Absolutely stunning place! Had the most amazing bachelorette party ever. Perfect amount of rooms and bathrooms for large Breathtaking taking decor and attention to detail. Only issues we had was using too many hairdryers which cause power to go in and out. Temperate of showers went hot and cold but wasn’t a huge deal! The hosts were responsive and were able to fix the power issue timely! There are a few things that could use the property managers attention as some of the furniture was previously broken and fix or wobbly. Extremely comfortable spaces and beds! Cute coffee shops in walking distance! Would highly recommend and will definitely be back!

We loved our stay at this villa SO MUCH! We recently stayed here for my bachelorette and we felt like stars in a reality TV show lol. It was beautiful the moment we stepped on the property. Rooms were clean, beautifully decorated, all had AC units and it was well equipped with everything we needed. We had a few hiccups with the power tripping but German Millan was always attentive and responsive and came to the rescue every time. The management, concierge and maintenance teams were always on stand by. Truly a 5 star service! We also booked a private chef service and it was delicious. Would recommend to bigger or smaller groups. The best bach location ever<3

We just got back from a girls trip to Tulum — we loved staying at Seva Tulum’s place! The home was beautiful, clean, and peaceful, and we felt very safe and taken care of during our stay. There were several coffee shops nearby within walking distance, we felt very comfortable walking around the neighborhood as a group of girls.

100% recommend this home, the host, and the location! We had a wonderful stay. The house is beautifully spacious, with generously sized rooms that made our group feel very comfortable. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful, answering all of our questions promptly. Everything was perfect, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

A great home to spend a few days. Spacious and comfortable rooms, great living spaces and center of the house - pool and lots of green - just amazing. Very responsive host, available to support promptly. We had an additional complimentary cleaning which was nice. We travelled with kids, so stairs without railing, rooftop pool with no additional safety barriers were somewhat of a concern to us. Downstairs pool was cleaned regularly but had lots of chlorine. Small supermarket and pharmacy close by, for all other activities you need a car.

Visited Tulum this week for my 40th birthday with my girlfriends and we had an amazing time. The home was gorgeous and exactly what we had hoped for. Hosts were incredibly responsive and anything we needed was taken care of as fast as possible. There were a few minor things that needed to be addressed here and there and they handled it wonderfully. Everyone we dealt with from Seva from management to our concierge to the maintenance people were all lovely to work with. The home is perfect for those wanting to travel together but also be able to have your own space. The rooms are set apart in a way that feels private like a hotel but with several beautiful spaces for people to come together to spend time. There is not a lot happening in the neighborhood which is perfect for those who want peace and quiet. A few shops and restaurants but the neighborhood felt very quiet during the day. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.

This place was amazing! A beautiful home that truly immerses you in the Tulum jungle. Great walkable location in Aldea Zama near markets and restaurants. We booked a private chef breakfast through the concierge, which was one of the best meals we had while in Tulum. The chefs took care of everything from cooking to cleaning up after. They put together a breakfast that tasted exceptional and looked just as impressive. Everything thoughtfully arranged, colors balanced, and each detail placed with care. Highly recommend!

La casa es hermosa y la atencion de Seva genial. Pero hubieron algunos problemas con aire acondiciando, agua y ventilación que hizo que toda la estadía ingresen personas a trabajar y nos sacó un poco de privacidad. Salvo por eso, una muy buena casa, muy limpio y completo todo. Volveremos

I booked this villa for my bachelorette and we absolutely loved it! Its even more beautiful in person. Each room locks on it’s own and the surrounding area felt very safe and we were able to walk to cafes like matcha mama. The hosts were extremely helpful while planning this trip and very responsive during our stay. There were a couple of issues with the water in the showers. The first few nights it wouldn’t get hot. They did fix it, but it was annoying to come home to. And the water pressure in the showers basically feels like a mister. I didn’t even bother washing my hair, I just washed it in the sink the last day. Other than that, we really did have a great stay & even with the water issue I would still recommend it!
