The house is very nice! Great for a big family or a group of friends. Spotless, beautifully designed and very comfortable - with everything you might need. The location is great as well, you can walk anywhere you need to. Marina Puerto Cancun mall is just 5 min walk and the beach is just a 10 min walk. Very easy to get around. Also, Juan was great! He answered every question we had and was very helpful!

Our stay at Juan’s place was great! The home was very clean and looked even better than the photos. Our family of 8 had plenty of space and the location was great. We really enjoyed the access to the private beach area. The pool was also a nice place to relax in the evenings. The neighborhood is also secure and very walkable. We enjoyed walks around the neighborhood and shopping center nearby. We had one issue with the AC on the top floor but Juan was able to get it fixed right away. The construction next door was also a bit loud at times, but that’s not really something the host can control. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and appreciated Juan’s quick response with any questions or concerns.

The home was beyond beautiful. Juan was a wonderful hosts and attentive to all of our needs. The location also felt safe.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful 4bedroom Cancun home. Spacious, luxurious, and well decorated, it comfortably fit our group of 7 adults. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, plus two extra half baths, and the highlight was the infinity pool on the third-floor terrace perfect for relaxing. Juan was an exceptional host, quick to respond and resolve any issues, like adjusting water pressure. The A/C worked great on the main and second floors, though the third-floor room was a bit warmer. The washer was excellent, though the dryer could be better. The gated community felt very secure with 24/7 entry checks, and the private garage was a plus. While morning construction noise and the non-walkable beach were small drawbacks, the location was still convenient to beaches and attractions. Overall, this gorgeous property made for a fantastic, comfortable stay, and we’d definitely return.

We had an amazing experience staying at Juan’s place in Cancún! From the moment we booked, Juan was extremely responsive and helpful—always available to answer questions at any time of day. The condo is located in a beautifully secure complex with multiple guarded gates and attentive security, especially at night, which made us feel very safe throughout our stay. The condo itself was in pristine condition—honestly, the pictures don’t do it justice. It’s absolutely gorgeous, spacious, and perfectly maintained. The location is unbeatable, right next to a mall with a fantastic selection of stores and dining options. There are also a few convenience stores within walking distance, which was super convenient. We loved spending time at the pool and rooftop, both perfect spots to relax and cool off. A major highlight was the private beach access—a stunning walk across a bridge over the marina leads you there, and it was one of our favorite parts of the trip. Overall, everything was great!

This place was absolutely beautiful! Way better than the pictures! Juan was great! He sent video instructions which was very helpful and he was always responsive! He also drove us to our excursion and waited the whole time and drove us back for a reasonable fee! I HIGHLY recommend this place! I felt very safe and it was gated and right across the street from the shops! Stay here you won’t be disappointed!!!!!

Had a great stay here, beautiful home that looks like the pictures. Juan was a responsive host. It felt very safe due to it being gated neighborhood. Also was a convenient spot there is restaurants and stores walking distance. I would stay here again!

The house is wonderful, Juan was very responsive, and it is in a prime location for safety and shopping across the street. That being said, it is difficult to enter and exit. It has to be approved by Juan each time which is an inconvenience. The steps to the beach is a little misleading as it is quite a hike from the house. other than that we had a wonderful stay. The roof top pool is especially nice.

THE HOUSE IS BEAUTIFUL, ALMOST NEW, VERY MODERN FINISHES AND THE STYLE GIVES IT A TOUCH OF CLASS, IT IS SUPER WELL LOCATED AND THE TRUTH IS THAT THE PHOTOS DO NOT DO IT JUSTICE, JUAN CARLOS WAS ATTENTIVE ALL THE TIME AND VERY KIND IN ANSWERING ANY QUESTIONS OR DOUBTS WE HAD. THE ONLY COMPLICATED THING IS THE ENTRANCE, BEING INSIDE A PRIVATE AREA, IT IS A LITTLE TEDIOUS WHEN YOU WANT TO GET IN AND OUT. CONSIDERING EVERYTHING, I WOULD DEFINITELY COME BACK.

The location is the best in all of cancun with easy beach access, and next to shops and restaurants. Would definetly come back if we return to cancun!

Great location and the house is amazing. The rooms are very comfortable and perfectly decorated; I felt right at home. The host was always very attentive, available to help when needed. It has private security, so I felt very calm knowing that there was a great filter to let people in. It's a great option, don't hesitate.

This house is so much prettier in real life! It is super confortable and very well made. Has 4 bedrooms. Each one has a TV plus two extra rooms with huge TV so everyone can watch whatever they want at the same time! Beds and sofas are super comfortable. Kitchen is very well equipped. Pool upstairs is very nice and it has all what you need to feel Right at home! We were out all day working but couldn’t wait to Come back and relax! My son said “ they have a strong start, keep it that way!” :D Location is convenient. Security is great. It has a beach access and parking is perfect. I would totally come back with my family to fully enjoy the place! It was such a shame we couldn’t do one more night to actually enjoy being there!!!
