The apartment was as described. The amenities were very nice. The apartment’s location was close to many great restaurants and beach clubs.

this condo was perfect for a family of four! it was spacious and centrally located in Playa while still being in a quiet area of town. so many great restaurants within a short walking distance. would definitely stay here again!

We had a great two night stay. The apartment looked just like the pictures and was spotless. It's a good location. We enjoyed the rooftop pool. We were a group of three adults and a 10 year old and everyone was happy with the stay and would happily stay there again.

Excellent location, the apartment is very nice and very comfortable, everything is impeccable, very good communication with the host, very quick and easy access, our stay was super comfortable, I would stay again on my next vacation, I loved it!!! Highly recommended

We are a family of 5 with 3 babies & stayed 7 nights. This rental was way better than expected. There was not too much decor that the kids can break. The beds & pillows were so comfortable. The place is so spacious & gave us lots of space. It felt safe & centrally located. We’ve stayed on the other side of 5th av & we loved this side way more. It’s close to the beach but a stroller helps. We loved that the place had a washer/dryer but we did buy pods. Also they have a beach chair, umbrella & cooler. We would love to stay here again if we returned. The cons that parents should be aware of is that the balcony glass has an opening on the bottom which means babies cannot walk around. Also there’s a gap to the neighbors balconies on both sides that our 1 year old escaped to & that was scary. The sliding doors also don’t have child locks that we saw which we had to block the doors & the rental doesn’t have a baby bed included but they offer for an additional fee. We just brought our own.

This is the second time we have stayed at Stella’s place in The Serenada. We love the location on 38th street. The rooftop pool run by Julio never disappoints. The condo is perfectly furnished and has everything you need for a short term or extended stay. The building is safe and secure. The beds are comfortable with nice linens. Chedraui high end grocery store is 100 yards away and has wonderful products to make your stay feel like a home from home. Stella provides more cleaning and personal products than any Airbnb we have ever used. It’s a 10 minute walk to the beach with lots of restaurants, coffee shops and bars on the way. Check in is very easy as is check out. Communication with Stella Rentals is rapid and helpful. We had absolutely no issues with anything at all. Deborah was very helpful with recommendations on excursions, dining recommendations and transportation. Response was almost immediate. LOVED our time in Playa and in The Serenada!!

Very comfortable stay, great location.

Spacious, comfortable and very tasteful apartment. It has everything one may need. A block and a half from Fifth Avenue where there are bars, restaurants and shops selling regional items. Quiet area. The tourist terminal and ferry dock are at the other end, which is a 25-minute walk, or you can take a taxi for $150 MXN. Stella is always attentive and ready to answer any questions.

The apartment is in a very good location. Calle 38 is one of the most beautiful streets in Playa with several good restaurants (our tip: Amate 38 & Arcana). Just around the corner is a large grocery store. The apartment was very clean, the mattresses were new and rather hard (which suited us very well). The kitchen was excellently equipped (kettle, toaster, blender, pans, pots, etc.). The washing machine was easy to use. The communication with Stella was quick, friendly and straightforward. The building is a bit noisy – if someone came home late on the same floor (which happened especially on the weekend), it was clearly audible in a room that was directly connected to the corridor through a door. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay. We felt at home and would choose Stella's place again at any time.

Our stay in this apartment in Playa del Carmen was simply exceptional. The luxury and amenities exceeded all our expectations. The spacious and well-equipped rooms and bathrooms offered unparalleled comfort. We really enjoyed the balcony, a perfect space to relax and enjoy with family. In addition, the building's excellent facilities, such as the pool and gym. The location is unbeatable, with supermarkets, convenience stores and the vibrant 5th Avenue within walking distance. The apartment is really amazing, the photos match the place, the truth is the apartment is beautiful, everything was impeccable, the furniture and everything was in excellent condition, we liked that they left us enough towels as well as for the pool, the fact that it had its own hygiene products, the kitchen was very well-equipped with utensils, we loved the balcony, it was very spacious and we had a great time there, the location is excellent because it is 2 blocks from Quinta Avenida but you can't hear any noise despite being so close, the building is very safe, the reception staff was very friendly, Stella's service was excellent, she was always attentive and answered my messages promptly, the rooftop is beautiful, we really loved the place, we will definitely be back.

Great stay! The apartment is in a great location, walkable to 5th but out of the way so very quiet at night. The balcony is a nice addition as is the rooftop pool. Wifi worked great and the entire apartment was clean and comfortable. I'd definitely rent again next time I'm in Playa!

Spectacular apartment! We felt at home immediately on entering. The condo was immaculate, the furniture and bedding very comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with everything one could need for a stay. Even water was provided. The balcony was huge with greenery as a view. Large dining table with 6 chairs, small table and chairs for morning coffee and swing on balcony. The condo is bright and airy. Short walk to great restaurants and stores. Last but not least, Stella was the consummate host. Her response to any questions was immediate. We will return to this condo later in the year!

EXCELLENT LOCATION... A SEVEN 7 JUST BELOW THE BUILDING AND 1 BLOCK FROM 5TH AVENUE

Stella is really great in answering all questions, and she was quick on replying, which was really appreciated!! She also gave us some good restaurant recommendations. It validated some of the restaurants we had identified prior to our stay. The best part of this complex is the location. Close enough to 5th avenue but not too close so it's a bit more quiet. Easy walking distance to restaurants, cafés, grocery store, convenience stores, beaches, etc.... Another great aspect of this complex is the rooftop pool area. Nice long pool, sunchairs, umbrellas, bar service and small food options....and a nice shaded area with lots of tables and chairs. You'll find all you need to enjoy a nice day at the pool. Finally, what we loved about this condo is the terrace. It is wide and you can enjoy dinners on the terrace, or enjoy your coffee in the morning. We would definitely come back!

This was a terrific stay for us. I can't think of a more ideal location. One block from 5th Avenue, three blocks from the beach, a large-ish grocery (Chedraui) right around the corner, a fantastic gym next door with affordable daily and weekly rates, and one of the most delicious restaurants (Moshe Cube) also right around the corner! Also, it's easy to see why Stella is a five-star host. She's incredibly responsive. If you message her on the Airbnb app, don't even set your phone down, as the answer is on its way. She's also courteous, professional and tries very hard to create a great experience for her guests. The pool on top of the building was really nice, with a staffed bar. Overall, I couldn't give this property a higher recommendation. Cheers!

Very nice apartment in the good location, not far from beach and restaurants

We loved our stay here — the apartment is in a great location, it’s very nice and spacious for a family with kids, and the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. The kids absolutely adored the rooftop pool and swam every day! We ate many dinners out on the patio, which is very lush and private feeling. A few things that could have improved our stay would be to have complimentary coffee and laundry detergent available.

This condo exceeded our expectations. The space was impeccably clean, well-decorated, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect-close to EVERYTHING The host was incredibly responsive and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. We especially loved the stunning balcony view, "the cozy living area," "the well-equipped kitchen"]. It truly felt like a home away from home. We can't recommend this place enough and would love to return on our next visit to PLAYA

A wonderful stay! We had a great time in this accommodation. The apartment was super clean, cozy and equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. The location was perfect, mur few minutes from the beach and very close to 5th. Avenue. Stella was very friendly, helpful and always available for questions. We really felt at home and can highly recommend this place! The ladies at the front desk were also super sweet and helpful. Beautiful apartment a few steps from the fifth avenue but at the same time away from the hustle and bustle, excellent Rooftop and excellent 24-hour security service to access the property, the apartment has everything you need and the cleanliness upon arrival has been impeccable. For a family of four I think it's an ideal place to stay.

The apartment is located in a recent building. It is located literally 2 steps from 5th Avenue and the beach but away and therefore quieter. The street downstairs can be a little noisy but we didn't mind. The apartment is fabulous. The bedrooms each have their spacious bathrooms and a dressing room. They are located on both sides of the main room which allows privacy to be preserved. The beds are comfortable. The rooftop with pool gym and hot tub is the cherry on the cake. Very nice services. The staff at the reception is available 24/7 and always kind. We had 20 liters of drinking water available for the stay. In short, we loved it!

We really enjoyed our stay at Stella's place. The location was perfect - easy access to everything we needed. The condo itself is beautiful and clean. Outdoor living space was a nice bonus. Stella was a wonderful host - responsive, friendly, and extremely helpful. I was looking for local recommendations to celebrate my husband's birthday and Stella provided great options for what we needed. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Look no further. This place exceeded our expectations! Spacious, spotless, and in a perfect location. The two bedrooms and bathrooms were larger than expected, had a super functional layout, and plenty of closet space to store our things out of the way. Private balcony was a plus. We were walking distance to a great grocery store plus all the shops and eateries on 5ta Avenida. Absolutely perfect for us!

My husband, two children, and I enjoyed our stay here! The condo is close to 5th Avenue. We walked everywhere our entire stay there, there was no need for us to rent a car. We took taxi’s whenever we needed to go further away.

Everything was excellent! The hostess was attentive in everything and answered all my questions. Always available to help us. The place was amazing! Super clean and comfortable, we slept like at home. The location just a block away from 5th avenue, we were able to go for a quiet walk and get to know Playa del Carmen.

My family of 5 had a wonderful 2 night stay at Stella’s rental. We wish we could of stayed more but this was just a stop before we checked into a resort. From reading Stella’s instructions and using my gps it was easy to find the condo. The condo is in a great location that’s close to everything you’ll need. The beach is straight down 38th, there’s a grocery store Chedraui right around the corner in 10th and it’s like 2 blocks to 5th ave. The rooftop pool was beautiful and the bartender was very very nice. They serve drinks and snacks like fries, chicken strips, and wings. The food took a very long time to come out. I think they only have 1 small frier so everything was cooked one at a time. It didn’t bother us because we were just enjoying the view. We had trouble finding the WiFi network but quickly learned it was a c or e. Can’t remember. Overall we had a beautiful stay and would stay again in the future.

100% recommended, the place is quiet, the apartment is very nice and even better. The cleaning of the apartment is very well, she was always in touch with us, any questions she answered super quickly and we never had any problems with anything. The location of the condominiums is very central to everything, they have several places to eat/buy which you can walk to without any problem, the staff there is very friendly and attentive, Mr. Julio in charge of the bar gave us excellent service to my family and me while we were in the pool, 100% worth renting there!

We really liked the apartment, very comfortable, they put water, soap, conditioner for bathing, Alberta and jacuzzi. The only detail is that the microwave does not arrive to connect, in any case it has to be moved if you want to use it. But from there, everything was very good. My son loved it! We even wanted to book again, But I was already busy. Always available for whatever we needed and questions.

This condo is good for friends' trips. It has a pretty decent rooftop pool(large enough to swim around) with a bar(open til 9 pm and the price was good too!). The location is nice for grocery shopping and grabbing a taxi. The apartment itself maintains good condition. I like that they have a washer&dryer the unit but the dryer works poorly; we had to put over 3 more cycles to dry a few towels. Besides that, this condo offers great stays for me and my friends!

Love this place. Only con is the floor had dust on it, so if you walk barefoot your feet would be dirty. Everything else es amazing! Loved the rooftop, the pool, the kids club, the spacious apartment, the balcony 🙏🏻 excellent choice. Internet was amazing, ACs worked well. Building staff were super friendly. Parking was difficult to. Find, it is right after the 7/11 kind of grey gate… you do not see the name of the building anywhere facing the street. The main entrance is in the inside of the little plaza/area. If unsure park by the 7-11 and walk towards the building and ask the security guard.

The place is super comfortable, you feel at home, the beds and pillows are very comfortable, good location, everything is within reach, close to restaurants but quiet enough to rest without noise. The pool in the rooftop and bar, it's amazing, Julio at the bar took care of us super well, all the staff is friendly and attentive. We would definitely come back.
