Todo estuvo súper bien, la atención y disposición de Efrén y Rodrigo todo el tiempo, nos contestaban siempre y nos ayudaban, Omar y Willy nos ayudaban si algo necesitábamos súper lindos y decentes y Willy cocina espectacular! La casa está enorme y dormimos muy cómodas. La playa que tiene la casa de donde nunca tuvo sargazo y pudimos disfrutar mucho.

Vacaciones en familia muy agradables, la villa tenía todo y más de lo necesario para que todos estuviésemos muy cómodos, despertar con ese paisaje te alegra el día y puedes apreciarlo desde cualquier habitación, las señoritas que nos ayudaron con el aseo fueron muy amables y el equipo de Solmar estuvo siempre atento, seguramente volveremos.

We had a time fantastic time in Cancun. The house was great for our 2 families sharing the space. We used Lily's chef services for several of our meals and everything was great! Communication was clear and concise throughout the entire booking process and stay.

My family and I celebrated my 35th birthday at this beautiful, private villa, and the entire experience was unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and well cared for. The housekeeping team was especially impressive. They kept the kitchen and common areas spotless throughout our stay, often anticipating our needs before we even mentioned them. One of the biggest highlights was the in‑house chef. Every meal was delicious, thoughtfully prepared, and reasonably priced. Enjoying incredible food paired with the stunning views around the property was truly something special. Another memorable moment was being able to walk straight from the pool down into the ocean: breathtaking! The master bedroom was also a dream; spacious, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing. In fact, the entire villa offered more than enough room. With six of us, we were extremely comfortable, and the space easily could have accommodated a couple more guests.

Our family of six (kids under 5) enjoyed a stay highlighted by spectacular ocean views throughout the home and a great pool with a shallow shelf perfect for toddlers. The separate sleeping quarters were ideal for nap times, and we appreciated the daily cleaning service, reliable communication, and ease of using Uber/Uber Eats. However, the property requires maintenance and more transparency regarding the 'beachfront' access and staffing. While the view is beautiful, the immediate beach access is unsafe for children due to steep drop-offs and missing glass panels; we recommend walking a block down to the hotel beach instead. Additionally, the pool is in full shade by 3:00 PM and becomes quite cold. Prospective guests should note that the kitchen is shared with staff who full on cook their own meals there throughout the day, which occasionally felt intrusive while we were preparing food for our children. The kitchen itself is functional but needs a refresh.

It was a pleasure working with Solmarrentals. They were extremely responsive to our requests and questions. The excursion to Chichen Itza they arranged was excellent as were the chef services. The housekeeps do a wonderful job. Villa Presidente is a beautiful property with limitations. The home is three stories and there are NO interior handrails. The house is not suitable for older visitors. Also there are no steps leading into the pool nor is there a ladder. The listing mentions a "Butler" but we never encountered anyone meeting that description. The bedroom across from the laundry needs new mattresses or additional foam mattresses. The safe did not work. Also, a reminder that there is no access to a beach. There is access to the water but there are rocks. Beach access is approximately a block away. In spite of these limitations we had a lovely time and enjoyed our stay in Cancun.

The house is beautiful and it great shape. It has everything you need to have a wonderful time. The house was clean, the bedrooms are big and nice with amazing views. If we go back to Cancun we will come back here for sure. Worth every penny.

Overall, our experience at this property was nothing short of amazing. The concierge went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and stress-free. From arranging transportation accommodations, and booking excursions, to providing excellent chef services, they truly made us feel like VIP guests. The property itself was impeccably clean and offered a breathtaking view. It is important to note that the two housekeepers live on the property, so don't be alarmed if you encounter them in the kitchen preparing their meals throughout the day, along with the groundskeeper who is always on hand to assist you. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a luxurious and enjoyable vacation experience.
