensed beach area without management approval: 3,000 pesos (second warning)
• Using common areas without a badge or bracelet: 1,500 pesos per person (second warning)
• Parking in another resident’s spot without consent or parking in a disabled space for more than 15 minutes: 2,000 pesos (second warning)
• Any other infractions outlined in the regulations: 1,000 pesos (second warning)
