The neighborhood is very nice and 3 minutes from the beach. The house is also beautiful, however you can see that some repairs are needed, for example: some kitchen cabinets didn't close properly, but these are minor things. Other than that, everything was very clean and organized.

Beautiful property, incredible views, very friendly staff. It is preferable to go in a 4x4 vehicle with a good driver. We enjoyed it very much.

The experience was absolutely amazing! Our family and friends enjoyed every single moment, the walk to the beach was convenient and the people taking care of us, Alan and Leticia were absolutely fantastic and so caring for us. Helped us every chance. We are looking forward to coming back again!

Great location! Quick walk to the beach where you will find a few restaurants/bars with the friendliest staff. San Juan Del Sur a quick drive also. The house was clean. Fit multiple families of 13 comfortably. Caretakers very helpful with everything. Kensia very quick to answer all of our questions and gave excellent recommendations. Would definitely stay again!
