We really enjoyed our stay. The two apartments were very clean and well stocked. The rooftop with the pool and the gathering areas was amazing. They even offered us a complementary cleaning in the middle of our stay. The only negative aspect was the fact that we had a hard time retrieving the keys out of the lockboxes. The instructions were a little bit confusing. Other than than, the experience was fabulous.

This was probably the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in. Host was SUPER responsive and flexible. The place itself was great, plenty of space for our group of 8. Would definitely recommend.

Increíble estadía en la casa. Super recomendable. En primer lugar, todo es tal cual las fotos o mejor. Ni hablar de la terraza, la cual supera todas las expectativas. Por otro lado, siempre estuvieron muy atentos a todos los detalles, contactándose diariamente con nosotros en los casos en los que los necesitamos y respondiendo y resolviendo al instante. De los mejores servicios al cliente de todos los viajes que he realizado a través de la plataforma. Eramos 14 amigos y todos quedaron satisfechos con todo. Si volviéramos a Tulúm, sin dudas que la volveríamos a elegir.

Déception à notre arrivée. Le commerce qui apparaissait sur les photos était fermé et à vendre. En fait, il y avait beaucoup de commerces et habitations à vendre. Le quartier fait pitié et c'est malheureux. Dans la cuisine une porte d'armoire ne tient pas, une porte patio difficile à ouvrir et l'ensemble a mal vieilli. Il a plu et à 2 reprises une partie de l'appartement a été inondée, sous la piscine le plafond fuit un peu. Cependant notre hôte a été très active à réagir à chaque petit pépin ( une climatisation défectueuse, une autre qui a coulée abondamment). Elle nous a envoyé l'équipe de nettoyage à deux reprises et elles ont fait un excellent travail. L'ensemble de la villa est très convivial surtout en ce qui concerne les salles de bains et salles d'eau et bien entendu le toit, sa piscine et les chaises nombreuses. Le toit est génial. Donc il faut diminuer les attentes. Nous y avons quand même passé un excellent séjour.

Phœnix a été une très bonne hôte. Elle était proactive et rapide à nous répondre lorsqu’on avait besoin d’elle. Sommes toutes, nous avons passé un très beau séjour, l’espace des deux appartements est idéal pour les grands groupes, mais ils sont dans un moins bon état que ce qu’on s’imagine en regardant les photos, surtout pour certaines salle de bains et cuisine. Bien situé et à proximité de tout. Merci Phoenix

Our family of 18 had a great time at this Airbnb. It looked exactly like the photos and whenever we had any questions or concerns, the host was very helpful and responsive. The location is private and there are a handful of restaurants and 7-11s within walking distance. The airbnb is very spacious as well. We all enjoyed our stay here!
