The place is great, the host team was always in touch with me at the appropriate time for check-in instructions and general questions. The facility is a solid 9, rooms, kitchen and outside areas are clean and well equipped, however I found two downsides while staying there with my family. #1 is the location, at least 1km before arriving you'll drive through a pure dirt road (single-lane) so watch out for local trucks passing by. A recommendation from me is to get there before sunset. Your experience will get smoother if you reach out to the person at the facility to get help when arriving. #2 Local convenience stores are way too far from you to walk to (you'll need to drive, but again, not the best experience). Bring enough provisions and you'll be just fine.

The place is very good and very comfortable. However, you have to bring everything you need to be able to stay, since getting out is difficult, especially if it rains, because the last stretch is dirt. You have to pay close attention to the state in which things are delivered because they will want to charge you for any damage not reported beforehand (mosquito nets, umbrella, chairs, etc.). We had the situation where the pool umbrella didn't work and without having used it, they wanted to charge us for the repair. Then the rail came loose and the same thing happened. Instead of looking for a repair, they wanted to charge for it, when it clearly already had a problem from before or needed maintenance. The person in charge is very attentive and open to dialogue, but it seems that in that kind of thing, maybe they get charged or something like that.

The house is beautiful, but the location is not accurate at first. However, a few days before, they send you very important information, including regulations that are not in the listing. The same goes for the services. The only thing I didn't like was that a person stays at the property as the manager. It had never happened to me before that when renting a space, someone was there. This feels uncomfortable from the start. Fortunately, the gentleman was taking care of other matters. Something unfortunate is that the first night when we were going to take a shower, no one got hot water. The main room didn't even turn on the boiler, and I had to bathe with ice-cold water while I was sick. The gentleman fixed it, as well as the one in the rest of the rooms, and the next day the water came out nice. We do not hire a cleaning service, as we pick up and try to keep it clean. But I was surprised that they didn't have enough supplies for this, because I had to request garbage bags all the time.

The house is very nice and comfortable. The pool and hot tub are great! The check-in and check-out times are amazing! We really enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be back!

We had an unforgettable weekend! A beautiful place to stay to relax and be with family, with all the amenities and excellent service from the hosts. I would highly recommend it!

The house is spacious and comfortable. Garden, Jacuzzi and a nice pool. The service staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The host is very friendly and helped us with everything we needed. The only downside is that the house is attached to another identical house, and the gardens are next to each other with little separation. Unfortunately, we had a noisy family in the house next door, so there isn't much privacy or peace and quiet in that regard.
