Condo in San Pedro

This Villa was amazing for a small group of friends. Plenty of space, very clean and staff were extremely helpful and kind. Beds were ok, but the kitchen was fully equipped with anything you needed to cook. The views were amazing! Having the seawall was very nice considering the amount of Seagassum on the beaches. This beach was very clean and has a cute dock.

Hol Chan Resort is truly amazing. Everything exceeded our expectations! Dennis the concierge is wonderful, so helpful and always responsive. The location of the condos is about 3-4 miles south of the main area of San Pedro so you’ll want to rent a golf cart for sure. There is a great little bar across the street called Stax. Someplace South Cafe is about 1 mile north and a must do, great food and 2 for 1 mimosas. They also staff the pool bar with an outstanding and very fun bartender, Eddie. The condo beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is fully stocked and there’s an in unit washer and dryer. The view is amazing and everything about this condo, the staff and everything we did and saw in Belize was unmatched! We will be back!

Just returned from a wonderful stay - super happy with the condo and the pool/beach area!

We really enjoyed our stay! The rooms were great, the grounds were very well kept and the concierge was friendly. There were menus for restaurants near by and we were able to get delivery from Someplace South for breakfast, lunch or dinner! We didn’t do any excursions, but there was a book with some options in our room. We could have booked directly through the office if we wanted to. Two small negatives: - There are no umbrellas at the pool. Only 2 thatch umbrellas on the “beach” - the cleaning staff uses very heavily perfumed products. Two in our group are sensitive to scents and had headaches the first day until we could air it out.

The resort arranged to have us picked up at the ferry dock in San Pedro - our golf cart was waiting for us at Hol Chan Resort. The check in process was a breeze. Sandra and Richard were great. We had some weather that excluded some water activities, but the resort’s pool side bar had great food and drinks and, of course, a great view. We were initially worried that being out of town 3.5 miles would hamper exploration, but we loved hanging out with Robin across the street at Sax’s and enjoyed the Black Orchid restaurant just a short drive up the road. Most mornings we cooked breakfast in the condo’s kitchen and had coffee on the veranda. If I were to list things to be mindful of if you’re traveling in June, I’d say book your excursions as soon as you know weather will allow. Thinking we had time, we waited and due to rain ended up missing excursions we had wanted to take - Secret Beach is a must see - and stop to have a meal at Ramon’s Village; great food and staff.

This resort was GORGEOUS! It looked exactly like the pictures of not better. The area surrounding wasn’t busy at all so the beach view looked like a photograph- just beautiful white sand and no one on it. It was incredible and felt so private and lovely. Sandra is amazing and super attentive to your every need. She goes above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable and happy with your stay to include periodic check ins and makes accommodations based on your needs. My parents and I were so happy with her and our stay. The pool bartender, Edwin, was also great- very personable and helpful. 10 out of 5 starts for sure!! Thank you!

Very nice property. Well furnished, comfortable beds and furniture. Plan on having a golf cart as the property is several miles from town on rough and unfinished dirt roads.

We all had an incredible experience and the team was phenomenal! If you’re visiting San Pedro I highly recommend staying here!

We loved our stay here. The condo was great. It was updated and everything was clean and nice. We loved the pool and Sandra was amazing. I could list many great things about this place and it is one of the best Airbnb's was have stayed at and we travel a lot. I have just 2 minor things I would say the condo was missing and that was extra pillow cases for the pillows in the master closet, we couldnt find them anywhere and there is no full length mirror at the property, but these are really minor things, overall it was a great stay and we were sad to leave!!!! You will not regret staying here!!!

Sandra and Richard were friendly and helpful. They answered all our questions, helped with our snorkel tour and made our trip easy to plan.
