Excellent place, very quiet, and all the staff were very attentive and friendly. The observation regarding the location is the internet failure and the internet connection for TVs and movies for the children.

Everything was very clean and the service was very good. The food and restaurant prices are very good. Excellent choice for a quiet vacation.

EVERYTHING WAS VERY GOOD. THANK YOU…- JUST TO MENTION A FEW THINGS THAT COULD BE IMPROVED IN THE FUTURE. 1. THEY DON'T HAVE GOOD PANS… 2. THE COFFEE MAKER DOESN'T WORK. IT'S LIKE THE GLASS JUG ISN'T THE RIGHT ONE. I MADE COFFEE BUT ONLY BECAUSE I KEPT THE POT UP. 3. THE LAMPS IN THE BEDROOMS DON'T WORK 4. A LIGHT BULB IN THE MASTER BATHROOM IS BURNED OUT BUT ALL THIS IS OFFSET BY YOUR ATTENTION. AND WE WOULD BE HAPPY TO BOOK WITH YOU AGAIN AND, OF COURSE, RECOMMEND YOU TO OUR FRIENDS.

Excellent apartment! It's located in a beautiful, prime area! It has a private beach, and the pools are impeccable. José was there Attentive at all times. Any questions or concerns were always answered promptly.

Our stay at this apartment in Bolongo, La Cruz de Huanacaxtle, was simply spectacular. ✨ From the moment we arrived, we were very impressed by how clean everything was. The apartment was spotless, very well maintained, and every detail was thought out to make the experience comfortable and enjoyable. Honestly, it far exceeded our expectations. In addition to the cleanliness, the place is beautiful, very comfortable, and perfect for enjoying a few incredible days with the family. The location within the condo complex is excellent, and everything felt very peaceful and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy a wonderful stay.

We liked the apartment. It has good-sized bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, and a dining room. It has enough appliances and cookware to prepare meals. It has a pool view, and they provide both bath and beach towels. The only thing I would improve is the internet; it's slow, and the signal doesn't reach the rooms completely. Something that has nothing to do with either the host or the owners is the structure of the apartment, specifically the walls that let sound through, so you lose privacy and can't get a good night's sleep… if you're not a very light sleeper, it's not too much of a nuisance!

Everything was great; the room is very spacious, and the bedrooms are in very good condition. You have everything you need to have a great vacation. It also has a superbly equipped kitchen for cooking at any time. The facilities in the common areas are also very nice and clean.

The complex is very nice, well tucked into the jungle, the beach has cliffs so not everyone can get there, likewise the beach is very cool and easy to reach by stairs or by more accessible roads. It's one of the best complexes I've ever been to and the people are very friendly. The hosts were super attentive to an air conditioning problem and tried to solve it by giving us very viable alternatives. The apartments are spacious and quite modern. I will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property. The condo is spacious with a nice balcony overlooking the ocean. The views are fantastic! We had 2 families with a total of 3 kids and the 3 bedrooms comfortably housed all of us. The main living room area had a nice, large table for eating, comfortable couches and a large TV. We cooked many meals during our stay and were happy with the kitchen appliances and cookware. The Bolongo is a very nice resort. We enjoyed the multiple pools and were impressed by the quality of the food at the various restaurants. The staff was very friendly. The site has a private beach access that includes both sandy beach and tide pools. The location was a short drive to nearby surf breaks. The property owner was very attentive. We had a minor maintenance issue during our stay but the owner got it fixed quickly. The cleaning staff left the place spotless upon each cleaning. We would definitely stay here again!

It was a pleasure to be in Bolongo, the communication with José was very good, the place is what I expected, a place to relax, very clean and the people are very respectful and friendly, the landscapes are beautiful and for the place to be as it is you have to follow the rules of course. The only thing is that I didn't like the water faucets in the bathroom sinks, they need to be replaced, and the showers too, because they have a lot of scale. In my opinion, the showers could be smaller and you would even save water. That's all.

The apartment is very spacious, clean rooms and with enough space with furniture and closet to store your clothes, the large kitchen ready to organize a good breakfast, meals and dinners for several people, the electric stove is very easy to use. The kitchen has just the utensils you need. The furniture is very nice and comfortable, which is what we were looking for, the parking is right outside the apartment, convenient for taking out your luggage, the washer and dryer are excellent, you just bring soap because there wasn't any! The apartment is excellent and ready to use. Only two of the pools that are right in front of the apartment need repair since they have several fallen tiles and can cause injuries, the other two are in excellent condition! I highly recommend this apartment for a quiet family vacation! Very good instructions and communication!

An excellent place to rest or go as a family. Bolongo is a beautiful place because of its private beach and the nature that surrounds the condominium. As for the property, it is very spacious and has a great view of the beach, highly recommended! I also congratulate the administrators and especially Gen for being attentive and showing their professionalism during my stay!! Definitely a great place to rest and the staff of the place are very friendly.

I’d say it’s excellent for the price you pay. Great view, spacious rooms, a nice beach and a great area around it. There were a couple of minor issues with the apartment and its equipment (some things could use a bit of repair), but overall, I think it’s well worth the money.
