This property was exactly what my family of four needed. Home was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was enjoyed quite a bit and we loved hanging out and listening to all the birds around us. I would totally recommend to anyone looking for a very lovely place to stay while enjoying all that Tulum has to offer.

The beds were very comfortable, the AC worked perfectly, and the kitchen was well equipped. Communication with the host was seamless. They were responsive, helpful, and provided clear instructions for check-in and local recommendations. If you’re looking for a stylish, well-located, and relaxing place to stay in Tulum, Casa Palmera is an easy choice. I would absolutely stay here again.

Everything about this rental property was absolutely perfect. The pool area was amazing, the beds and pillows were very comfortable. There is also AC in every bedroom and main area which is something this property offers over competition. The place was spotless clean and the hosts were very responsive. We very much appreciated the neighboorhood and felt very safe even with children any time of day and night. There are lots of great reataurants and bars at a short walking distance, but far enough so you can enjoy being outside and hear nothing but the soft sounds of the tropical birds flying by. This place in Tulum should definately be your next Mexican accomodation. To be enjoyed with a margarita and a side of guacamole !

Casa Palmera = favorite Top family ❤️ vacation! Great house, immediate chill atmosphere. Spacious bedrooms, living room bathed in light, top kitchen for feasts. Convenient laundry room. Perfect pool for lounging — we even spent a whole day enjoying: barbecue, deckchairs, sun = happiness 🌞 Super comfortable beds, air conditioning throughout the house = cool nights guaranteed! Shops and restaurants nearby to mix things up. And special mention to Pepe, the neighbor: super nice, he rents scooters/quads and takes care of a shelter for super cute cats 😻 My nieces and I melted when we saw the newborn kittens. We'll be back for sure!

What a great place for our family. We wanted somewhere away from the main hotel zone and was close to restaurants. We hired a car and everything was a breeze, able to get where we wanted with no hassles. And at the end of the day we had a fantastic house to come home to, with its pool and amenities. Cédric and Laurette were very responsive (not that we had many queries) and overall the house made for a chill and relaxing holiday.

Felt like a home away from home, very clean and incredibly comfortable. The pool was a fantastic bonus and got plenty of use. Communication was fast and friendly throughout. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay.

Turning right onto a pot holed dirt road late at night we wondered if we had picked the right place but Cedric's home the turned out to be wonderful. The backyard pool area was a highlight for us, great for all day lounging. Kitchen is well equipped, games for kids, large open spaces. You are not located in a tourist area which was nice, there are many walkable great local restaurants. The main street with the restaurants is currently dug up which was unfortunate but it should be completed in a month. Pepi with the cat sanctuary and quad/scooter rental across the street was very convenient. Enjoyed the stay, thank-you.

Cedric’s house was great! The location is the developing area of La Valeta but in walking distance to some charming restaurants a breakfast spots. The drive to the beach is an easy 12-15 minutes and 5 minutes to downtown Tulum. The responsiveness and attentiveness of the host through the entire stay was exceptional. And the beds were some of the most comfortable I have ever slept in at any property. We had such a great time enjoying the conveniences of home and spending many hours by the pool between our beach time. I highly recommend!

Ahhh, Casa Palmera! We will make you a yearly visit fear not. Living Tulum during the day, lost ourselves in the ocean and the jungle fearless knowing we had a safe arbor at night. Let's put it simply, felt like it was our very home. BBQ & HappyHour by the pool and some cool down night in confortable bed. Don't wanna cook, the cross street has your back: start by stopping at Carlito to have the best Mexican Street Fusion Food of your life (ai travel for a living, I know my street food). Our daily walkable highlight: Nimeno 200m away (coffee, croissant and lunch as you were in southern France). Ok, you think I am overly selling it, here is a complaint... for the size of the wall the TV could be a 110 inch... Voila! But seriously, who need a TV in Tulum ;-) Kids note: great to have Disney+ and Netflix for the morning booting sequence. Thank you a milion Casa Palmera: you are part of our families memories for ever! Like I said, see you very very soon!

We were 5 adults and 3 kids for 2 weeks and I’d recommend this place. The hosts are great, responsive and friendly. The location is great, lots of restaurants and amenities close by. We felt safe and the neighbours were friendly. We had one bad sleep however because it was festival season and the bar/restaurant 150m away was playing music so loud it shook the house. Still 5 stars because it was out of the hosts control and everything else was great.

Great Airbnb. My toddler loved the pool and the toys. Walking distance to restaurants ( less than 3 mins). If you like cats across the street the neighbour has a cat refuge, very friendly. Great communication with the hosts and easy check in.

Our group of 6 friends had an awesome stay at Casa Palmera, it was super walkable to a lot of lovely bars and restaurants and filled with a lot of gorgeous touches. Everything was perfect, would 100% come back if we were in Tulum again!!

Nice place to stay in Tulum. Spacious, bright and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the laundry facilities after a long stay around Quintana Roo. The neighborhood has just enough shops and restaurants but the drive to town center and the beach were very close.

6 of us stayed for a family vacation and we heavily enjoyed our stay! It is centrally located with lots of local yummy places and had all the basic necessities. The pool and grill are both great to stay in as well. You are staying amongst locals which we personally loved because it was only a 15 minute drive to the more “touristy” area. It also has a couple of cenotes close by which is a great addition. The manager was responsive and helpful when needed without being overbearing. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in a group!

We had an amazing stay! The place was beautiful, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable. The security of the property added to our peace of mind. One of the highlights was the pool—it was perfect for cooling off after our outings and made our stay even more enjoyable. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood in the center of Tulum, so expect to be among locals, which added a more authentic experience. The property manager was very responsive and quickly sent someone over to fix a minor issue in the bathroom. She also gave us great advice on the beach area and was very flexible with our requests. Highly recommend this property!

We had a great time with the family, with our 2 children (4 and 6 years old) who enjoyed the beautiful pool! Think about mosquito lotion in the late afternoon. Cédric and his team were very kind and communication was very easy, they responded quickly to any questions we had. On site, the accommodation was beautiful, the washing machine and dryer were very useful to us. Also, the accommodation is very well located in Tulum with correct remote access to restaurants on foot and we had a car for the many activities around Tulum: Cenotes, Ruins, Azumal Bay, Park Xei Ha... I recommend it to all families who want to come to Tulum to stay at Cédric's.

The house is much better than the photos , and the pool is nice in the evenings and nights after you do your activities in the day . A lot of good food around , the host is very friendly and always ready to answer any questions .. I would come back again without thinking about it worth it .

We had a fantastic two weeks staying at Casa Palmera. The place is close to lots of shops and restaurants. We hired bikes to get around Tulum and it’s a 15 minute cycle to the beach. Casa Palmera is even better than the pictures show. The bedrooms are spacious and the pool and garden are beautiful. We didn’t want to leave. We had a small problem with one of the AC units, as soon as we reported it, the problem was fixed in no time. Communication was easy and we always got quick responses. I would definitely rent again if we are lucky enough to visit Tulum in the future. You can book Casa Palmera with confidence. Thank you Cédric and Laurette.

My family had a wonderful stay at Casa Palmera in Tulum. The house is stunning and we were extremely comfortable there. It was a wonderful location, very walkable to shops and restaurants, however off of the main road. The private pool was a dream to relax on hot days. We felt very secure with the gates and security system. Cedric and Laura were able to recommend drivers and tours to enhance our stay. the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked with essentials. we were able to cook daily without worry. I would recommend this wonderful house to anyone traveling to Tulum.

Such a beautiful home! It was easy to check in, everything was clean, and hosts were very responsive. The area is quiet and relaxing but if you’re looking for some music, there are some great restaurants and bars down the street. Cedric recommended Leo to help us with taxis and he was great! Always on time, fair prices, and coordinated with an additional driver to account our group of 6. Overall would stay here again!

Wonderful stay.

We spent the most wonderful month at Casa Palmera! The house is beautiful and clean. We loved the location. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. The beds are comfy and we had everything we needed for a long stay. Our only regret was not being able to stay longer!

Casa Palmera was perfect in every way. Great location and great layout for the 7 guest we had with us.

The space matches the description and photos and allowed us to have a great stay. Cedric responded and was responsive to address issues during our stay (very good neighborhood, lots of very good restaurant nearby, grocery store within walking distance...) The only downside was the swimming pool it was difficult to enjoy because it was too cold to be able to swim in an extended way in it. Otherwise, beautiful.

Really enjoyed our stay at Casa Palmera, in the heart of La Veleta. We loved the layout, the furnishings, and especially the pool!! Several nice shops and restaurants nearby and easy access to all of Tulum's wonders by car/atv/moto. Great homebase for trip - highly recommend!

Casa Palmera (Cedric Listing) is a beautiful spot. The listing photos 100% match with reality. Super responsive, when I had a question or concern the property manager responded. My friends and I enjoyed our stay and recommend for folks who want to experience Tulum to stay there.

Gorgeous modern home! The photos don’t do it justice. It has everything you need to feel right at home. Perfect for our family of five. The pool area is really nice. The property is easy to find and walking distance to great restaurants. I had the best flat white at “Raum”, best chilaquiles and sandwiches at “La Pebeta” and best cocktails at “Mistico Restaurant & Bar”. I highly recommend all three places. We had a car rental but you can easily get by in a scooter. There is a lot of construction going on in the neighborhood which didn’t affect our stay other than this potentially being the reason for the power outage in the area. We understand this is something out of the host’s control, however; an electric generator would have saved us from experiencing a very long, unbearable hot and humid night. Other than the unfortunate night w/o electricity, we loved our stay at Cedric’s place and hope to be able to book again next time we visit Tulum.

Cedric’s home is in a great location when it comes to Tulum. You are walking distance to the main road with all types of restaurants / bars. Or you can take one of the provided bikes and go to the beach in a short amount of time! The home was very clean and perfectly suited for anything we needed. We had a wonderful time while staying here. P.S. we highly recommend eating at Maria’s across the street from Tuesday-Friday. She has really cheap food that is very delicious!

Cedric’s place was absolutely gorgeous and truly has everything you need for your stay in Tulum. It is a very walkable area with lots of restaurants and small grocery stores nearby. I recommend renting a car or at least a scooter for getting to further places like cenotes and the beach. The property manager was also so great and reached out consistently throughout the week! We have already recommended this place to friends and family!

We had such a good time staying at this place during a recent boy's trip. It was centrally located and walkable to many great bars and restaurants. Cedric was also extremely responsive and gave great recommendations on places to eat and things to do in the neighborhood. I would highly recommend staying here if you're ever in Tulum.

Cédric was a great host and accommodated a very last minute booking that I made at midnight for the following day. This is my 3rd time in Tulum and Casa Palmera is by far my favorite place I have stayed so far. It is right off of Calle 7 (1 min walk) which is the main strip in La Veleta, but far away enough from the noise making it a very peaceful stay. The house is very spacious. Although it was just my husband and I, I can see this house being perfect for a family or a few couples. The house was very clean and provides nice linens. Bed in the master was really comfortable. The backyard and pool was really nice with comfortable furniture as well. The security system also made me feel safe during my stay. I will definitely be back here next time I am in Tulum!

Casa Palmera was a perfect place for our family of 5 to spend the week. Clean, fully stocked, plenty of space, a great pool, walkable to La Veleta restaurants (and a bit further walk into main Tulum town) and bikes to get to the beach. We had a peaceful and relaxing stay, and the house offered everything we needed.

What you see is what you get! There’s no trick photography - the pool is as big as it looks, the bathroom tiles really are adorable, and the place is spacious. I love that there was a safe, locked, place for us to park our rental car. The kitchen is very well appointed, and the hosts allow an accumulation of useful items (ie alcohol, bug spray, and sunblock) to be passed from each guest to the next. We’d love to stay here again!

First family stay in Tulum and you couldn't find it better than on this magnificent house, bedding is much more than comfortable, beautiful bathrooms, pleasant pool. The main main avenue is within walking distance (5-10 min). Laura (the real estate agent) who announces check in instructions and who as well as being super nice she was always available to tell us the good recommendations in the area. Honestly, we had a wonderful week. Thanks again Cedric and Thank you Laura.

the place is highly recommended! We (my husband, my parents, my 1 year old son and I) loved the house. It is beautifully furnished, clean, large and has everything you need. We were able to cook daily, the kitchen is super equipped. Also for our son everything was there; a high chair, a baby bed and even beach toys. The pool is fantastic and was used by us daily. Small shops and restaurants are within walking distance, the area is quite quiet (depending on which neighbors check in next door) and the house looks very safe. The only “problem” is that the beautiful beaches are quite far away. Not really feasible on foot and about 30 min by bike. Unfortunately, the bikes in the accommodation were a bit too small for us or we are too big ;-) So it is definitely recommended to rent a car (expensive). last but not least; Laura was so nice and helpful, we had great contact with her and always felt welcome!

The house was perfect and we had a wonderful stay. The pool was great, the rooms and house designed so beautifully and everything was there that we needed. It was a perfect space to cook and eat together as a family and there are also good restaurants in walking distance. There were bikes we could use which was great to cruise around the area. The area was safe and we felt a good place to be with kids, away from the very busy main streets. If you are travelling with small kids we would recommend a car to get to the beaches, as grown ups or older children you can cycle it most probably. A really great place can def recommend!!!

Cedric’s home was a wonderful space to spend time with family (4 adults, 2 kids fit very comfortably), working from home, and planning excursions. We highly recommend a rental car for day trips, but meals & shopping were walkable. Airbnb neighborhood is quiet, clean, safe, and just 10 minutes from the busy city center! Beaches in Tulum are breathtaking, but the pool access was a treat. Laura the local property manager was professional, responsive, and very helpful for our first trip to Tulum. Thank you all for making our stay so easy!

Wonderful property, very comfy for 6-7 people. It's almost brand new and it's great location, 1 block from Calle 7 where you can find variety of restaurants and small shops. Also this street is not so crowdy, so you can enjoy a rest by the pool. Beach clubs or public beach are just about 10-20min by car.

Beautiful stay in Casa Palmera. Everything was perfect when we arrived. Communication with Cédric was easy and the process was easy. The rental of the house allowed us to be part of local life and to have all the amenities nearby. The cleanliness was impeccable and everything was there for a perfect stay. This is probably the nicest house in the neighborhood: spacious, clean, nicely decorated, with good facilities (fast internet, pool, security alarm, Netflix on TV, etc). It's also conveniently within walking distance to the main street for shopping & restaurants, although you do need to take a taxi to get to the beach. We were welcomed by the property manager Laure who was super helpful with vacation tips and tour recommendations. There was an unfortunate event during our stay, which we were able to work out smoothly together despite the initial miscommunication. Some other minor annoyances include: there's no microwave, so be ready to cook using the stoves; one shower (the one in the bathroom shared by two bedrooms) has relatively low water pressure and can be a bit frustrating to use, so consider taking turns using the other one; although 2 bikes are helpfully provided, one of them is not really usable since it has its chain fall off every 2 minutes. At the end of the day, none of these really bothered us that much, and overall it was a very enjoyable experience.

The beautiful house looks exactly like the pictures describe. The pool was always clean and since the house was recently built, all the appliances and AC units worked perfectly. Internet was very fast and had signals all over the entire property. We had a very unfortunate (uncontrollable) event occur during our month-long stay but I can confidently say the owner of the property handled the situation very well. I would stay here again if the opportunity arises. Thank you!

Casa Palmera is a dream villa! We had a great time with my partner and three of our friends. The villa is new, modern, bright and very comfortable. The pool and the barbecue are also very enjoyable during the day and in the evening. The location is ideal, in a pleasant and quiet area and close to everything (shops, beach,etc.). Ladies & gentlemen, if you are thinking about staying in Tulum, this is a beautiful option. It is not on the water BUT it’s about 15 mins from the beach & super close to the town/supermarket/restaurants/shopping. The house itself was BEYOND gorgeous. It fit a group of 5 girls perfectly !! We went for a birthday trip & Cedric was nice enough to order cupcake pans so we could celebrate our friends bday with some sweet treats! Every angle of this house is a photo shoot ! I Can’t express my appreciation for this space enough, as this was our home away from home in Tulum ! The a/c is fantastic, the showers were beautiful overhead, & the beds were super comfy! There was also PLENTY of drinking water that Cedric left for us, infinite gratitude! Also, did I mention the pool? It is gorgeous & perfect for a dip on those hot days! The place has great security too, there is an alarm on the house & there is gates that lock the car in, so everything is safe & secure ! If your thinking of this space as an option do it! You’ll be happy you did!
