We want you to feel comfortable and enjoy your stay in this space created for you. Please help us by following these guidelines:

• Check-in time is 3:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. If you require any adjustments, please inform us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
• An authorization email has been sent to the lobby. Upon arrival, present your guest ID along with your own identification (passport, identity document, driver’s license, etc.) to the concierge. Provide them with apartment number XX to expedite the process.
• Treat the apartment as if it were your own. Help protect the environment by turning off lights and devices when not in use and using water responsibly. If you want to recycle, please leave materials in basement #1 (S1). Do not dispose of glass bottles in the trash chute.
• Maintain quiet and discretion inside the apartment and in common areas, especially during nighttime hours. Loud noises and parties are not permitted.
• Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and on the balcony. A designated smoking area is located outside the building at the corner of Altea’s Pop Up Store. (Penalty fee: $200)
• Do not use towels to remove makeup, as this will damage them. (Penalty fee: $20)
• Avoid throwing objects or trash in hallways, common areas, balconies, or out of windows.
• Do not hang or place clothes, rugs, or other items in areas visible from common spaces or the balcony.
• Unauthorized guests are not allowed. Please notify us if you plan to invite someone so we can assist you and prevent any issues. Security cameras monitor the building.
