Great place great view

Stayed here during our trip to Puerto Peñasco and honestly had a great experience. The place was clean, comfortable, and looked just like the pictures. Check-in was easy, the host was responsive, and the location was super convenient for getting around. The parking situation was smooth too which helped a lot. Overall it had a really chill vibe and made the trip way better. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location on the Mirador Beach. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. The only downside is the loft because its warmer than the rest of the house.

Great place big enough for a full family beach was awsome

Awesome place to stay with our large group!

The beach house fit our big group of 15 adults perfectly. Communication with the home owners was great. The check in-check out process made it a breeze to get in upon arrival and left with ease. Thank you for hosting us in your beach house.

Great Stay!

We loved the house and the location. The front patio saw lots of use! Loved sleeping in the master bedroom with balcony door open to hear the waves outside.

This is our second time staying on this beach, but our first time staying in this house. Such a great time! Will definitely stay at this house again. The pros- *Proximity to the beach/ocean *So much space in the home *2 parking spots in the garage *Walking distance to Manny’s *Beach is not crowded *My family loved looking in the rocks for shells and creatures at low tide *Plenty of vendors selling food and items so you don’t even have to leave the house area *2 fridges are great for food/water storage The cons- *The living area/loft/downstairs rooms didn’t cool off. The thermostat was locked to 76 at the lowest and that wasn’t enough to cool those areas (especially for sleeping). *No dishwasher. So bring disposable coffee cups or plan on hand washing dishes daily. *Bring your own shampoo, conditioner. The pros definitely outweigh the cons and my family enjoyed stayed here. The hosts were quick to respond and let us pay a little extra to check in early. Recommend this home for sure!

Tyler was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had! The house was amazing we had room for the whole family. I loved that you just walk out the door and you have the beach and ocean right there! Not to mention Mannys is a short walk away . We had a great time and will definitely come back again!

Dona Isabela was perfect for us. Beachfront is always the best, but this place was close enough to Mannys that we could easily walk right over and enjoy live bands right on the beach. The location absolutely cannot be beat, and Dona Isabela was squeaky clean and comfortably accommodated two large families. Definitely recommend!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Puerto Peñasco! Our group of 17 people fit comfortably with plenty of space for everyone. The house is even bigger and more impressive in person than the pictures show. The location is perfect—right on the beach and within walking distance to Manny’s and Elixir. It's also just a quick 5-minute drive to the lively 13th Street and the main strip. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and will definitely be back. Highly recommend! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

While the property overall met our needs in terms of space and location, there are some "maintenance issues" that should be addressed and required a visit from the property manager during our stay. Specifically there is a termite issue in the loft, which makes on of the beds unusable. There is also some water damage in the front king bedroom bath because the shower curtain does not properly keep the water in the shower basin. This property is conveniently located within walking distance to Manny's which was a plus for us.

Perfectly located on the beach, super comfortable, had everything we needed, wouldn’t change anything accept we would have enjoyed patio chairs as we utilized the porch area the entire time!

Great place nestled right on Playa Mirador. Can sleep 16-17 hours easily. Walking distance to manny’s and a garage for your car(s). Beach is literally right outside the door. We would definitely come back here again.

Great Time at a great place

Place house was wonderful, close to everything, it was a safe community. The host was fast to respond in every inquiry. Overall was a wonderful weekend and looking forward on staying here again.

Playa mirador is a great beach. Tyler’s place is right on the beach we go every year to RP and this was the best beach experience by far. This part of town is “ rustic” we loved being able to walk to Manny’s, plus a very short drive to the market. The house is exactly as depicted in the description it worked great for our needs. We will definitely consider staying here again. Thanks.

The house was amazing! All amenities readily available, plenty of rooms and beds for the family. Location was perfect, beach front property, very private with respectful neighbors. Exactly what we needed for a relaxing, stress free weekend.

Stayed here with a group of 11 and had an amazing time! There are plenty of beds, bathrooms, and space! The location was great and had plenty of fun places nearby. The cleaning requirements are very reasonable and gave us more time to enjoy the beach.

Tyler’s home is amazing! It’s even better in person! House fit at 16 of us perfectly!! Best part is that each room has a bathroom!! Close to many locations, Beach view is beautiful. Will stay here again next year!

Gorgeous stay! Amazing location, beautiful views, lots to do! Huge home with a lot of room and TONS of natural light (could suck if you’re not a morning person - it will wake you up). Definitely recommend the place!

The house was clean, very comfortable, and a great location! El malecon was a 5 min drive, and the best part was your right in frontof the beach! plenty of space and for a large family. We did have some maintenance issues, but nothing our host did not take care of. Response time was fast and had every question resolved. we recommend staying here and do plan on coming back.

Our stay was extremely enjoyable, beach was right outside our doorstep. Everything we needed was within reach and had enough room for our big family. Our stay was memorable and tyler accommodated our requests quickly. Even when the AC had an issue he was able to get someone to come fix it right away, fantastic hosts and easy to communicate with! I will definitely book in the future with tyler, by far my best experience in rocky point. Thank you!

Great big house in a great location! It was great to wake up and walk out to beach. Plenty of space for a big family, kitchen well stocked with all you need to cook and entertain. Such a plus to have beach towels for our use. Beds were comfortable. Linen was clean. Tyler was quick to reply to all messages and concerns. Will definitely recommend and stay here again when returning to RP.

Great place and location!

This is a nice, large unit. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for a large family gathering!! The water was still warm enough (end of October) for swimming. This trip we saw a sea lion and a pod of dolphins from the front patio. We will be coming back!!

Great location and great for large groups!

Our stay was great from the beginning to the end. We had a few questions during our stay and Tyler replied within minutes which was a big plus. The house is super close to many places which was awesome didn’t have to drive far out. Loved the view of the kitchen you can see the beach which was breathtaking. Definitely made new memories in this home as we celebrate my parents anniversary.

This place was everything and more! The location is perfect and Tyler made sure everything was 5star stay. When we got it there was some needs in the property and we had a handyman in less than 2 hours! Definitely recommend this stay for an amazing vacation

Excellent stay

This stay was perfect for our family trip! Back door opens up right to the beach. Our only issue was the wifi was not connecting and the house felt a little bit warm even with the AC running. Would recommend this stay to every one I know and will be booking this place again in the near future.

The place is really big. The pictures don't do the location justice. We were even able to park 3 cars in the two car garage. Our group really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back. Definitely recommend.

We rented the house for our families first visit to Rocky Point. The house is very spacious and has all the amenities that you need. It was nice that everyone had their own bathroom. I would recommend this house to anyone who has a large gathering and want to be right on the beach.

Great stay

This house was ideal for 5 couples (although it can sleep way more than 10). Each bedroom had a large bed and bathroom. If you like being close to town, it's ideal, as you can walk to Manny's and the fish market is just a few minutes away. The house was clean and temperature was great. Everything worked and the garage was a plus--fit 2 cars in. We only had one negative experience, which was the local wave runner rental guys decided to set up right in front of us on the beach, and when we tried to swim in the area they were being rude and riding fast and getting close to us in the no wake zone. I reached out to Tyler and he was very responsive and offered to get his property manager to come out. But we were able to work things out and co-exist. They didn't show up the next day, which was a blessing. Check in and out was easy, directions were spot on, and there was a couple of pages of recommendations for local activities and restaurants/bars which was very helpful.

This location was the perfect spot to be close to everything and still get a beach view. The host responded very quickly and effectively as well

This is a great place to stay in Rocky Point. Right on the beach. Perfect for large groups. Plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms. Very clean. I highly recommend this place for your next trip. I will stay here again.

Big place! Great for big families or groups of friends.

14 of us stayed at Tyler’s place and we loved it! The guests were amazed at how big the home was and we all fit comfortable with room to spare. The convenience of having the beach right out the back door, made it worth while and everyone is right about Mannys being so close (walking distance). The house was clean, instructions were clear, check in was easy. I can’t say enough good things! Thank you!!!

Very nice place

The home was very accommodating for our large group. We loved that every room had its own bathroom. We had plenty of room for everyone.

We had 3 families enjoy this home and loved everything about it! It was the perfect vacation home that accommodated all of us. Tyler was a great host and was quick to answer any question we had during our stay. We’ll definitely be going back!

Awesome place, the location is really nice and the rooms are really spacious.

First off this house and location is amazing. Not only was the house perfect but Tyler made sure we had the best vacation. He responded every time I had a question or needed something. Leading up to the trip he also made sure we knew everything about the house and the area. We are already planning another family stay at the house. I was worried about the beach being overcrowded but that wasn’t the case. We had so much space to setup our beach tent and our chairs. Such a good time for our family and friends.
