The condo was in an ideal location and contained amazing amenities such as the pool and even beach supplies! The condo had plenty of space for our family of five and the ocean view was the best. Great spot!

We have been visiting San Pancho for several years now and found Yvonne to be a wonderful host! Her apartment was very comfortable with a particularly well-supplied kitchen. It was obvious that care was taken to make sure her guests were comfortable and had whatever they needed. But most importantly, she was very responsive and quick to provide information, including repairs underway prior to our arrival. it truly felt like we were staying in a friend's home :) Of course, the location with regard to beautiful views and accessibility to activities also can't be beat! My family and I would be happy to have the opportunity to return next year. Thank you for hosting us!

Perfect location to relax on the beach, play in the waves , walk into town and dine on excellent food…. Yvonne’s condo has a kitchen that is well-stocked Lots of other items in the bathrooms one might have need of. Beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella also provided. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again !

This is the third time we’ve visited San Pancho and stayed in a condo in this particular development (the first time in this one). PuntoParaiso is right on the beach, which means the sounds from below carry. That is absolutely amazing when it comes to the waves. Less so for the music and noise from the public that also travels up to this second floor condo. Apart from that, Yvonne was a suberb host and the condo itself is great. It has everything you will need for a comfortable stay, including morning coffee supplies, towels and firm beds. The ceiling fans and wall A/C units are also a big plus, as it can get hot and somewhat humid, depending on the time of year. The shared pool and jacuzzi are also quite popular, and the development is less than a 5 mins walk to the main street, where all the shops and restaurants are located.

Such a great bnb! We love San Pancho and this is our new favorite place to stay! SO so so good! We will be back!

The apartment is very nice and clean with everything you need for your stay, the pool and jacuzzi are at a very good temperature, the area is safe and it is on the beach with a beautiful view, the condominium staff are very friendly, the apartment has chairs, umbrella and icebox for the beach.

3rd year staying and SanPancho never disappoints. The place, the town, the people, the food are all amazing. Hard to imagine going anywhere else.

This is an extremely nice condo with fabulous, unimpeded ocean views; truly direct beachfront. The condo was spotlessly clean, nicely decorated, and the bedding was very comfortable. I cook fairly seriously and I can vouch for the fact that the kitchen is fully equipped. The building, grounds and pool area are immaculately maintained. The location of the condo is perfect; steps from the beach, a very short walk to shops and very good restaurants, but positioned where noise is not an issue. Believe me, this is rare in San Pancho! Yvonne is very responsive and will go out of her way to help with anything you need. Great host - definitely five star. We're already looking forward to our next stay at Yvonne's place! Highly recommended.

Lovely, clean condo. Beautiful view, amazing location. Yvonne was very responsive. Property manager was so helpful to assist with getting taxis, restaurant recommendations, scheduling massages, and answering general questions. San Pancho is beautiful, amazing food, with kind people! We will be back!

Unbeatable location: right on the beach, up a quiet side street right next to the action but far enough away to get a peaceful nights sleep. Kitchen was fully equipped, although we ate out at all the great restaurants every night. Yvonne and her property manager were friendly and responsive. Would stay again!

We absolutely loved it! The location is perfect. We have stayed at this complex before and came back because of how much we loved it. Unit was stocked with all you’d need. Great view, we really enjoyed the second floor. Property managers Iris and Otto were so kind and helpful. There was a small water filer leak and Iris was on top of it, had it fixed and taken care of the same day. We love the pool and hot tub. Family friendly building. Already planning our trip for next year!

Enjoyed it all. Heavy waves were loud being right on the beach but we still slept well. Could see whales from the balcony!

The location and condo is amazing. The views and beach are incredible. Second time back was as great as the first time we stayed. Building employees, neighbors and locals are all very friendly and helpful. Yvonne had everything we needed for a perfect stay, only wish it was longer.

We just spent 9 days at Casa Salt Life with my husband and 5 year old. It was fantastic! The ocean right outside your door made it nice during moments when we stayed in and the pool and grounds were beyond gorgeous. The space was well stocked, very clean, and walkable to amazing restaurants, coffee, and shopping. We can’t wait to come back!

Just returned from a week in San Pancho, which was made all the better by our stay in this beautiful apartment. Waking up to the sound of the waves crashing; eating breakfast on the private, beachfront, large but cozy balcony; enjoying the pool after a fabulous day on the beach; eating at the many great restaurants in the evening. A perfect time in this slice of paradise. Some other pros: Yvonne was super communicative and helpful. Communicating with Otto, the property manager, was easy and our check-in was a seamless experience. The beds are super comfy, the showers had great water pressure, the kitchen was well stocked, and there was plenty of closet space. The chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and beach towels made it so easy to enjoy the beach. The pool was clean, the hot tub was hot. We felt safe, both in the town and in the condo. Cons: Having to leave! We hope to come back soon!

Wonderful, clean, well appointed condo right on the beautiful San Pancho Beach! The location is perfect, just around the corner from the main road full of wonderful restaurants and shops. The large balcony overlooks the beautiful, pristine beach. The pool and extra large hot tub were clean, aesthetically pleasing with beautiful landscape surround, and the gym perfect to keep us in shape as we indulged in the wonderful food scene of Mexico. Yvonne was easy to communicate with and very responsive. She has appointed the apartment perfectly with all one would need in the kitchen, baths, and living spaces. Her property manager Otto met us at the driveway and helped us check in smoothly. I highly recommend staying in this beautiful slice of heaven!

The best place to stay! The stay at this apartment was amazing. Being able to sleep with the sound of the waves, wake up with an oceanfront breakfast. The accommodation is perfectly equipped with good quality appliances. We also enjoyed the super relaxing pool and hot jacuzzi, definitely the best airbnb I have stayed in, the location is perfect since you can walk everywhere and you also have peace of mind , I hope to be back soon!!!

We have stated at this condo a few times. It has a great location. It is loaded with all the supplies we might need. Yvonne is very responsive and very easy to work with. It is our go-to condo in San Pancho.

Yvonne was very communicative and promptly helpful. The place was extremely well stocked with anything you may need. I made my daughter’s wedding cake there and the kitchen had way more than expected…didn’t need to bring as much with me as I anticipated. Location is the best in San pancho!! Would definitely stay again

Beautiful! We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment has everything you need to spend a few days relaxing, cooking, sunbathing, etc. The views are incredible, and the pool area, gym, etc. are very enjoyable. San Pancho is an excellent place to rest, surf and enjoy the ocean. Yvonne has thought of every detail!

The place was perfect. Location could not be any better. Everything was provided and clean, modern and working. Hot tub was under repair, but we did not want to use it, and the pool is great! San Pancho is a little gem. Even during “off season” it was amazing. Friendly people, delicious food everywhere we went, spectacular beach and sunsets. Can’t wait to get back!

Yvonne’s condo is beautiful, well-appointed and close to the beach and all the restaurants and shops in town. The pool is large and with plenty of lounge chairs. The condo was very comfortable with an amazing view and all the amenities/utensils to feel right at home. Yvonne and her staff were very responsive. Highly recommend it.

A spectacular view from the balcony, with a relaxing and constant sound of waves. Perfect location. The place was pristine, almost everything felt as good as new, and had all appliances and accessories you would need (and more!) for a stay away from home. The only not-so-cool thing was finding out (through a couple of locals) that the whole building complex might have been built illegally, and is currently going through some legal disputes according to some national media outlets. Apparently San Pancho Beach is part of a turtle nest zone and this might have something to do with it, but if that is the case I would think that all buildings spread through the shore would have similar legal issues.

This place was fantastic. The neighbors were nice and sociable and didn’t make us feel out of place. A perfect place to rest and recharge the soul.

We're thrilled!!! We fascinated they have everything very equipped there is no need to carry anything. The best location, very central yet private; the hot tub is awesome!! We already want to go back (we would love it if they allowed pets).

Nice apartment, all what you need is there, well located and amazing beach view

We just spent a week at Yvonne's beautiful condo right on the beach in quaint San Pancho! At night we fell asleep to the waves on the beach and in the morning woke up to the pelicans and sunshine! The sunsets are amazing and you have the best view from the deck of the condo. The king bed is comfortable and the condo well laid out for two or more people. The shower is fabulous and it was great to have a washer and dryer in the unit. The town of San Pancho is very safe and has so many great restaurants. Yvonne had a notebook that talked about many of them which was very helpful in figuring out where to go each night. We never made a reservation and never had to wait for a table. Something you cannot expect in the larger tourist destinations. All in all we had the best time walking on the beach, swimming in the beautiful pool, watching the gorgeous sunsets, floating in the ocean and eating at the many restaurants! We plan to come back every year!

I read the reviews prior to selecting Casa Saltlife for our getaway. It lived up to every review and then some. The condo was clean and had anything that you could possibly need. It is located less than a block from all the best restaurants and shopping you can imagine. We definitely will be going back!

You could not imagine a more beautiful sight than taking in a gorgeous San Pancho sunset direct from your balcony. Full on! Every night you’ll be tempted to take just one more sunset photo! The apartment is beautiful - so comfy and very well stocked. Not every host supplies all you need for the kitchen and bathroom , but Yvonne does. She also provides beach chairs, an umbrella, even a cooler for any day trips. The building itself was very clean, the large pool as fantastic. And if there is a larger hot tub in the world I have yet to find it! The building has a direct gate to the beach so you can leave your shoes in the unit and be on the sand in 30 seconds. Just a 2 min walk to the heart of the restaurants and music of enchanting San Pancho. Could not ask for more. Muchas gracias Yvonne!

Thank you Yvonne for providing us a home that felt like our own. I was so impressed that the condo had everything we needed. Pristine white linens and towels, beach towels, chairs and umbrella for the beach and boogie boards! The kitchen was fully stocked-think of your kitchen and fridge at home and that’s it! The very best part was having the beach and the ocean as our back yard. I LOVE the ocean and to have the sound of the waves as our alarm clock and lullaby was a unique gift. Yvonne as our host was generous and timely with her responses. We had some last minute issues and she was especially accommodating, thank you again Yvonne! San Panco is a very special place to experience. I want to tell you not to miss it and at the same time I want to keep it to myself! Besides Mother Nature at her finest, all the people we met on the street and around the pool were delightful and many were very interesting. We’ll be back!

Yvonne's place was absolutely fabulous! The location cannot be beat--right on the beach and only steps from the main downtown area. Incredible views--you can watch the sunset from the patio or the beach right out front. The condo was lovely: pristinely clean, beautifully furnished, comfortable, and well-appointed (basic kitchen items, such as spices and condiments stocked, first-aid kit, sewing kits, beach towels, chairs, sunscreen, etc). They have every thing you could ever possibly need or want, which was unusual and wonderful. We travel a ton and use Airbnb and we have never stayed anywhere that as thoughtfully set up as Casa Salt Life. The building and amenities were great too. We bounced back and forth between the beach and the pool, and made great use of the gym and the ping pong table. Yvonne and the building manager were very responsive and made sure all of our needs were met. We had a great time and will not hesitate to stay there again on our next trip to San Pancho.

The condo and the whole complex is built high quality. The furniture are very comfortable and the beds are heavenly. The kitchen is equipped with quality appliances and staffed with all the utensils one needs. The location is perfect – built direct at the sand and only a few steps to the main street with shops, restaurants and bars. And then there are the unforgettable sunset views from the big balcony overlooking the beach. I can highly recommend this condo to anybody. Yvonne is very responsive and helpful. Thank you.

You have to book this place! It was absolutely perfect. So beautiful, perfectly located and decorated. The views were breathtaking. We got to see whales from the balcony along with some amazing sunsets. The host were so accommodating. San Pancho was the perfect town to stay. Lots to see, do and eat! You have to book this place

My wife and I celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary here in July and we can, without reservations, recommend this stay at Yvonne’s Casa SaltLife condo in the new and modern beachfront Punta Paraiso complex. This 2nd floor beach front condo unit was the ideal location for us. There are no better views of the beach, the ocean and the magnificent sunsets within this 3 building complex. We were steps from the beach and a mere short block from the restaurant and cafe rich Main Street in San Pancho. The condo included very comfortable beds and was very nicely furnished. The modern kitchen had everything we needed and the unit also came with many amenities like nice soaps, shampoos and comfortable beach chairs and an umbrella. It was super relaxing and quiet. The pool area is huge, clean, and very welcoming. Yvonne was the most excellent and thoughtful host and we will be back.

If you want to have easy access to the beach and main parts of San Pancho, then this location is perfect! We stayed during Semana Santa (Mexican spring break) and the mornings were quiet with the busyness and music only continuing until about 11pm. Best parts were enjoying my morning coffee on the balcony while watching the beach slowly wake up and returning to the pool in the afternoon following time on the beach jumping the waves. We rented a golf cart and we’re able to park it in the garage. However, if you don’t have plans to travel into the hills or leave the main town you could skip the cart rental. A moderately active person can get around easily in town. I highly recommend surf lessons with Alonso from San Pancho Surf Shop. Great experience for my teens and me. Friendly locals. Great trip!

Beautiful, well-appointed unit in a new building right on the beach – spectacular views of the water, sunsets, and wildlife. Great location with easy access to the sand and to central San Pancho, and super convenient design with two bathrooms, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. We loved our stay!

Yvonne’s condo was a joy to stay in. No detail was missed in comfort, beautiful and tasteful decorations, safety, security, and everything you could ever need. Extremely well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. The furniture was very comfortable, beds, sheets and pillows divine, and we savoured the sunset every night with our front row seats. Excellent unique location in San Pancho, the apartment with everything you need and top of the range in kitchen, furniture, TV, wifi, beds, bathrooms. Yvette always answers the emails immediately and Otto the administrator, he is first class, the whole time he was aware of us.

It is a very nice and clean place, the location is unbeatable, since it is at the foot of the beach and one block from the main street, with bars and restaurants, the beds are comfortable and it has everything to spend a good vacation. We will definitely be back. I would highly recommend it

A beautiful apartment with breath taking views! Comfortable bed and pillows, lots of towels. Everything is provided from a fully equipped kitchen to spices, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. The owner knew that it was our anniversary and send us flowers. We highly recommend this property and can't wait to go back.

This place is pretty amazing in terms of location, set up, and all the extras that are provided for guests. There are beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas, a well stocked kitchen, firm but comfortable beds, plenty of towels, and even a basket of incidentals under the bathroom sink (ibuprofen, sunscreen, first aid, all the things). There is also plenty if information to help navigate the town, restaurants, etc. The unit is literally right on the beach so the sounds of the waves and the sunsets are yours to enjoy. The pool looked amazing in the photos, but unfortunately it was drained and required maintenance our entire stay. The owner compensated us a bit to be able to go to a neighboring resort to enjoy their pool for a day or two. There is also major construction still happening on third building and you have to walk thru this and the parking garage to get to the units…or use the beach access. The complex felt safe and is definitely going to be top notch when it’s complete. The host is responsive and Iris (the property manager for the unit) is great. I would highly recommend this Airbnb for your next trip to San Pancho.

Yvonne's apartment is wonderful, very well equipped and has a beautiful view. Yvonne is also very helpful and was always on the lookout. For visitors to San Pancho it is important to take into account that the internet connection is not good, however there are some restaurants with good connection.

Paradise! This place made for a magical week away. From the most perfect location to amazing food options all within a few blocks, we truly felt special and spoiled. The entrance to the building is still unmarked, so finding our way the first time was a bit confusing but once settled, we were like kids at a candy store. Beautiful beach access and amenities, I almost didn't want to leave a review so no one would find this gem. We filled our days walking the cobblestone roads, eating excellent food (for which we have a high bar), watching spectacular sunsets, and enjoying the warm gracious locals. Despite the busy holiday timing, our oasis was well stocked, private, comfortable, and the hostess was easy to reach and accommodating. When do we get to come back?!
