Excellent apartment. The team's service is very good and fast. They helped us with everything. I have been coming to La Isla R for years. We had always loved it, but unfortunately it's not the same anymore. The pools don't work, the pools are dirty, and there are no umbrellas because the staff says they are broken. The worst part of the trip was that of the 4 days we were there, we couldn't spend a single day in the beach area. The staff at the development says there is no space, and when we went to the beach there were about 5 spots available. When we asked, they said they are only for owners. (I guess the owners rent to be able to pay maintenance.) So it's no longer convenient to rent an apartment on the island. It's amazing. The development built more than 500 apartments and they only have a few palapas. The security guard treats guests very badly. We were there with my baby and they literally wouldn't even allow us to bring one toy into the pool. Very sad and unfortunate. Such a great development is no longer ideal for renting. For what you pay, it's not worth coming back.
