Great condo with everything we needed. The beach was so beautiful and we felt very safe

Bailey's Condo was great. It was my family's and my first time going to Playa Del Carmen. We had been looking for a place to stay that was right by everything, with a pool, and beach access with enough space for the six of us. Let me just say, this condo checked all those boxes. The condo was very clean. Bailey has a housekeeper who comes through every other day or whenever works best for you. That was so nice, and she does such a good job. It's very spacious and open. The huge sliders open all the way to a large balcony that goes from the living room to the master bedroom with a wonderful view of the sea and Cozumel. I really enjoyed sitting out there. There are ruins all around that you can explore. It was the perfect location for everything. I have so much I want to say about this place that I have struggled with the review, because of how much we loved it. Bailey was also great; if I had any questions, she got back to me immediately. The staff is super nice and also very helpful.

The condo is located within a secure complex with a clean pool and manicured grounds. The best part was the proximity to La Quinta Avenida's restaurants and bars which are all within walking distance. The condo is very clean and spacious. The only issue was the large amount seaweed inundating PDC and the surrounding beaches which cause us to be unable to enter the beach. Even though there was a hiccup during our stay, it was handled to our satisfaction by Bailey. Overall, we had a great time and were very comfortable in the condo. I highly recommend staying at Bailey's beautiful condo. Thank you Bailey!!!

Had the best stay!! Would consider coming back again. Stunning views, private beach, felt safe, walking distance to 5th ave & ferry ride to Cozumel. Couldn’t have asked for more!! Bailey was super responsive and made everything easy.

Great place!

Our short stay of 3 nights wasn't nearly long enough to enjoy all that PDC had to offer, but Bailey's place was the perfect location to experience it. Extremely comfortable, amazing views, and quiet, yet only a short walk to the PDC plaza, Quinta Avenida and the ferry terminal. We ate in one night, and the kitchen had everything we needed: oil, s&P, herbs etc. We had breakfast twice at Lara & Lucas, only 5-10mins walk, and there was a Wo'market next door that had organic meat, vegies etc. We used the bbq and cooktop. All in all, a beautiful apartment that we highly recommend. Only thing to note is that there is a flight of stairs to lug suitcases up, but we'd been forewarned by previous review. The instructions on finding it were precise (unless you are hot and bothered and miss reception cos there was a van parked in front - then it's a rabbit warren. My own fault.) Highly recommend.

It is undoubtedly one of the best homes I have ever stayed in, my family and I had an amazing time. The place matches the photos and exceeded our expectations, you have the fifth avenue just a few minutes away and the place is super well equipped, plus the hotel is in the best, we definitely hope to return soon!

We loved staying at Bailey’s condo! The unit itself had great WiFi, great air conditioning, and was clean with plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. The building is well maintained, and the pool was perfect for the kids. There is even a shallow section perfect for toddlers. It’s also right on the beach and walkable to restaurants. Would stay here again!
