Reed

This house is beautiful. Quite spacious for a family of 10, with enough rooms and beds. A pool that allowed us to have fun as a family. And the common areas are very spacious, comfortable and with all the necessary amenities. Reed was attentive at all times, and José, who manages the house, helped us a lot by arranging transportation for us to go to other places and by giving us useful recommendations for food. Definitely a place I would go back to with my family.

The villa was amazing! The location was a little secluded, but nothing a taxi couldn’t fix. We loved the privacy we had and felt right at home.

The Villa is amazing , very good size and the interior decor is very well put together. All the main rooms and bedrooms has air con and ceiling fans The pool is a very good size and is deep, and able to do a few laps in there. Property manager Jose very accesible and is there to help in anyway . Was a great stay at the Villa.

There are no words to describe this place of than: Amazing & Peaceful. Reed hosted my family and our friends. This place is incredible, lots to do, coffee shop right across the street and of course the pool for the kids. Also minutes from local supermarkets, restaurants and a local spot called Palma Central. Yes the beach is 10m away but if you get a cab it runs about 15usd. We cannot thank Reed enough for this space it was AMAZING. Reed was also very responsive and accommodating to specific requests. Would also like to thank Jose the property manager amazing person and also very responsive. All and all great host, great property and even better vacation. Highly recommended and hopefully we will be booking with Reed again!!!!!!

We were a group of 6 friends, and the house was even more beautiful than the pictures. The pool is stunning, the house is amazingly decorated and the rooms are comfortable. The area is quiet and easy to get around. Most recommend to rent a car. Jose was available for everything we needed. And was super nice. We will go back there again, thank you very much.

The house is exactly what shows on pictures, The house is absolutely Beautiful, The hosts were very Helpful, They replied very quick everytime we had a question, went out of their way to help us with every need and question we Had. I would recommend this Stay specially for the attention the Hosts will give you with staying in Tulum. Their Property manager Jose was also very helpful, and right on time for receive us at Check in. The only Thing I'd say is that if you are looking to stay there , I would recommend having a car because it is a little bit out of the ' Hotel zone', about a 20 minutes drive.

This place was simply gorgeous. The pictures described the property perfectly—it was definitely one of the best places I have ever stayed. The host and staff were very friendly and recommended great places to eat. The layout of the house was extremely comfortable, with plenty of space for a large group. Special shout-out to Jose, who greeted us with a big smile and made us feel very welcome. I truly hope to visit again. The neighborhood felt safe and peaceful. Recommendation for future guests: bring mosquito repellent for the evenings, as mosquitoes do come out due to the surrounding vegetation.

LUXURY

We celebrated my 30th birthday in Tulum at Reed’s villa and it was so worth it! The villa was beautiful, Reed was so responsive, and the on-site manager, Jose, was amazing! They both gave helpful recommendations for transportation, food, and tourist attractions. The villa was also clean and looked just like the photos! Highly recommend!

Reed’s place was incredible. Felt right at home from the moment I stepped foot into the villa. Everything is exactly as its shown in the photos. The host and the on-site manager are extremely helpful. They go above and beyond to assist. The villa is pretty close to everything (restaurants, cenotes, etc). I highly recommend this villa as it was one of the best ones I’ve stayed at.

My family and I had an amazing stay at Reeds place. So much so that we were interested in extra time but unfortunately it was all booked out because why not, it is a spectacular place. From the moment we arrived all the way through the end, we felt right at home and had no issues. The beds are great, towels are plentiful and the pool is an absolute joy! Reed I will see you in my future my friend!

Great place to stay. We had a girl trip and it was more than we expected. Place is safe, close to everything that you need, lovely interior. Reed is great host, always replying and ready to help any time. Property manager Jose was a right person to ask if you have any concerns and was very helpful. We will definitely come back.
