We have stayed at Punta Mura numerous times and have stayed at various places in the gates. This place was by far the best. It was pristinely clean, which is something that is very important to our family. The beds, furniture , bedding and towels were all top quality. Numerous extra towels and washcloths, which is always nice when traveling with a large family. The bathrooms were even stocked with q tips and hair ties….. sounds like no big deal unless you are in a house 1/2 full of women!!! We appreciate extra hair ties. The deck was beautiful and a great place to gather after a long day at the beach. The kitchen has everything plus some extra things you’ll need for your stay. It comes with a chef that will make you breakfast. Her name is Erika and all I can say is my family was begging her to come live with us!! She made amazing breakfast meals, fresh guac and cleaned our house everyday. Our concierge Fernanda was so so amazing. I could text her anytime she was prompt!

Well maintained property located in well maintained development. Excellent place for families. This is the cleanest Airbnb we have stayed. Lots of activities and amenities for a family vacation. Cristina prepared delicious breakfast and maintained this place spotless. Our concierge, Cynthia, was very patient, attentive, and provided excellent customer service.

We had a fantastic time at this location. The host was incredibly responsive and helped us book multiple restaurants and ancillary items. The location was ideal. It felt as though we had a private villa with views of the ocean. Loved it!

This is our second stay at Las Marietas, and we chose the same unit as well! The home is beautiful and has the absolute best view of the 18th hole and the ocean from the back patio/pool. We made use of the community pool and common areas as well and had the spaces all to ourselves. We enjoyed the daily breakfast on our patio and we also used the in home chef service for two of our dinners and it was STUNNING!!!! 10/10 Our teenage children love the community of Punta Mita and we hope to continue to come here for many many years.

This is as close as perfect as it gets with lodging. You get the space and uniqueness from an Airbnb, coupled with hotel-like service and amenities. And not just any hotel--this unit is on par with the luxury hotels (FS, StR) you can find in Punta Mita. The decor, furniture, finishes: all high-end and with excellent taste. The view is absolutely incredible. Sunsets are magical, and completely unobstructed. As other reviews have mentioned, if you think the photos are nice, the unit in person is even better. I'd looked at the photos plenty of times before the trip, but entering the unit was still a "wow" moment. Last, but certainly not least: the concierge (Fernanda) and house staff (Cristina) were fantastic. They took excellent care of us: coordinating tours, arranging local transportation, making amazing food, and keeping the until absolutely pristine. 10/10, all the stars, I cannot recommend this unit enough. It's not just a place to stay, it's an entire experience.

The property is centrally located in an ideal spot, providing convenient access to all the neighboring beach clubs and golf courses. Just outside the gates, there are charming small shops and a variety of restaurants, which can be easily accessed using golf carts. The property features tasteful and chic design, catering to exceptional tastes. Thank you for sharing home, and we eagerly anticipate returning to Punta Mita in the near future. The gated area is extremely secure, making it a perfect environment for families with children. Such a beautiful stay in Punta Mita. Easy check in and communication. We loved the location and ease of getting around with the golf cart. Delicious breakfast daily. We had an amazing time!

This was the second time I’ve rented a condo on the 4 Seasons property at Punta Mita and it just gets better! Why stay at the hotel when for far less you get three bedrooms, your own pool, golf cart, Concierge and access to all the beach clubs and restaurants?!

Beyond impressed with our experience with Vallarta Rentals & our stay in Las Marietas 101D, Punta Mita. María at Vallarta Rentals was extremely responsive and friendly. She was able to accommodate all of my requests with ease - and there were many requests! Upon arrival, we enjoyed delicious welcome drinks & snacks. Sarah was gracious to explain our surroundings, explained how to get around (by golf cart!), & was available if we needed anything at all. Our house keeper, Kristina, prepared us incredible breakfasts every morning & kept the condo in pristine condition. We arranged chefs through Vallarta Rentals, (Betsy & Sofia) and they were one of the highlights of our trip - HIGHLY RECOMMEND. We ordered Mexican meals for two different nights and they were outstanding. The beach clubs in the area are also impressive & the golf course is one of a kind. Everyone in the gated community of Punta Mita was extremely friendly and the security was impressive. We can’t wait to come back!

Wow! Wow!Wow! I have to say this was one of the best experiences my family and I have had. From friendly staff to attention to detail on part of the host. This is a must when in Punta de Mita. The view doesn’t do justice in the pictures, we got to see the sunset every day!! Amazing place I’d you have 5-10 year olds. I will be back with my family soon!!!

Punta Mita and Las Terrazas exceeded our expectations. It was a wonderful vacation and the condo is spacious and comfortable - especially the balcony/patio. We loved all the beach clubs; Pacifico and Sufi were our favorites. The golf cart was perfect - stayed charged and we were even able to take it into town (Punta de Mita). We felt safe; everyone is so friendly and helpful. The golf was outstanding, worth the cost. Pedro, our concierge, was the best. He was super responsive and helped with activities. Take plenty of pesos for tips, you will need them!

We had a great vacation in your beautiful condo. The place exceeded our expectations. The golf cart made it very easy to get from the different beach clubs and even into town. Pedro was fantastic and very responsive before and during our visit. He had great recommendations for outings and dinner plans. We had a water leak with the washer and he had maintenance come and fix it immediately. We also really appreciated that he made us aware of a protest that was going to happen on our departure day. He worked with us to come up with different scenarios of how to get to the airport. Adrianna was our cook/housecleaner. She made delicious meals and kept the place very clean. She did however take some of the leftovers that we were looking forward to. Not sure we would do the meals again. Overall, your condo was amazing and we created some great memories here. Thank you!

Gorgeous condo in a gorgeous destination! Unit is just as described - bright, airy, comfortable and clean. Perfect for 1-2 families. Host was ultra communicative and helpful. Pedro offered great recommendations and helped with reservations. Our housekeeper Betty not only kept the condo in perfect condition but also made daily delicious breakfasts. The unit comes with a golf cart and access to Punta Mita's beautiful beach clubs. We could not be happier with our stay! Thank you.

Awesome spring break at this villa! Perfect for two families. Pedro (concierge) and Annabel (housekeeper) made our trip! Pedro had great suggestions for activities and restaurants. Boat excursion on Kat Lagoon was a highlight and we loved restaurants in town! Annabel prepared us amazing breakfast each day and tidied up, made beds and even did laundry! Also, enjoyed beach clubs (Pacifico was our favorite) and round of golf and pickle ball. Single room is small but has own full bathroom. Other 3 rooms are very spacious and comfortable with own bathrooms. Large terrace with comfy furniture was nice in morning and evening! Golf cart included but couldn’t go far before losing charge (max. one activity and dinner).

Our stay was so special. We brought three generations together to celebrate an important family birthday and it really was the perfect celebratory experience. Both the concierge and housekeeper helped to make every part of our stay seamless and simple. We loved the suite, the pool, the access to the golf cart and the bikes, and of course, the walkability to town. Having access to the clubs is a huge perk that we certainly appreciated. We were deeply appreciative of the kindness the housekeeper, Olga, shared with us and Fernanda, the concierge we had the fortunate to work with. Thank you Fernanda and Olga for such a special stay!

The place was always clean & the chef prepared meals were amazing (Thank you Isabel)! Our host, Fernanda, was always very responsive and made our visit so easy! Would definitely rent this place again!

Our stay at Las Marietas D101 was above and beyond! Beginning with our concierge, Sara who flawlessly scheduled our airport transfer, breakfast chef a dinner chef and a surprise flower delivery and tee times to name a few. The unit itself was spectacular - just as the photos show. It was fully appointed, we’re already planning our next trip 😃

Although my husband and I have travelled to Mexico several times before, this was our first trip to Punta Mita and included our 2 daughters, ages 5 and 7. Punta Mita is a great location to vacation with younger children due to the close proximity of the hotels, beach clubs, as well as an outstanding selection of restaurants inside and outside “the gates”. The community is beautiful and felt well secured. As for the condo itself, Las Marietas, this is a gem of a property!!! It’s pristine, well appointed, and well maintained!!! I am so glad that a previous reviewer mentioned Sonos speakers because settling into a new place with great tunes is everything!!! Thank you, Dou, for accurately communicating everything we discussed to ensure our itinerary was well organized and detail oriented. Thank you, Fernanda, for your warm welcome to the property and great communication to ensure everything was executed perfectly during our stay at Las Marietas. And lastly, thank you to Christina for keeping the property so clean and well organized, (especially in the presence of our younger children), being such a warm, gentle spirit, and making such delicious food (you can’t go wrong with breakfast or dinner!). I requested daily green juice and she prepared some of the best I’ve tasted. Anyhow, if you have an opportunity to stay here, please do!

Fantastic 5-star property with one caveat: be wary of the police outside the gates. This property is incredible: well-located, decorated and has an underground garage. It's walking distance to the St. Regis (currently half-open during renovations) and golf course. It also has easy access to other beach clubs. The Punta Mita resort is a security state with multiple gates and checkpoints. The spoiler for our vacation was getting pulled over, threatened and bribed by local police. The owners were made aware of this before posting this review. I'd recommend limiting excursions outside of the resort and using transportation versus renting a car. Staff was extremely helpful, but there's only so much they can do about issues like this.

Our stay with Vallarta Rentals was dreamy. Pedro was fantastic at coordinating everything and getting us everything we needed. Aide was a great chef and housekeeper. Great location and so much to do we couldn't fit it all in this trip. Fun pool and access to great beach clubs. We will definitely be back.

We had an amazing trip. The Airbnb team, Fernanda and Cristi from Vallarta Rentals, treated us excellently. We couldn't have chosen a better condominium in Punta Mita.

This is a beautiful spacious condo in a gorgeous property. It was so clean, quiet & luxurious. We went to Pacifico and Kapuri beach clubs and loved them both, they were stunning. We also enjoyed the pool at the condo. Expect US prices for most things in the area. Kapuri beach club had the edge with a great kids club, the staff were so engaged and lovely and it was perfect for our four year olds who needed a break & to play with some toys (it did cost about $24 per hour per child fyi). Pacifico had the best breakfast menu. The local town was 10 mins golf cart away - we loved Rustica for a relaxed dinner. Our maid Lucia was a great cook and made the trip so much easier (esp. with three young kids) preparing lunch for us each day and making beds & cleaning floors. The concierge were amazing and can arrange so much for you. It’s pricey but overall was the best trip we’ve ever had in terms of environment, experience & service

Everything was great.

This villa and overall property was one of the best Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed in! The photos don’t do the space justice. We lived between the pool and cruising to the various beach clubs in the golf course. Special shout out to our concierge and housekeeper for helping arrange airport transportation and preparing amazing breakfasts everyday. We can’t wait to return

Our stay at D101 Las Mariatas was nothing short of amazing. The daily housekeeping and in unit breakfast/lunch services were a great addition to an already perfect stay. The home and the location within Punta Mita was perfect. We truly enjoyed each minute there. This is a TOP TRIP for us, for sure.

Las Terrazas is in all around fabulous choice! From the location in Punta de Mita, to the decor and spacious accommodations , to the access to all the beach clubs.. we had a wonderful family getaway. Our concierge, Fernanda was so friendly and accommodating. We especially loved waking up to traditional Mexican breakfast by Sarayi. Thank you to all!

This beautiful and well located home exceeded expectations. We have stayed in many Punta Mita condos as well as villas and we all agreed that this was our favorite. The view was exceptional, the staff is great, kitchen is well equipped and the concierge was helpful as well as responsive. You could hardly tell that this was a condo as it felt so private. Also very comfortable bedrooms and living space. We will certainly be returning soon!

Been to Punta Mita a handful of times now. This house is our favorite rental so far. Practically new and the decor, views and layout are really optimized. Feels very spacious for six people with great flow. Rental comes with great perks: golf kart, access to beach clubs, on-site cooked breakfast, and concierge. Cheers.

Las Marietas D101 is a gem. Location is great. The views are terrific. The actual unit and the amenities in it are top notch. Everything feels brand new and well designed. Sonos speakers in the family room were a nice touch. Each en suite bedroom is located in such a way that there's a tremendous amount of privacy. Overall, we couldn't have been happier with D101.

Incredible apartment, view and service!

Everything was wonderful. From the condo, to the food, to the beach clubs , to the excursions. Couldn't imagine a better week!

This condo is truly as gorgeous as it looks in the pictures. So well appointed, bright and airy. Really beautifully done. And that’s just a piece of a what you get with this rental — access to all the fantastic Punta Mita amenities make it impossible to have anything but a wonderful vacation. So handy the golf cart was included, we made the most of the property. The best thing was the Kupuri Beach Club — we went everyday. The beach and pools are gorgeous, the food delicious and the staff couldn’t be more kind and helpful. We really loved this condo and would definitely stay there again.

Our family had a super relaxing stay at this beautifully-appointed property. Inside and out, this condo fully met our expectations. The two housekeepers who prepared breakfast and cleaning services every day were a delight and along with meeting dietary needs, kept the place pristine. We also appreciated the golf cart that was included - critical for scooting around d in Punta Mita. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
