For the most part it exceeded our expectations and was nicer than I was expecting from the photos. Great location right on the beach, easy to get a cab from Mannys to other parts of town.

Stayed here during our trip to Puerto Peñasco and honestly had a great experience. The place was clean, comfortable, and looked just like the pictures. Check-in was easy, the host was responsive, and the location was super convenient for getting around. The parking situation was smooth too which helped a lot. Overall it had a really chill vibe and made the trip way better. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location on the Mirador Beach. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. The only downside is the loft because its warmer than the rest of the house.

This house is super fun to rent for big groups Pro. So much space to sit/sleep Direct beach access, the beach is fun for swimming and tidepooling Close to shopping Price fair for home location/condition Pets allowed Bathroom and beach towels provided w/d and AC Con The house is older and has some idiosyncrasies, and is "well-loved". If you prefer everything to be in perfect working condition, this is not the place for you. Water pressure is low in many bathrooms No exterior shade or furniture, make sure to bring your own No drinking water provided

Was pretty bumbed out for a house that holds 17 people …2 showers did not work at all meaning we had to wait and take turns.. and the water pressure was too low! Even to wash your hands The second floor room was too hot as well as the living room, my kids had to be moved from there because they could not fall asleep due to how hot it was You were not being able to feel any AC at all

The beach house fit our big group of 15 adults perfectly. Communication with the home owners was great. The check in-check out process made it a breeze to get in upon arrival and left with ease. Thank you for hosting us in your beach house.
