Pool & Beach Walkout Suite

Our place was exactly as described. We were located about 3 miles from town. Suyas management was amazing with communication through email .. they set up our golf cart rental and met us at Tropic Air to pick us up and bring us to Hol Chan Resort.. We were greeted upon arrival and personally took us through our place and showed us everything.. they were located right across the street if we had any questions or concerns .. Always there and friendly ! The pools were great (3) infinity pool, 2 foot pool, and a reg pool.. the staff was there everyday to clean them, rake the beach & also washed off the pool decks daily .. We all had our own personal bar during the day ( Edwin ) made us drinks and was able to order us food from a local bar down the street .. Someplace South - Great food! A good pizza place located across the resort! Grocery Store was a quick 15 min drive north.. We loved everything about San Pedro.. would definately recommend this resort! 5 star.. Can’t wait to return ❤️🌴

Communication prior to arrival was timely, consistent, and seamless, which made planning the trip easy. Check-in was smooth, efficient, and on time. We were able to store our bags since we arrived early—it gave us the chance to grab a meal and explore the town a bit. The condo was perfect for our group of seven. It was clean, well-appointed, and had everything we needed—from cooking hearty meals to staying cool in the heat and keeping entertained during a rainy day. The pool right out front was a huge plus, and the beach was well maintained. We especially enjoyed having access to kayaks and paddleboards, and even caught fish right off the dock. We loved exploring the southern side of the island, and the washer/dryer was a fantastic amenity that made packing lighter and the stay even more convenient. Checkout was quick and hassle-free. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to families or groups of friends!

We really enjoyed our stay! Richard was very helpful and made sure our stay was great! We enjoyed the pools and outdoor beach games. The kitchen was equipped for making meals. It was great to have in suite laundry. It was a nice place to meet up with family and enjoy what the island had to offer!

Go stay here!!! It is so beautiful and peaceful, right off of the Hol Chan reef. The place is even nicer in person we were pleasantly surprised. Dennis & Richard were so sweet and accommodating and adorable. Will 100% be returning!

The stay was amazing. The Hol Chan 1E home was incredible. The walkout to pool/beach was so convenient. The service provided by Dennis and Richard was top notch. I highly recommend Maria as an in house chef. The food was incredible and she is kind and friendly. Our poolside bartender, Edward, was the best!!!!! He is the winner of bartender of year for 2024!!! We will be back without a doubt!

We enjoyed 9 days at Hol Chan and it was perfect from start to finish! They arranged all our tours with Suya tours. We were picked up from our own dock which was amazing service. Concierge and management were always super responsive and helpful. They insured we had a great time. The condo was just as pictured and so clean! The AC was amazing! We loved our stay and will be coming back again.

We were greeted personally with rum punch, chips and salsa! The place is absolutely amazing. Better than the photos depict. We were picked up on the private dock for tours during our stay, enjoyed the pool, and beach bbq’d fresh caught fish. While there is a cute bar/pizza place across the road, you will need to golf cart the 20 min back and forth to San Pedro for other options. I can’t speak highly enough about the property management team - they are fantastic!

Very nice place just south of San Pedro. You will need a golf cart for getting to town, but we really enjoyed the location for the peace and quiet. The pool and beach area are very nice and well maintained.
