My family had a lovely stay at Agua Grande! The pool was fantastic, the view was breathtaking and the beds were so comfortable. Magaly and Javier were always very helpful with whatever we needed.

Beautiful property, incredible views, very friendly staff. It is preferable to go in a 4x4 vehicle with a good driver. We enjoyed it very much.

Will definitely be back. Pictures dont do the place justice and location was incredible. We had adult guys trip but house and location would be great for kids as well. House Staff goes above and beyond each and every day. Dont hesitate to book this amazing house if in the San Juan Del Sur area.

Book this house! Everything is just as described and even more beautiful than the photos. We had everything we needed for our family of 7 and we did not want to leave. The views are amazing and we enjoyed watching our kids take surf lessons from the pool. All of the restaurants in the cove are amazing and everyone is so friendly. Javier and Magaley are the cherry on top! They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect and that we had everything we needed. And you must get Magaley to cook for you during your stay. She really is an amazing cook and we loved everything she made! Thank you Ksenia, Javier and Magaley for a wonderful vacation!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Dulce Vida at Pelican Eyes in San Juan del Sur! The house exceeded all of our expectations. It is beautifully designed, spotless, incredibly comfortable, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The location is unbeatable right in front of the Bistro and just steps away from the swimming pool, making it incredibly convenient while still feeling peaceful and private. It was the perfect place for our group to spend quality time together,. Ksenia was an exceptional host. She was kind, responsive,. Her hospitality truly made our stay even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly located place to stay , we highly recommend Dulce Vida. Villa Mariposa is a gem. This is our second time staying and you will not ve disappointed. Fatima and Santos are also amazing. They cooked and kept up with the house and helped us with places to go. Love the Villa Mariposa.
