Everything was great. José always responded. The dishwasher didn't work, and that was very bad, but other than that, everything else was very good. Access to the pool is very convenient, as it is on the first floor.

EVERYTHING WAS VERY GOOD. THANK YOU…- JUST TO MENTION A FEW THINGS THAT COULD BE IMPROVED IN THE FUTURE. 1. THEY DON'T HAVE GOOD PANS… 2. THE COFFEE MAKER DOESN'T WORK. IT'S LIKE THE GLASS JUG ISN'T THE RIGHT ONE. I MADE COFFEE BUT ONLY BECAUSE I KEPT THE POT UP. 3. THE LAMPS IN THE BEDROOMS DON'T WORK 4. A LIGHT BULB IN THE MASTER BATHROOM IS BURNED OUT BUT ALL THIS IS OFFSET BY YOUR ATTENTION. AND WE WOULD BE HAPPY TO BOOK WITH YOU AGAIN AND, OF COURSE, RECOMMEND YOU TO OUR FRIENDS.

Everything was great; the room is very spacious, and the bedrooms are in very good condition. You have everything you need to have a great vacation. It also has a superbly equipped kitchen for cooking at any time. The facilities in the common areas are also very nice and clean.

Our experience in Bolongo Punta Mita was excellent. A quiet, pleasant place with a very good cuisine. Perfect for relaxing, enjoying the surroundings and spending quality time. Totally recommendable.
