Rooftop Heated Jacuzzi

10/10 stay at Juan’s place! Great value for the price. We were a group of 13 adults for my bachelorette and had a great time. Nice big communal spaces for everyone to hang out. The upstairs couches have fold out beds fyi (not sure about the downstairs couch). Communication was easy and quick. We had an issue with one of the AC units the first night that was promptly fixed. The cleaning staff were great. Highly recommend chef Kim’s services! He also helped us arrange transportation for a couple excursions. Of note the sargassum was pretty bad on the beach the first week of August. I’d been to Playacar in the past and the water was beautifulllll, so I was a bit disappointed with the sargassum. There are beach chairs and umbrellas with a wagon for use which was nice!

Had a great stay! From the start, Juan was responsive and proactive about communicating. We were able to order items from Walmart in advance of our stay, and Juan and his team took care of accepting the order and putting everything away for us. Upon our arrival, a staff member greeted us to see if there was anything we needed. It felt very welcoming! Chef Kim was so nice and professional. He did grocery shopping for us and cooked most of our meals - which were quite honestly our favorite meals of the trip! The Villa itself is lovely and perfect for a large group. It’s just a quick taxi ride to 5th avenue and walkable to the ferry that takes you to Cozumel. There is also a beach that is a 2 minute walk down the road. Taxis are readily available through contacting the front gate and arrive in less than 5 minutes - even for a large group. 10/10 recommend!

Beautiful surroundings. The neighborhood is divine. The house is nicer than in the photos. Juan recommended activities for us. It was better than being at home. Francisco helped us with the cleaning, and it was a real vacation! We relaxed in a wonderful house and in a beautiful setting. We'll be back next year!

Juan's place was beautiful, very well located, spacious and clean. We were a group of 12 and the house fit us perfectly. Juan's team is incredibly responsive. They helped us with everything, and the daily cleaning was also a great value-add

Fantastic place to stay with a superb welcome. Everything was clean and tidy when we arrived, and we received clear instructions on how everything worked. They came and cleaned and made our beds almost every day, which we didn't know would happen. The area is safe and very close to the sea and the city center. The staff were super nice and did a great job, far exceeding our expectations. Strongly recommend this place! 10/10

Our stay at at Villa Yambu was just what we were hoping for. With easy access to both the beach and 5th Avenue, we always had something new to do, and a great house to come back to. There was plenty of space for two families to spread out while enjoying each other’s company, and we loved winding down and watching stars in the rooftop jacuzzi. Chef Kim’s delicious cooking was a highlight! We had several delicious meals, and he was able to accommodate allergies and food restrictions without anyone having to miss out. We had a wonderful time and would absolutely stay here again!

We had a lovely ladies vacation at Villa Yambu. It had everything we needed and was great for a large group. Highlights were chef Kim & the rooftop jacuzzi. The neighborhood is walkable to 5th ave yet far enough away to be peaceful. Would highly recommend!!

We had a 10/10 experience staying here for my bachelorette weekend. Juan, our host, was really helpful in quickly answering any questions we had before and during our stay. The Airbnb was spacious, clean, cozy, and in a great location, with beautiful tropical scenery throughout. You can easily walk to the beach and to the town area, so you get the best of both worlds in terms of walkability. A major highlight was the private pool and rooftop jacuzzi. The rooftop jacuzzi was heated and had a jaw-dropping view of the ocean. We also booked the chef team recommended by the Airbnb, Chef Kim. I would say this is a must! We booked them for a welcome dinner Thursday night and brunch Saturday, and the culinary experience was unforgettable. Highly recommend Villa Yambu!
