Fantastic stay! Solmar made us feel very welcome. The included cleaning services on weekdays is a game changer. Chef service provided out group with one of the best meals on the trip.

We got the opportunity to stay at this listing through Airbnb in July 2024. Upon entrance, the Airbnb was spacious. The 2 issues we had upon arrival were the pool being dirty and the housekeepers having to come to clean it before we entered. THEN, upon attempt to heat food, the microwave was filled with maggots and the stove was dirty. As the days went along we started to experience more issues. The housekeepers were entering the side door of the house to clean or do their own personal laundry. There was no extra toilet paper in the rooms. We had to ask which took multiple days to receive. Out of our 6-day stay, on night 5 was the first time we received new bed sheets. There is 0 air conditioning in the hallways. We saw flying roaches and bugs coming out of the shower. The toilet also clogged on our first night there and nights following which took the host 2 days to fix. The house was FILLED with mosquitoes. Jacuzzi not heated. The house was big but there were ALOT of issues.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at this stay. They were beautiful views at night of the main strip, and it was very close to the main strip. The house was very clean and spacious and groundskeepers maintained the cleanliness of the main floor only. The host was super responsive, if anything came up, he was quick to our aid. The pool and back house area was a perfect place for my family to have dinner together and to enjoy the large and beautiful pool. I would certainly recommend this day for anyone looking to explore Cancún with their big family!

Amazing property! The photos don't do it justice. There are two buildings - the tower has all the bedrooms (one of them is on the fourth floor, so be prepared to haul baggage up a gorgeous wooden spiral staircase), and then the villa has a kitchen, dining and hang out area, and access to the pools in the back yard. The pools (one large rectangle and one smaller circular) are not heated, but warm up a little bit in the sun, and are really refreshing. There is a dock to view the lagoon, but we mostly ignored it because the lagoon water is a little gross. Tons of birds and lizards stopped by, but unfortunately so did some mosquitos, so definitely bring your repellent. We hired the chef through Solmar and he was PHENOMENAL. Seriously way better food than most of the restaurants we visited! Someone was on site every morning but Sunday to clean up, restock, and clear out any leaves in the pool, and they were very friendly. Highly recommend this place for your next group vacation!
