Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you found the place comfortable and appreciated the quiet location.<br/>Regarding check-in, our listed check-in time is 3:00 pm. You arrived at 2:00 pm, and while we always try to have the studio ready early when possible, in this case we needed the full time to complete cleaning properly. The studio was handed over right at 3:00 pm as scheduled.<br/>As for coffee, the listing includes a French press, which is also noted in the amenities section. I believe you said you found it when you asked. <br/>Lastly, we didn’t receive any message during your stay about the air conditioning noise. If we had known, we would have immediately sent our technician to check it. No guests before or after your stay have reported this issue.
