The house is very nice and very comfortable. We had a great time with our family. Everyone was very comfortable. The facilities are very good, and the location is very convenient for walking and just a short walk from the beach (which is very nice).

Safety is always number one when traveling and having the gate guards and information for emergency’s was great and peace of mind. Ferry to Cozumel is a 12 minute walk and to other shops and restaurants. House was just as described. Maintenance man was a text away and responded immediately. All in all a great stay. And a plus that we were able to place a Walmart order and have it organized and refrigerated when we arrived.
