Will definitely be back. Pictures dont do the place justice and location was incredible. We had adult guys trip but house and location would be great for kids as well. House Staff goes above and beyond each and every day. Dont hesitate to book this amazing house if in the San Juan Del Sur area.

My wife and I had an amazing stay in Remanso. The property was beautiful, well maintained, and the perfect place to relax and enjoy the area. Ksenia was a fantastic host, responsive, helpful, and made everything easy from start to finish. A special thank you to Hazel and Ivan, who took excellent care of us during our stay. They were incredibly friendly, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality truly made the experience even better. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Remanso. We hope to return again in the future!

My wife and I have been coming to Ksenia’s long before Casa Nueva, we were the first to stay at Agua Grande. To say the least, there was no question as to what we were expecting coming to Casa Nueva. Even with our 2 young kids this time around, it’s the same therapeutic experience. Ksenia’s crew, and communication throughout our stay is spectacular, nothing compares and it’s why we’ve come every year for the last 4 years. Thanks again Ksenia, Hazel and her husband Ivan for making our stay even better this time.

Nuestra estancia en esta casa fue simplemente excelente. Desde el primer momento nos sentimos como en casa. La propiedad es incluso mejor de lo que muestran las fotos: limpia, cuidada al detalle y muy bien equipada con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. Sin duda, volveríamos a alojarnos aquí y lo recomendamos al 100%. ¡Una experiencia de 10!

Very nice house, clean, well equipped. Pool and view are the best in the area for sure. Ksenia was very quick to respond, helpful and clear. Cesar and Hazel were great. Good communication, cleaning the house everyday, helping with taxis , massages, and others. I would recommand this place to anyone, remanso is a nice, intimate beach with a fun beginner surf vibe, good restaurants on the beach.
