We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. It is conveniently located close to the ferry, bus station and very many great restaurants to choose from. Bailey was a great host!

If you are looking for a beautiful and serene place to stay in Playa del Carmen, look no further. The interior of this condo is gorgeous, impressively well-appointed, and perfectly quiet—it was the ultimate peaceful retreat after a day of eating our way through Playa’s amazing local food scene! The complex amenities are top-notch, featuring gorgeous pools that we loved lounging by every day. The cherry on top of this trip was the people; everyone on the property was genuinely kind and helpful. A very special thank you to Lorena, the wonderful housekeeper, who took such great care of us. We also really appreciated the fast and reliable internet, which was absolutely perfect for making video calls back to the United States. A flawless experience from start to finish! Thank you!!!

Beautifully decorated, well equipped and comfortable. Space and amenities suitable for ourselves and adult children. Peaceful morning coffee porch overlooking pool. Secure, quiet and back out of the traffic area. Located in a complex with great staff. Private pool kept clean and equipped with umbrellas, lounge chairs & a bartender! Small section of beach off the pool. Really enjoyed our stay at Bailey's unit, something for everybody. Great location for any day trip options. One parking space reserved for the unit in front and helpful if you rented a car. Easy 45 - 60 min drive south from Cancun Airport. If you love street shopping, lots of options. Good, quieter restaurants off the pedestrian strip.

It is a very quiet house, and the area is beautiful. At night, you could only hear the wind and the sea, which is very unusual for a property in Playa del Carmen. I've stayed in other parts of Playa del Carmen, and they're a bit or a lot noisier, but not here; it's very quiet, there's a lot of security, and Quinta Avenida is very close, just a few minutes' walk away.

Such an amazing place with just the right amount of on-site amenities that we wanted. Walking distance to local eatery and shops AND the ferry to Cozumel. Ate at the food recommendations and loved every bit of out stay. We will definitely stay here again!

Fantastic time at Bailey’s! Pool/ocean combo was a huge hit with the kids and the place had everything we needed to be comfortable! Bailey was extremely responsive and helpful. 5 stars!

The place was really great. Much better than condo 7212 that we left to move to 7015. The seaweed is a big issue though and the staff couldn’t keep up with it in clearing it out. Thanks Bailey and we appreciate being able to stay till mid afternoon to wait on our taxi to the airport. Thanks. Nancy and Bill

We always enjoy staying at Xaman Ha condos and this unit is great. Remodeled, clean and a nice location on the first floor.

We enjoyed ourselves at Xaman-Xa. Bailey’s condo was extremely comfortable and well-equipped. We had no issues whatsoever. The location could not be more ideal— a short walk to 5th Avenue and all of its attractions, but far enough away to avoid crowds and noise. There isn’t much of a beach associated with the property, but it was still fine to take a dip in the ocean. For beach walking, we found it very easy to walk through the neighborhood and then cut down to the beach, where you can walk for mies,

This place was great! It was perfect for our young family. Close to the famous 5th Avenue, taxis, and restaurants. The beach was great, not too busy. Plenty of space to hang out. The unit is closer to the street, but private. Can’t hear any noise. Thank you!

Bailey's Condo was great. It was my family's and my first time going to Playa Del Carmen. We had been looking for a place to stay that was right by everything, with a pool, and beach access with enough space for the six of us. Let me just say, this condo checked all those boxes. The condo was very clean. Bailey has a housekeeper who comes through every other day or whenever works best for you. That was so nice, and she does such a good job. It's very spacious and open. The huge sliders open all the way to a large balcony that goes from the living room to the master bedroom with a wonderful view of the sea and Cozumel. I really enjoyed sitting out there. There are ruins all around that you can explore. It was the perfect location for everything. I have so much I want to say about this place that I have struggled with the review, because of how much we loved it. Bailey was also great; if I had any questions, she got back to me immediately. The staff is super nice and also very helpful.
