3BR Villa in Puerto Vallarta

Steve was great from check in to check out. The location was perfect, and only a short uber or about a 20-25 minute walk to Mantamar. The condo was beautiful and exceptionally clean. Also the amenities were top notch. I would highly recommend this listing.

The unit is spacious and beautiful. The building has multiple lovely pools and a full service bar with food. But I truly can't thank Steve enough for how much support he provided us while we were there. We stayed during a once-in-a-decade incident of violence across Mexico, and Steve provided consistent communication to ensure we were safe, as well as offering us his own food while the city was under a stay-at-home order. The entire community at this complex came to each other's aid to help each other get through a scary incident. I would certainly return and recommend others stay with Steve.

The home is beautiful and exactly as described. Very clean and in great condition. Everything that we wanted to do was a walk or short drive away. Would recommend to anyone looking for an Airbnb in Puerto Vallarta!

We had a lovely week in this apartment. Both pools, the gym and the common areas were amazing. The environment around the complex was quiet. The restaurants in the romantic area were within walking distance.

Condo is wonderful! Clean, spacious, tasteful decor, well-stocked kitchen, laundry detergent and dishwasher tablets. Shortage of towels initially but that was very quickly rectified by Steve. Condo is on the same floor as the roof top pool and bar which serves food/drinks and had a beautiful view and chilled out vibe. 15 min flat walk into the heart of the romantic zone and beach. Few local restaurants and taco stands plus food market with lots of fresh fruit, veg and guacamole and salads. Felt very safe and comfortable walking around at night and we were a few middle-aged women. Steve was very responsive to all questions before and during our visit. Air con and fan in every room, very comfortable beds, all appliances worked, no stains anywhere. TV set up for Netflix, Apple TV etc. We were 4 friends who had an extremely relaxing and comfortable visit, sunsets on the balcony were divine. Can’t find a single fault!

This corner 9th floor modern penthouse has great views of the city, the Cuale River, the forest mountainous hillside, and a peek-a-boo view of the ocean from a spacious wrap-around corner balcony. It is very clean. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and not far from several restaurants, fresh fruit and vegetable markets, small grocery shops, and downtown Zona Romantica. If you like raspados, I recommend you visit Raspato's, owned by a cute elderly family. It’s nice to go to sleep and wake up to the soothing sound of the Cuale River right outside the balcony. The much needed A/C works wonderfully. When we thought we had an issue with one of the A/Cs in the bedroom, Steve was quick to respond and called maintenance and offered another apartment space for some of our family members to stay in as an alternative. Luckily, this was resolved fast and we were able to stay together in the same Airbnb. We appreciated Steve’s help and hospitality!

Gorgeous 5* apartment with spectacular views over Puerto Vallarta and to the ocean. Sitting on the wrap around balcony was the perfect start and end to every day. It’s an easy 15 mins walk down to the beach with multiple restaurants and supermarkets within easy reach. The pool and snack bar were an added bonus as were the multiple friendly cats in the grounds. Would highly recommend!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! The home is incredibly spacious, beautifully decorated with a modern touch, and impeccably maintained. It offered everything we needed and more — a true home away from home. The building amenities were a fantastic bonus, and the location was perfect for us — peaceful and tucked away from the bustle of the main part of town, but still close enough to everything we needed. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay. We’re already looking forward to coming back for future visits!

Beautiful unit with all of the amenities. Great location where you are close enough to the attractions but without it being directly outside your door. We really enjoyed the peacefulness of the unit, the rooftop pool and hot tub. Each room having its own balcony was a nice plus. The location was very close to restaurants, bars, etc. There is market just over the bridge serving up great, fresh food at a very affordable price. The walk to the water is about 15-20 minutes but we did not mind at all...such a nice area to walk through (or you can take a taxi for a few bucks). Steve is a kind and caring host and is on site in a different unit should anything arise.

Such a beautiful condo! I Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.
