We stayed as a group of 14. The location was perfect for us. Seva group was always responsive from helping us with reserving, to planning our transport from and to the airport. They were always there to help when we had a question. We are so happy with our experience that we are already looking at their other locations to plan our next vacation. Thank you Seva group

Absolutely stunning place! Had the most amazing bachelorette party ever. Perfect amount of rooms and bathrooms for large Breathtaking taking decor and attention to detail. Only issues we had was using too many hairdryers which cause power to go in and out. Temperate of showers went hot and cold but wasn’t a huge deal! The hosts were responsive and were able to fix the power issue timely! There are a few things that could use the property managers attention as some of the furniture was previously broken and fix or wobbly. Extremely comfortable spaces and beds! Cute coffee shops in walking distance! Would highly recommend and will definitely be back!

We loved our stay at this villa SO MUCH! We recently stayed here for my bachelorette and we felt like stars in a reality TV show lol. It was beautiful the moment we stepped on the property. Rooms were clean, beautifully decorated, all had AC units and it was well equipped with everything we needed. We had a few hiccups with the power tripping but German Millan was always attentive and responsive and came to the rescue every time. The management, concierge and maintenance teams were always on stand by. Truly a 5 star service! We also booked a private chef service and it was delicious. Would recommend to bigger or smaller groups. The best bach location ever<3

We really enjoyed our stay. The two apartments were very clean and well stocked. The rooftop with the pool and the gathering areas was amazing. They even offered us a complementary cleaning in the middle of our stay. The only negative aspect was the fact that we had a hard time retrieving the keys out of the lockboxes. The instructions were a little bit confusing. Other than than, the experience was fabulous.

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The accommodation was beautifully designed, with lovely extra touches throughout, stunning décor, and luxurious amenities that made our stay feel truly special. We especially loved the rooftop pool and outdoor kitchen area, it was private, peaceful, and the perfect place to relax. The location was also ideal, just a short walk from the local shops and restaurants. We would highly recommend Seva to anyone visiting Tulum and sincerely hope to return again one day.

The house is spectacular. It's a fairly spacious and clean space with a lot of attention to detail. As a large group, we loved the accommodation. It was definitely an excellent choice at a very good price.

We had an amazing stay in Tulum! The property was exactly as advertised—the photos were accurate, and everything looked just as beautiful in person as it did online. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore Tulum while still enjoying a peaceful and private atmosphere. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. Any questions we had were answered quickly, and we felt welcomed throughout our stay. One of the things we appreciated most was that there were no surprises—the listing was completely honest and exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tulum. Thank you for helping make our trip so memorable!

This stay was such an amazing way to celebrate my 25th birthday with a group of 8 of us, the concierge team were very helpful during our stay there was only one issue where our needs were not met but other than that it was such a beautiful and clean place. The rooms were spacious, kitchen fully equipped, pool cleaned every morning, beautiful rooftop with a bbq stand. It looks even better than the pictures!! We made use of their decoration services which I would highly recommend. Transportation at the beginning from Cancun was a bit tricky but we managed to sort it out. We felt very safe with the keypad locked door and a mini hotel next door to us named Mystic temple 2. InDrive was our main mode of transportation which we found very easy and super cheap compared to what others were offering to use from the Villa aswell as uber eats. All in all the location is perfect, couldn’t have asked for a better Villa to stay in Tulum! Thank you for your services ❤️

The villa was stunning in its architecture and decor. The pool and rooftop were wonderful places to relax. We were very surprised when we arrived that one of the rooms was configured with a king instead of the two doubles like the floor plan image in the description showed and we were quite surprised that the water that came through all of the sinks and shower was salt water. It made washing our hair and brushing our teeth a little difficult. The villa also organized a shuttle to pick us up at the airport but never confirmed with us before hand with any instructions to locate our driver and we had to call multiple times to get through to the concierge and the driver was around 45 mins late. On a similar note our second driver to drive us back to the airport was also very late and we attempted to reach the concierge again but didn’t hear from him until the day after we checked out.

We just got back from a girls trip to Tulum — we loved staying at Seva Tulum’s place! The home was beautiful, clean, and peaceful, and we felt very safe and taken care of during our stay. There were several coffee shops nearby within walking distance, we felt very comfortable walking around the neighborhood as a group of girls.

100% recommend this home, the host, and the location! We had a wonderful stay. The house is beautifully spacious, with generously sized rooms that made our group feel very comfortable. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful, answering all of our questions promptly. Everything was perfect, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

A great home to spend a few days. Spacious and comfortable rooms, great living spaces and center of the house - pool and lots of green - just amazing. Very responsive host, available to support promptly. We had an additional complimentary cleaning which was nice. We travelled with kids, so stairs without railing, rooftop pool with no additional safety barriers were somewhat of a concern to us. Downstairs pool was cleaned regularly but had lots of chlorine. Small supermarket and pharmacy close by, for all other activities you need a car.
