Everything was excellent, except for the bathtub on the top floor. The entire floor flooded and we had to clean it, so we didn't use it during the entire stay.

This stay had a lot of potential, but it fell short in some key areas. The property is absolutely STUNNING, even more beautiful than the photos. The home is very spacious for a large group, the layout is excellent, the private pool was a highlight, and the location is convenient and secure (amazing security). Unfortunately, our experience was significantly affected by undisclosed construction on both sides of the property. Loud construction from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm each day, with scaffolding and workers surrounding the home, significantly impacting both our privacy and ability to relax. We kept the blinds closed for privacy, making it difficult to enjoy the property. There were some maintenance and cleanliness issues (persistent moldy smell in the top floor bathroom, very low water pressure caused by calcium buildup, and dust/debris under beds. While Juan was responsive, we believe the ongoing construction should have been disclosed before booking so we could make an informed decision.

Excellent accommodation!!! It is very nice to stay in such a nice and clean place… we were very comfortable and Juan was always very helpful at all times, I highly recommend this property, without hesitation I would always return!!!

The house is very nice! Great for a big family or a group of friends. Spotless, beautifully designed and very comfortable - with everything you might need. The location is great as well, you can walk anywhere you need to. Marina Puerto Cancun mall is just 5 min walk and the beach is just a 10 min walk. Very easy to get around. Also, Juan was great! He answered every question we had and was very helpful!
