The place is beautiful. The cabin was super clean and tidy. The service was wonderful. They made us feel right at home, attended to all our needs and were attentive to any situation to resolve it. The food was delicious and plentiful, with a wide variety of choices. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathrooms were very clean. Overall, the experience was very pleasant, and I recommend it 100%

The cabin is exactly as shown in the listing: very nice, well maintained and with a different concept from the others. Without a doubt, being next to the tigers and being able to spend time with them makes the experience unique and unforgettable. Also, the hot tub and projector worked very well. However, there were some details that affected our experience. Upon arrival, they did not explain to us how the Jacuzzi, the projector or the screen worked, nor did they provide us with the password for the internet. Since the phone signal is limited, it was difficult to communicate to request that information. The workers were really very kind in helping us. But even though we arrived at 3:00, we really couldn't start enjoying the cabin until after 5:00 due to these inconveniences. We also noticed that some of the advertised amenities were missing, such as drinking water, wines, and charcoal. Also, there weren't enough plates or utensils for all the guests

Everything was very comfortable. Excellent what was offered in the cabin, and it was also very private. I had read that there was no privacy, but they already fixed it and everything was comfortable And with privacy in the area I went with friends and couples, and we had a great time. Recommended. It's a good experience 👍🏽

It's a very comfortable cabin. It has everything you need to have a good time, but the road to get in and out is a very difficult climb if you don't have a 4x4 vehicle.

The accommodation is very, very cozy and relaxing. It allows for contact with the environment in a wonderful way. The design is very elegant. Contact with the felines allows you to better understand how important it is to protect the tiger. Ángel's service is always attentive and friendly. It's really worth it. I recommend it, and I will surely return, because it takes more time to enjoy the stay.

We had a problem at check-in, so it had to be 40 minutes later. When we entered, they were finishing cleaning, but Angel still compensated us for the time, and we always received a positive response from him. I recommend eating at the complex's restaurant, since the food is very tasty, the service is very good, and the prices are affordable. My family and I are delighted with the place and the service we received at all times. A plus is that next to Keila, we can bring in cats.

Cabin was beautiful host was very responsive and cooperative we had a very late check in due to coming from and international flight but he was very attentive then and throughout our entire stay
