Amazing cabin

The place is beautiful. The cabin was super clean and tidy. The service was wonderful. They made us feel right at home, attended to all our needs and were attentive to any situation to resolve it. The food was delicious and plentiful, with a wide variety of choices. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathrooms were very clean. Overall, the experience was very pleasant, and I recommend it 100%

It's a very comfortable cabin. It has everything you need to have a good time, but the road to get in and out is a very difficult climb if you don't have a 4x4 vehicle.

The accommodation is very, very cozy and relaxing. It allows for contact with the environment in a wonderful way. The design is very elegant. Contact with the felines allows you to better understand how important it is to protect the tiger. Ángel's service is always attentive and friendly. It's really worth it. I recommend it, and I will surely return, because it takes more time to enjoy the stay.

We had a problem at check-in, so it had to be 40 minutes later. When we entered, they were finishing cleaning, but Angel still compensated us for the time, and we always received a positive response from him. I recommend eating at the complex's restaurant, since the food is very tasty, the service is very good, and the prices are affordable. My family and I are delighted with the place and the service we received at all times. A plus is that next to Keila, we can bring in cats.

EXCELLENT PLACE, EVEN BETTER THAN IN THE PHOTOS. THE HOST IS SUPER ATTENTIVE TO EVERYTHING, EASY TO CONTACT. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. THE VIEW IS BEAUTIFUL.

The place is unique and special!!! If it matches what it offers, the hot tub is wonderful, and it's the ideal place to spend time with friends, your partner, or family (teenagers and older). Note: I went with my kids, and they had a great time; they were the happiest people there. However, it was difficult for us to let them roam freely due to the danger of the stairs and slopes. I think the place is more suitable for adults/young people. The reason for my rating is that I struggled with cooking… the kitchen has potential, but it lacks basic cooking utensils as well as a more capacious refrigerator. I believe that, for the type of place and service, it needs and deserves these things… Obviously, this did not prevent us from enjoying our stay; however, I mention this in order to improve future stays and because we want to return. Ángel is the best host I've encountered in a long time. I think their service and proactivity are the best thing about the place. Thank you, Angel!!! Samantha and family

A beautiful cabin with all the amenities; we loved it. We also loved the activities in the park—an experience you absolutely cannot miss. It is definitely worth it, and Angel's service was excellent at all times. We will be back. ✨

Excellent, we really liked the stay, the cabin is new as well as its furniture and utensils, the service was very good, friendly and the stay with the tigers was excellent, the "cinema" screen in the garden is very cool for watching a movie at night and the jacuzzi is in perfect condition, we will return. PS. We had a problem at check-out and the host was very accessible and patient with us, highly recommended.

Beautiful cabin, everything super tidy and clean, the managers super friendly and helpful, I fell in love with the place, a really magical experience with the tigers. Everything in the place is perfect, the master bedroom is awesome, and the outdoor cinema is not to be missed, we will definitely be back soon.

I recommend this cabin 1000%. Everything is super beautiful with a beautiful view of the tigers. The cabin is super cool, very well equipped for any need and super comfortable. The place where it is located is beautiful and easy to get to, and all the staff are super friendly and helpful. You can also order food and they bring it to your door. Obviously you have to pay for the food, but it's worth paying every penny for the food, cabin and everything around it. They have a variety of food and it tastes very good. My children loved everything so much that it was difficult for us to leave that place. It's beautiful, I would stay to live there. If everything looks beautiful in the photos, wait until you see it in person, it's much more beautiful, you won't regret renting it.

The best cabin in mazamitla and salvage del tigre they are friendly and very service about breakfast and dinner they bring your food at cabin it's like your family to. I would come every year 10 star.

Keila is beautiful, much more than I expected. The cabin was impeccable, it lacked absolutely nothing. We had no problems, and when we had any questions, Angel and the Sabino team responded very quickly. Keila's team made sure my partner and I were having the best time possible. In addition, they brought us breakfast to the cabin. The cabin is located next to the Camino Real del Tigre, and it is simply spectacular. The windows, wooden floors, glass walls, transparent ceiling, and jacuzzi are absolutely stunning. I give this cabin and Keila's team 10 out of 10 stars. Your experience in Mazamitla will be much better if you stay here.
