The property is beautiful and private. Plenty of room for a large party. The pool was always kept very clean during our stay and the housekeepers were always attentive to any needs. Would rent here again if returning to Cancun.

This place was nothing short of amazing !! The hosts were very responsive, and helpful recommendations were a 10/10 and excursion they provided were also amazing. Me and 15 guest stayed here and every one slept comfortably and enjoyed the place to the fullest. I will be returning!

Everything was super good. Efrén and Rodrigo were attentive and available the whole time. They always answered us and helped us. Omar and Willy helped us if we needed anything. They were super nice and decent, and Willy cooks spectacularly! The house is huge and we slept very comfortably. The beach by the house never had sargassum, and we were able to enjoy it a lot.

This place was once in a lifetime experience. The staff was so helpful and helped plan everything for us. Showed us places to see and chef was amazing with the food. One of the best places I’ve stayed at!

Had a great stay for my best friend’s bachelor party. Couldn’t be happier with the responsiveness and hospitality of Rodrigo throughout the stay, Rodolfo completing the pre-trip call where for 40 mins answered our questions about the house/area, and the housekeepers for always being friendly and helping with upkeep of the house. Great people and much more personal experience than I would expect from a large company. Highly recommend, and if we return to Cancun with a large group, we would love to re-visit !

This Airbnb was awesome! Came with a group of friends for a joint Bachelor and Bachelorette party. Our host Rodo was responsive from the start. He helped planned everything 1 month before the vacation even started. Also called me a couple of days before our trip to finalize all the details. Rodo helped us with all our transportation rides and help us set up the personal chef. Truly felt so safe and taken care of at this Airbnb. Would definitely recommend this Airbnb and would love to come back in the future.

A very pleasant family vacation. The villa had everything we needed and more, making us all very comfortable. Waking up to that landscape brightens your day, and you can enjoy it from any room. The ladies who helped us with the cleaning were very friendly, and the Solmar team was always attentive. We will definitely be back.

We had a time fantastic time in Cancun. The house was great for our 2 families sharing the space. We used Lily's chef services for several of our meals and everything was great! Communication was clear and concise throughout the entire booking process and stay.

I stayed here with a group of college friends for my spring break. The house had tons of room, and the pool and communal space were fantastic. The general areas were cleaned each day, and the cleaners never got in our way. The house is in a gated community, so we felt super safe. There is a small taco stand and grocery store just a couple of minutes' walk away, so any necessities were super easy to get. Would totally recommend this place to anyone.

Great stay, very straightforward and easy to access

My family and I celebrated my 35th birthday at this beautiful, private villa, and the entire experience was unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and well cared for. The housekeeping team was especially impressive. They kept the kitchen and common areas spotless throughout our stay, often anticipating our needs before we even mentioned them. One of the biggest highlights was the in‑house chef. Every meal was delicious, thoughtfully prepared, and reasonably priced. Enjoying incredible food paired with the stunning views around the property was truly something special. Another memorable moment was being able to walk straight from the pool down into the ocean: breathtaking! The master bedroom was also a dream; spacious, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing. In fact, the entire villa offered more than enough room. With six of us, we were extremely comfortable, and the space easily could have accommodated a couple more guests.
