Suyas Belize Management

Our place was exactly as described. We were located about 3 miles from town. Suyas management was amazing with communication through email .. they set up our golf cart rental and met us at Tropic Air to pick us up and bring us to Hol Chan Resort.. We were greeted upon arrival and personally took us through our place and showed us everything.. they were located right across the street if we had any questions or concerns .. Always there and friendly ! The pools were great (3) infinity pool, 2 foot pool, and a reg pool.. the staff was there everyday to clean them, rake the beach & also washed off the pool decks daily .. We all had our own personal bar during the day ( Edwin ) made us drinks and was able to order us food from a local bar down the street .. Someplace South - Great food! A good pizza place located across the resort! Grocery Store was a quick 15 min drive north.. We loved everything about San Pedro.. would definately recommend this resort! 5 star.. Can’t wait to return ❤️🌴

This place is truly amazing!! Beautiful location, spacious, perfectly equipped with everything you might need for a holiday in San Pedro, and more besides. Fully equipped kitchen, great air-airconditioning, right next to the pool, unquestionably one of the best Airbnb's I've stayed in. Sandra our host was brilliant - responsive, helpful and a great communicator. I will rebook soon for next year!!

This Villa was amazing for a small group of friends. Plenty of space, very clean and staff were extremely helpful and kind. Beds were ok, but the kitchen was fully equipped with anything you needed to cook. The views were amazing! Having the seawall was very nice considering the amount of Seagassum on the beaches. This beach was very clean and has a cute dock.

Communication prior to arrival was timely, consistent, and seamless, which made planning the trip easy. Check-in was smooth, efficient, and on time. We were able to store our bags since we arrived early—it gave us the chance to grab a meal and explore the town a bit. The condo was perfect for our group of seven. It was clean, well-appointed, and had everything we needed—from cooking hearty meals to staying cool in the heat and keeping entertained during a rainy day. The pool right out front was a huge plus, and the beach was well maintained. We especially enjoyed having access to kayaks and paddleboards, and even caught fish right off the dock. We loved exploring the southern side of the island, and the washer/dryer was a fantastic amenity that made packing lighter and the stay even more convenient. Checkout was quick and hassle-free. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to families or groups of friends!

Beautiful condo. We really enjoyed the stay with our adult kids and 5 year old grand daughter. We stayed on the first floor which made access to the pool so nice. Plenty of lounging area both inside and out. Dennis and Richard were so easy to communicate with. Dennis answered all of my questions starting with when we booked and all the way through to our last day. He was always quick to respond. I’d highly recommend staying here!

We booked at the last minute and got lucky. The host made us feel at home and went above and beyond to make us comfortable and enjoy our stay. We attempted to book the following week, but they were already booked. Don’t hesitate to stay here. It’s private but just a short golf cart ride to whatever you need. We will be staying here in the future.

Spacious room with very responsive hosts—they are super communicative and help you with everything from transportation to excursions. Really warm and welcoming! I will say the beach isn’t really a beach—there’s a retaining wall and then you can swim off the docks. But it’s very pretty and has volleyball, pool, and kayaks!

We really enjoyed our stay! Richard was very helpful and made sure our stay was great! We enjoyed the pools and outdoor beach games. The kitchen was equipped for making meals. It was great to have in suite laundry. It was a nice place to meet up with family and enjoy what the island had to offer!

Hol Chan Resort is truly amazing. Everything exceeded our expectations! Dennis the concierge is wonderful, so helpful and always responsive. The location of the condos is about 3-4 miles south of the main area of San Pedro so you’ll want to rent a golf cart for sure. There is a great little bar across the street called Stax. Someplace South Cafe is about 1 mile north and a must do, great food and 2 for 1 mimosas. They also staff the pool bar with an outstanding and very fun bartender, Eddie. The condo beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is fully stocked and there’s an in unit washer and dryer. The view is amazing and everything about this condo, the staff and everything we did and saw in Belize was unmatched! We will be back!

We had a fantastic stay and couldn’t have asked for a better concierge, Dennis and Richard were the best, 10 out of 10. They were helpful, friendly and always on top of everything. Dennis made sure we had everything we needed and went out of his way to assist with any question or request. His knowledge of the area and attention to detail really made a difference in our experience. We truly felt taken care of throughout our stay. I would highly recommend staying here and would gladly book again in the future!
