Steve was great from check in to check out. The location was perfect, and only a short uber or about a 20-25 minute walk to Mantamar. The condo was beautiful and exceptionally clean. Also the amenities were top notch. I would highly recommend this listing.

The unit is spacious and beautiful. The building has multiple lovely pools and a full service bar with food. But I truly can't thank Steve enough for how much support he provided us while we were there. We stayed during a once-in-a-decade incident of violence across Mexico, and Steve provided consistent communication to ensure we were safe, as well as offering us his own food while the city was under a stay-at-home order. The entire community at this complex came to each other's aid to help each other get through a scary incident. I would certainly return and recommend others stay with Steve.

The home is beautiful and exactly as described. Very clean and in great condition. Everything that we wanted to do was a walk or short drive away. Would recommend to anyone looking for an Airbnb in Puerto Vallarta!

We had a lovely week in this apartment. Both pools, the gym and the common areas were amazing. The environment around the complex was quiet. The restaurants in the romantic area were within walking distance.

Condo is wonderful! Clean, spacious, tasteful decor, well-stocked kitchen, laundry detergent and dishwasher tablets. Shortage of towels initially but that was very quickly rectified by Steve. Condo is on the same floor as the roof top pool and bar which serves food/drinks and had a beautiful view and chilled out vibe. 15 min flat walk into the heart of the romantic zone and beach. Few local restaurants and taco stands plus food market with lots of fresh fruit, veg and guacamole and salads. Felt very safe and comfortable walking around at night and we were a few middle-aged women. Steve was very responsive to all questions before and during our visit. Air con and fan in every room, very comfortable beds, all appliances worked, no stains anywhere. TV set up for Netflix, Apple TV etc. We were 4 friends who had an extremely relaxing and comfortable visit, sunsets on the balcony were divine. Can’t find a single fault!

This corner 9th floor modern penthouse has great views of the city, the Cuale River, the forest mountainous hillside, and a peek-a-boo view of the ocean from a spacious wrap-around corner balcony. It is very clean. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and not far from several restaurants, fresh fruit and vegetable markets, small grocery shops, and downtown Zona Romantica. If you like raspados, I recommend you visit Raspato's, owned by a cute elderly family. It’s nice to go to sleep and wake up to the soothing sound of the Cuale River right outside the balcony. The much needed A/C works wonderfully. When we thought we had an issue with one of the A/Cs in the bedroom, Steve was quick to respond and called maintenance and offered another apartment space for some of our family members to stay in as an alternative. Luckily, this was resolved fast and we were able to stay together in the same Airbnb. We appreciated Steve’s help and hospitality!

Gorgeous 5* apartment with spectacular views over Puerto Vallarta and to the ocean. Sitting on the wrap around balcony was the perfect start and end to every day. It’s an easy 15 mins walk down to the beach with multiple restaurants and supermarkets within easy reach. The pool and snack bar were an added bonus as were the multiple friendly cats in the grounds. Would highly recommend!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! The home is incredibly spacious, beautifully decorated with a modern touch, and impeccably maintained. It offered everything we needed and more — a true home away from home. The building amenities were a fantastic bonus, and the location was perfect for us — peaceful and tucked away from the bustle of the main part of town, but still close enough to everything we needed. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay. We’re already looking forward to coming back for future visits!

Beautiful unit with all of the amenities. Great location where you are close enough to the attractions but without it being directly outside your door. We really enjoyed the peacefulness of the unit, the rooftop pool and hot tub. Each room having its own balcony was a nice plus. The location was very close to restaurants, bars, etc. There is market just over the bridge serving up great, fresh food at a very affordable price. The walk to the water is about 15-20 minutes but we did not mind at all...such a nice area to walk through (or you can take a taxi for a few bucks). Steve is a kind and caring host and is on site in a different unit should anything arise.

The photos of the condo don’t do it justice. Plenty of space and not cramped. Great pools, and it was nice that the roof top pool had a bar for drinks and snacks. Each room had a patio. The living room had retractable sliding doors which allowed for a beautiful warm breeze. It was a great place to celebrate my 40th bday. Area was a short walk to bars and restaurants. And the staff working in the building were extremely pleasant.

My friends and I had lovely time in Puerto Vallarta and very much enjoyed our stay in this gorgeous penthouse unit! The photos don’t do it justice, the unit is bright and spacious and has spectacular views of the beautiful surroundings. It was also very convenient to have the rooftop pool and deck on the same floor, just a few steps away from the unit.

Very peaceful and relaxing space. High quality finishings and build quality for Mexico. Common areas of the building were even better than the photos and it was really nice to have a bar and snack bar on the property.

Steve was a great host! The unit was immaculate and exactly as described. the view from the balcony is stunning. The unit is super close to the shops for locals, but is a good 10-15 min walk to the tourist area. If you want a peaceful stay with resort-like amenities, then look no further!

We had a great stay at Steve’s place and we will definitely stay here again. The unit is gorgeous and tastefully furnished. The building amenities are among the best I’ve encountered in PV. Finally, Steve is a 5-star host who went above and beyond in friendliness and clear, fast communication.

A great stay with amazing views! The place was very clean and matched the description. My favorite part (aside from the rooftop pool) was hearing the river from the living room. It's quite a walk to Zona Romantica but I didn't mind it. I liked walking across the bridge and talking to people. Steve was amazing and very accommodating with checking in and out. I would stay at this place again and recommend this place to friends and family.

This place is awesome! It’s looks better than the pictures! It was so clean and well done. The building is amazing and the view from the apartment was so peaceful! The host was awesome. Allowed us to check in later than anticipated due to flight change. Steve was very accommodating and I’ll only be staying at his listing when I come to Puerto Vallarta.

This place is great! It’s the nicest penthouse unit in a brand new building that is beautiful decorated. The location is not quite walkable but it’s not far from Zona Romantica (5 min taxi). It is tough to find 3 bedroom units any closer than this location. There are several pools on property including a roof top pool with a full service bar. Overall this unit was amazing and we will absolutely be back

Our family of 4 loved the condo on the 9th floor at Oasis. The photos are all accurate, but do not do the place justice. Not only was it perfectly clean but the decor was impeccable, down to the art and books displayed. All beautiful and comfortable and usable. We loved the pool and gym and the views from every window are gorgeous . Every room has a deck and the air conditioning units keep the place nice and cool but we loved just keeping the doors open. Steve was very responsive and helpful. He lives right there in the same building. We will definitely be going back for more PV fun.

If you’re looking for a peaceful, eclectic, and just as accessible to all the action getaway, look no further. With a homey vibe and cozy decors, we felt at home. And with walkability like no other we never felt like we missed any of the action due to how easy it was to walk. The views were impeccable from this top floor unit with the ability to experience both the sunrise and the sunset to their fullest, while also being charmed by Puerto Vallartas twinkling lights at night. The balconies were where we spent a lot of time in the mornings and evenings. Each room was filled with warm furniture and calming colors. Everything about this home feels truly thought out and not simply just bought from an IKEA; and with the amazing amenities that oasis had to offer such as food drink and 2 pools we never wanted to leave. Steve was a wonderful host; kind, attentive, and very responsive, only adding more to an already five star home. We will be sure to return to this unique apartment very soon!

Wow! This place is absolutely stunning ! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the breathtaking views of the ocean, mountains, and city on 3 sides- the sunsets were incredible. The design and decor are top-notch- the furniture is comfortable and stylish, the walls are lined with original art, the bed linens are super luxurious, the TVs and sonos sound system are awesome. Each bedroom –with ensuite bathrooms- has a private balcony- so each couple had a great private retreat. There are two large pools -one is literally done the hall on the rooftop with a bar and hot tub, the other is next to the river. The landscaped grounds are lush and beautiful to walk through- It all feels like a 5 star resort. The location was great as well. I had been to PV before and wanted a place that was near enough to the action and restaurants, but not right in the middle of it. Here, it was an easy walk- no hills!- to the heart of the Romantic zone. It is a true Oasis- we will be back!
