The condo was in an ideal location and contained amazing amenities such as the pool and even beach supplies! The condo had plenty of space for our family of five and the ocean view was the best. Great spot!

We have been visiting San Pancho for several years now and found Yvonne to be a wonderful host! Her apartment was very comfortable with a particularly well-supplied kitchen. It was obvious that care was taken to make sure her guests were comfortable and had whatever they needed. But most importantly, she was very responsive and quick to provide information, including repairs underway prior to our arrival. it truly felt like we were staying in a friend's home :) Of course, the location with regard to beautiful views and accessibility to activities also can't be beat! My family and I would be happy to have the opportunity to return next year. Thank you for hosting us!

Perfect location to relax on the beach, play in the waves , walk into town and dine on excellent food…. Yvonne’s condo has a kitchen that is well-stocked Lots of other items in the bathrooms one might have need of. Beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella also provided. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again !

Great view, easy access to the beach, comfortable firm beds, well stocked kitchen, plenty of space for the four of us. managers on site we’re friendly and helpful.

This is the third time we’ve visited San Pancho and stayed in a condo in this particular development (the first time in this one). PuntoParaiso is right on the beach, which means the sounds from below carry. That is absolutely amazing when it comes to the waves. Less so for the music and noise from the public that also travels up to this second floor condo. Apart from that, Yvonne was a suberb host and the condo itself is great. It has everything you will need for a comfortable stay, including morning coffee supplies, towels and firm beds. The ceiling fans and wall A/C units are also a big plus, as it can get hot and somewhat humid, depending on the time of year. The shared pool and jacuzzi are also quite popular, and the development is less than a 5 mins walk to the main street, where all the shops and restaurants are located.

Such a great bnb! We love San Pancho and this is our new favorite place to stay! SO so so good! We will be back!

The condo was lovely and very comfortable. We felt very much at home for our stay. The beds were very comfortable - we slept so well there. The views are incredible!
