The place is great, the host team was always in touch with me at the appropriate time for check-in instructions and general questions. The facility is a solid 9, rooms, kitchen and outside areas are clean and well equipped, however I found two downsides while staying there with my family. #1 is the location, at least 1km before arriving you'll drive through a pure dirt road (single-lane) so watch out for local trucks passing by. A recommendation from me is to get there before sunset. Your experience will get smoother if you reach out to the person at the facility to get help when arriving. #2 Local convenience stores are way too far from you to walk to (you'll need to drive, but again, not the best experience). Bring enough provisions and you'll be just fine.

The house delivers as promised. Access is pretty good until it turns into a dirt road. It lacks a bit of privacy between the houses, but other than that, it's very good.

An excellent place to rest and have a quiet weekend. Beautiful views and surrounded by nature. Lupita's food is delicious. My family and I wished we had stayed for more days.

The house is exactly as it is in the photos. The house is quite far from the village, but following the host's directions you can get there perfectly. Mr. Martin and Mrs. Guadalupe were very attentive and helpful. Great place for families.

The house is wonderful!! Very functional, each room is very independent and has its own bathroom, and the common areas are very spacious. The pool and jacuzzi are also very nice. We brought a person with limited mobility and since it was on one floor, he was able to move around without any problems. The host and Martin's service is spectacular. If you go with the whole family or in a large group of friends, you will have a great time!!!

When you want to disconnect, it's the perfect place; away from everything! The last kilometer to get there is dirt road, you should not arrive at night because you can get lost and being dirt road you may not get the road right. The house is very nice, good layout, each room has its own full bathroom, the view is spectacular! Communication with the host and the people who collaborate is good, they always respond and are attentive. But what makes the difference is Martin's service; whatever you ask him, he will surely help you. We hired Lupita's service at home and it's one of the best services I've ever paid for.Delicious cooking, their service and treatment are the best! Comfortable, clean, pleasant stay, I recommend hiring lupita, the place is a little far from the center and the last 2 km to get there are dirt roads, there are no stores nearby, but the house is well worth it

Everything is excellent, the house is great and complies with everything mentioned in the listing. Martin is always attentive. Great garden and pool, the view is something spectacular, a place to get away from it all. The only observation would be to thoroughly clean the armchairs in the living room.

Excellent option to relax and have an amazing time with nature and refreshing with its pool, very clean, comfortable rooms and with air conditioning so you don't get hot at night, the super-equipped kitchen, it has everything except for a little thing in the microwave, but everything is excellent, the game room and TV are amazing and fun, the garden area with pool and dining room are luxurious! Also the jacuzzi is nice when they heat it, the service of Francisco, Martin and Lupita was exceptional, highly recommended!

The house is amazing ! We had a great time. I loved the landscape and the comfort of the facilities and spaces. The rooms are also very good! We had a really nice weekend!

I really liked the house, but especially certain details that I usually pay a lot of attention to, which are: 1. Neat kitchen, cutlery and in general everything is in good condition, everything that is required on a day-to-day basis is available 2. Comfortable pillows 3. Mr. Martin, who helps, is very friendly and is always attentive to what is required. This is a great added value 4. They keep the house in good condition and deliver it very clean In general, everything is very good, the only thing I recommend bringing is a large RAID to fumigate the rooms, although the bugs that come in from leaving the mosquito nets open are harmless.

Very complete and comfortable house with very good layout for large groups. Good amenities and great service from Martin and Guadalupe. Access is quite complicated and uncomfortable due to the condition of the access road. The tranquility depends on the house next door and its tenants. In our case, we had a party group, so we could not enjoy a setting like that as it deserved. In any case, we really enjoyed the stay and we will definitely be back.

The house is great for spending the weekend with the family. The photos and descriptions on the site don't do justice to the beauty of the place, the panoramic view of the mountains is excellent. The pool and hot tub were the perfect temperature, we really enjoyed them. The attention of Mr. Martín and Mrs. Lupita make a big difference in making you feel at home and in a mood to rest.

The house is very nice. Being away from nearby villages, you can really enjoy the scenery and nature. For the dates, I was looking for a pool with a boiler, and I was told that it was fully heated, which caused some confusion. In reality, the pool has solar heating that regulates its temperature, but the jacuzzi can be programmed to be hot. Despite this, we were able to enjoy the pool thanks to the favorable weather. At all times, Martin (the manager) was attentive to our requests. The mirror house was not a problem. In fact, it seemed that we were at full capacity in both houses, and there were no noise problems or lack of privacy. The game table, ping pong, garden and large living room make the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended

Super recommended, the house is comfortable, excellent conditions, it has everything to spend a weekend, excellent landscapes, away from noise, if you go in winter season the pool water is at room temperature, the only one that has a boiler is the jacuzzi, my children enjoyed it very much, the adults did not enjoy the pool because it was a bit cold, but in another hot season it is sure to be excellent. Personally, we had no problem with the other mirror houses, I recommend the fire pit after 10:00 pm, which is the time when you can no longer make noise because of the neighbors, but you will have more freedom at the fire pit. A very nice house in an area a little far from Malinalco but equally very nice. Perfect for going with friends or family, we loved the table tennis and soccer table! I can also highly recommend hiring Mrs. Guadalupe's cook service, it was excellent!

The house is just like the photos, super comfortable and with everything you need to spend time with family or friends. It is true that it is a little far from the center of Malinalco and it is not that easy to get to, but in return you have beautiful views and more tranquility. The house "Mirror", or the neighboring house, it takes away privacy and the noise that the neighbors can cause is heard, but it is a matter of being courteous and respect the rules of volume and tranquility and expect that in the other house they respect them as well. Martín and Guadalupe were super friendly and attentive at all times and made our stay more comfortable. Antonio was in constant communication and made sure at all times that all was well. We had an amazing weekend and would definitely come back.

We were very happy at Casa Prana. Martin and Lupita all the time are helpful and attentive to what we needed. Antonio's attention and recommendations are very helpful during our stay. Definitely a place we'd like to come back to. The house is very nice and the spectacular view!!

Although it is not easy to get to, the host immediately came to my help, once in the house it is a super good experience, with a breathtaking view and incomparable tranquility, we loved the experience and would definitely return home PRANA.

If you are looking for comfort, tranquility, peace, service, functionality, amenities, good spaces and installations, Casa Prana is the option!!. We had a great time, definitely the support/service people make a big difference and made us enjoy every moment. We would definitely stay at the Prana house again, however as improvement areas I consider it important: 1) to place "Baja" grja between the mirror house and the Prana so that the pets of the other house do not pass by (it touched us that the people who rented the mirror house brought pets), 2) that in the rooms they place mosquito net in the back doors for the night to be able to open it and run more air and at night it is cooler (we went when it was hot), 3) although we did not have any problems with the neighbors of the mirror house, it would be worth the homologation in terms of schedules, music, etc. Thank you Antonio (admin) for having been attentive at all times. 👍🏼

The place is simply extraordinary, everything is impeccable and the place is just as it appears in the photos. Antonio the administrator was waiting for our stay all the time and make it pleasant and enjoyable. The arrival is a bit complex, but it's completely worth this place to relax and have a good time with family and friends.

Antonio was from the beginning answering all my questions and had excellent attention before and during the stay. The house is as shown in the photos, super clean, spacious and ideal for spending time with the family and rest. Martín and Lupita were during the days of accommodation and helped us perfect for preparing food and keeping everything in order. Even though we were in hot weather the heated pool was perfect to be in and out constantly. A place we really hope to visit again in the future.

The house and views are beautiful. We had so much fun playing in the pool, patio, yard, and outdoor living space. The house is a 15-minute drive outside of town, so bring provisions or prepare to drive for food. The area is stunning. The house is surrounded by mountains and countryside. The farming fields around the house are planted with Gladiolus and Sunflowers. It is a magical place!

The stay was DEFINITELY a hit. With all the support of Martin and Lupita who make the experience unique. The house is beautiful and everything is impeccable. There is a mirror house where there is not much privacy and all the time trying not to disturb the neighbors. The schedule to not make noise was a little tight, which stressed me out a bit. Francisco was very kind and was available throughout the time before and during the stay. The house is amazing. It's difficult to get there, but the instructions are very clear. The place is amazing. We thought the house was a luxury, but there's not much to do. We loved it because we stayed there and we had brought food. It's perfect for that plan to relax and stay in the house. It is very well equipped, from the kitchen to the games. 10 of us stayed there very comfortably. The only weird thing is that you have a house next door, very close, and you can hear everything. If the neighbors who are renting play music or make noise, it's difficult to have privacy. The people who welcome you and help you in the house are very friendly.
