We liked the apartment quite a bit. It had everything we needed for our stay. Communication was excellent and the area was very central. Parking was included.

Almost immediate communication and flexibility to extend the stay for one more week. I really appreciate your kindness, cooperation, and effort to make my return to Costa Rica a pleasant experience, in a modern apartment building, conveniently located, and with access to the best restaurants in the area. Terrible host! Book anything else! They asked for my details in advance to ease the checking in and said I'd just say the name if the apartment at the reception and get the key. When I got there, they didn't know about my reservation and asked me to fill out everything again. It took more than an hour. Then they had me wait because they double booked the apartment and another woman booked it through booking. they wanted to kick her out but then said she could stay and gave me a completely different apartment on the 9 th floor. After one day they told me I could switch to three one I booked and would get the key at the reception. I had to go through the whole checkin again which took so long that I had to join a meeting for work in between in the common areas. I got a different apartment on the 16th floor which doesn't have a washing machine. After I complained, they completely ignored me until the last day where they reminded me to checkout in time. Terrible experience!

Beautiful apartment fully equipped for a great stay! Lovely soap products for the bathroom as well. Great location, walking distance with lots of restaurants and nice cafes. Great amenities in the building. Would recommend.

The bed is very uncomfortable and the noise is quite loud since the windows do not block it out.

The apartment is beautiful. It's one of the nicest apartments we've stayed in. Everything was perfect and we loved that they had coffee with sugar and cream :) Thank you so much for having us. We would love to come back!

Beautiful apartment, very well equipped and clean. The location is very central and allows you to get around very easily on foot. Everyone in the building provides very good service and is very friendly.

Really enjoyed our stay for 1 night. The apartment space and facilities are excellent, communicate was great and location is perfect for visiting San Jose. Only note - tram and traffic noise is quite loud, enough though the apartment is on the 26th floor. So earplugs needed for lite sleepers. Would stay again
