We have stayed at Punta Mura numerous times and have stayed at various places in the gates. This place was by far the best. It was pristinely clean, which is something that is very important to our family. The beds, furniture , bedding and towels were all top quality. Numerous extra towels and washcloths, which is always nice when traveling with a large family. The bathrooms were even stocked with q tips and hair ties….. sounds like no big deal unless you are in a house 1/2 full of women!!! We appreciate extra hair ties. The deck was beautiful and a great place to gather after a long day at the beach. The kitchen has everything plus some extra things you’ll need for your stay. It comes with a chef that will make you breakfast. Her name is Erika and all I can say is my family was begging her to come live with us!! She made amazing breakfast meals, fresh guac and cleaned our house everyday. Our concierge Fernanda was so so amazing. I could text her anytime she was prompt!

The property is centrally located in an ideal spot, providing convenient access to all the neighboring beach clubs and golf courses. Just outside the gates, there are charming small shops and a variety of restaurants, which can be easily accessed using golf carts. The property features tasteful and chic design, catering to exceptional tastes. Thank you for sharing home, and we eagerly anticipate returning to Punta Mita in the near future. The gated area is extremely secure, making it a perfect environment for families with children. Such a beautiful stay in Punta Mita. Easy check in and communication. We loved the location and ease of getting around with the golf cart. Delicious breakfast daily. We had an amazing time!

Punta Mita and Las Terrazas exceeded our expectations. It was a wonderful vacation and the condo is spacious and comfortable - especially the balcony/patio. We loved all the beach clubs; Pacifico and Sufi were our favorites. The golf cart was perfect - stayed charged and we were even able to take it into town (Punta de Mita). We felt safe; everyone is so friendly and helpful. The golf was outstanding, worth the cost. Pedro, our concierge, was the best. He was super responsive and helped with activities. Take plenty of pesos for tips, you will need them!

We had a great vacation in your beautiful condo. The place exceeded our expectations. The golf cart made it very easy to get from the different beach clubs and even into town. Pedro was fantastic and very responsive before and during our visit. He had great recommendations for outings and dinner plans. We had a water leak with the washer and he had maintenance come and fix it immediately. We also really appreciated that he made us aware of a protest that was going to happen on our departure day. He worked with us to come up with different scenarios of how to get to the airport. Adrianna was our cook/housecleaner. She made delicious meals and kept the place very clean. She did however take some of the leftovers that we were looking forward to. Not sure we would do the meals again. Overall, your condo was amazing and we created some great memories here. Thank you!

Gorgeous condo in a gorgeous destination! Unit is just as described - bright, airy, comfortable and clean. Perfect for 1-2 families. Host was ultra communicative and helpful. Pedro offered great recommendations and helped with reservations. Our housekeeper Betty not only kept the condo in perfect condition but also made daily delicious breakfasts. The unit comes with a golf cart and access to Punta Mita's beautiful beach clubs. We could not be happier with our stay! Thank you.

Awesome spring break at this villa! Perfect for two families. Pedro (concierge) and Annabel (housekeeper) made our trip! Pedro had great suggestions for activities and restaurants. Boat excursion on Kat Lagoon was a highlight and we loved restaurants in town! Annabel prepared us amazing breakfast each day and tidied up, made beds and even did laundry! Also, enjoyed beach clubs (Pacifico was our favorite) and round of golf and pickle ball. Single room is small but has own full bathroom. Other 3 rooms are very spacious and comfortable with own bathrooms. Large terrace with comfy furniture was nice in morning and evening! Golf cart included but couldn’t go far before losing charge (max. one activity and dinner).

Our stay was so special. We brought three generations together to celebrate an important family birthday and it really was the perfect celebratory experience. Both the concierge and housekeeper helped to make every part of our stay seamless and simple. We loved the suite, the pool, the access to the golf cart and the bikes, and of course, the walkability to town. Having access to the clubs is a huge perk that we certainly appreciated. We were deeply appreciative of the kindness the housekeeper, Olga, shared with us and Fernanda, the concierge we had the fortunate to work with. Thank you Fernanda and Olga for such a special stay!
