Diseñamos Casa Palmera con Caty, una arquitecta excepcional de Tulum, y nuestro amigo Pato, de Chuunpak Inmobiliara, la construyó.
Desde el principio, nos enfocamos en tres prioridades:
- Crear una atmósfera auténtica de Tulum mediante el uso de materiales locales siempre que fuera posible e incorporando una decoración inspirada en el estilo Gypset.
- Hacer que Casa Palmera fuera adecuada para dos familias o un grupo grande de amigos, reflejando nuestro amor por viajar con amigos.
- Operar de la manera más responsable y consciente posible mediante:
- Paneles solares que compensan el 55 % del consumo de electricidad proveniente de combustibles fósiles.
- Dispensadores de jabón rellenables.
- Una política ecológica para el uso de toallas.
- Dos bicicletas disponibles para los huéspedes.

We had an amazing time at Cedric’s house. It is perfectly located with all amenities at walking distance. The house is spacious and well equipped. The host was very communicative and helpful in everything we needed. We highly recommend it for families with children as ours love the house and the swimming pool

We stayed here for a bachelorette weekend with a group of 7 ladies, and overall had a really great experience. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive throughout our stay. They even allowed us to check in early so we could decorate the house with balloons and set everything up for our bride before the rest of the group arrived, which we really appreciated. The space itself was beautiful, spacious, and in a great location in La Veleta, Tulum — walking distance to oxo, pharmacy, many amazing restaurants, and cafes! We also felt very safe during our stay as the house had a security system in place. The only downside was that when we arrived on Thursday, the AC in the kitchen/common area was not blowing cold air. Thankfully, all of the bedroom AC units worked well. A mechanic came Friday morning to fix the issue, and we appreciated how promptly the host responded. We later noted that the refrigerator wasn’t cold either. Overall it was an amazing stay and beautifully home.

This property was exactly what my family of four needed. Home was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was enjoyed quite a bit and we loved hanging out and listening to all the birds around us. I would totally recommend to anyone looking for a very lovely place to stay while enjoying all that Tulum has to offer.

Great host and location! Had some minor plumbing issues upon arrival, but was taken care of within the hour of notifying the host. Maintenance was friendly and had some great local recommendations!

Our stay at Casa Palmera in Tulum was exceptional from start to finish. The property is even better than the photos, beautifully designed, spotless, and thoughtfully curated with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The space feels private and peaceful, yet it’s perfectly located close to great restaurants, and cafés. The pool area was a highlight ideal for relaxing in the afternoons after exploring Tulum. The beds were very comfortable, the AC worked perfectly, and the kitchen was well equipped. Communication with the host was seamless. They were responsive, helpful, and provided clear instructions for check-in and local recommendations. If you’re looking for a stylish, well-located, and relaxing place to stay in Tulum, Casa Palmera is an easy choice. I would absolutely stay here again.

My friends and I had such an amazing trip to Tulum, and Cèdric’s space made this all possible! The Airbnb was well kept, beautiful, and great location. We enjoyed the beautiful pool in the evening, and were walking distance to restaurants, bars, and stores. I highly recommend staying here!
