Unit 7015 is one of the most conveniently located in the Xaman Ha complex, providing easy access to both the entrance and the pool.
Step through the extra-wide sliding glass doors onto a double patio that overlooks the garden and the Caribbean Sea, creating a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the view.
Location
This unit’s prime location is one of its greatest assets. Situated directly on the beach and just a five-minute walk from the famous 5th Avenue, you’ll find an endless selection of restaurants, bars, and shops within easy reach.

You can head down to the palapa or swim up to the pool bar to enjoy classic cocktails and bar snacks. For those seeking ultimate relaxation, private in-unit massages are available upon request.
We provide several essentials so you can travel light, including:

Other Things to Note
- The pool and pool bar will be closed for maintenance from September 15 to October 4, 2025.
- September and October are construction months at Xaman Ha. During this period, owners may carry out renovations, which could result in noise between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Saturday. Please consider this when booking.
- Bed configurations have recently changed and photos have not yet been updated:
- Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 3 each have one king bed.
- Bedroom 2 now features two queen beds instead of one king and one twin bed.

Bailey's Condo was very comfortable, roomy and clean. the location was ideal for us. quiet, away from the tourist area but still very walkable to shops and restaurants. the Beach was amazing and we enjoyed everyday going from pool to beach. we loved the drinks and snacks at the pool bar, very convenient. the staff/ security was very kind and kept a close eye on the grounds, we ended up giving our left over food and drinks to them, they did appreciate. this condo has air conditioning which was wonderful for the very warm nights. it was well stocked with lots of extra stuff, food items, seasoning- except cooking oil- we bought and left. Overall we didnt want to leave!!. we would definitely stay here again.

This place was super nice and fit my family of six perfectly. Everything looked just like the pictures, and we didn’t have any issues at all. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook when we felt like it, and the location was right in the middle of everything;walkable and super quiet, which we loved. The views were everything we imagined and more, and being just steps from the beach made it even better.

Condo was great. We had a minor maintenance issue which Bailey responded to and took care of within a reasonable time frame. House keeping came twice during our stay. Condo was well stocked and organized, everything was as pictured. Would definitely stay again or at another of her properties.
