We had a lovely time at Cristina and Jose’s house. The property is perfectly situated to visit everything on foot. The views from the rooftop are stunning The staff are really great too. Keep in mind that you are in the city and that there is a lot of noise although you don’t hear it in the bedroom.!

Our group thoroughly enjoyed this house and the staff. The location was close enough to nightlife, excursion pickups and vendor shopping but far enough from too much chaos. We can’t express how much Marie, Tatiana and Wilmer played a role in our wonderful stay. The girls literally shed tears when we departed. They catered to every need from the delicious meals to keeping the place clean and tidy. Wilmer was like having a personal bodyguard. He took great care of our group and was always responsive. They are truly a dream team. Overall, we loved our stay at this house and would highly recommend to anyone.

Cristina & Jose's villa in Getsemani was ideal for our family vacation over the Christmas holidays. The location was perfectly situated for exploring the walled city and Getsemani on foot and the views of Cartagena bay were priceless -- both from the living room and the beautiful rooftop. We enjoyed the pool and living areas and the beds were very comfortable. Tatiana (cook), Mari (cleaner) and Wilmer (security) we amazing people and very helpful during our stay. Can't recommend this place enough!

This home was one of my favorite rentals of all time. The location is fantastic; it's easily walkable to all of the points of interest, but also not right in the middle of party town. The views are amazing. Furthermore--something I wasn't aware of was the jewel of a municipal park right across the street on the water, with a bar surrounded by a few food trucks, and with a great evening ambience. The staff was fantastic also, and took great care of us. I'd highly recommend this place!

Beautiful location and amazing staff. Wilmer was amazing, protective, helpful and treated us like family. Tatiana prepared amazing meals through our stay. And the clean staff made sure the home was spotless when we arrived from touring the city. Even with everything happening with Independence celebrations we still had a great time and felt safe especially with Wilmer. 1000/10 would highly recommend.

The house is impeccable and in an unbeatable location. The staff is excellent, Tatiana and Maria are always attentive to the food and Wilmer helps not only with security, but also does everything necessary to make you feel comfortable and calm.

Cartagena Colombia, was probably the best Vacation I have been on so far and I travel quite often. Cristina, Jose and staff was a major part of the reason why. I celebrated my 40th birthday(girls trip style) & Cristina and Jose were excellent host. They responded quickly and helped with anything we asked. Maria, the concierge was excellent. She helped with balloon decor, setting up our tour to Palenque(which was a highlight of our trip), our shuttle to and from the airport, our dinner reservations ect. Now Wilmer, Tatiana and Marie were the best. Wilmer help with anything that we needed around the house and outside of the house and made us feel very safe. Tatiana food was top tier and Marie made sure everything was tidy at all times. I miss them 🥺. They were the sweetest and the best💛. If you find yourself having a problem with them, know that the problem is you and not them.

We had the best time staying here with our group of 12 ladies! The house was beautiful, very well maintained, and in the perfect location to get around the city. We always felt safe and loved how the rooms were set up right next to each other, it made getting ready together so much fun. The pool and views were a highlight, and the whole place had a super luxe tropical feel. Special shoutouts to the amazing staff who made our trip extra memorable: Wilmer – the absolute best! He went above and beyond to make sure we were safe and comfortable, even walking us to local spots at night. His kindness and generosity of time really stood out. Mari & Tatiana, thank you for the delicious breakfasts and for being so attentive to all our requests. You truly made us feel spoiled and cared for! Felt like we had aunties taking care of us. Cristina and Jose were very responsive and very helpful. The airbnb was in a perfect location, walkable to everything. their team Maria, Tatiana and Wilma made us felt at home. We stayed at this beautiful home in Cartagena from August 19th with a group of nine — seven adults and two little ones (8 months and 4 years). Don’t be put off by the staircase with its ceramic tiles — at the top you’re welcomed into a stunning open-plan living, dining, and kitchen space with a tropical feature wall. Mr. Wilmer kindly carried our heavy suitcases upstairs (a lifesaver!), and Tatiana greeted us with fresh pineapple juice. Each morning we enjoyed a delicious breakfast with Colombian specialties, tropical fruits, eggs, bacon, and pancakes. Marie and Tatiana were wonderful, and the rooms were kept spotless throughout our stay. The rooftop pool was a real treat, and the location was perfect — just 5 minutes to all the restaurants in Getsemaní and 10 minutes to the magical walled Old Town. This home in Cartagena was the perfect base for our trip — a true home away from home. We loved every moment!

The house is great, good privacy, everything is very spacious. There are things to improve, the upstairs room needs a change of mattress, the pool area needs cleaning and maintenance, it has dirt inside, the mattress needs to be changed, the photo looks great but it's a mess, the girl who cleans and cooks is a nice touch but something more could be done for breakfast, internet beyond the ground floor area, wifi doesn't work

The apartment was very clean, the spaces were very well distributed, the rooftop bar is a great place to spend the afternoon! Overall, everything was excellent

Beautiful house in a lovely part of the old town. Quiet but central. Bedrooms and bathrooms very comfortable. Kind housekeeper. We were however disappointed to find the small pool was inacessible during our stay. We appreciated the efforts by the hosts to find a solution to get this fixed but it did spoil our experience somewhat.

It was a great weekend for my friends and me. Great Host, we appreciate all the help from Tatiana and Wilmer. We hope to be back soon!

Our stay was absolutely amazing and made our bachelor trip so much fun and surprisingly family-like. Everything about the Airbnb was smooth and well thought out. Maria, the concierge, was super helpful and incredibly responsive throughout our stay — even though we never met in person, she made sure everything ran perfectly behind the scenes. Wilmer was awesome — he truly felt like a friend from the start, always around to help and just a great presence to have during the trip. And Tatiana’s cooking was hands-down the best — every meal was delicious and made us feel right at home. This place made our bachelor trip not only fun but also surprisingly heartwarming. It had the perfect mix of celebration and comfort, and we left with great memories and new friends. Can’t recommend this place enough!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cristina and Jose's house! There was plenty of room for everyone, and i loved the location. the house itself has all the charm of a traditional home in Cartagena. The big hits for us were: 1) location - it is in a quieter part of the Walled City, which is exactly what we wanted. all the more touristy parts are an easy walk, but being able to escape it all is fantastic. 2) proximity to restaurants - lots of great places in the area 3) Shopping mall - the shopping mall is right across the street which offers lots of nice shops and places to eat 4) the house is spacious - lots of space to hang out as a family/ group, but also places to have a bit of solitude 5) Roof top pool - it is a splash pool, but perfectly fine for a decent sized group to take a break from the heat 6) close to groceries if i went back with a group similar in size, I would stay there again.

My family and I (13 people total) had a great stay at this Airbnb. The house is located very close to all the action in Getsemani but still far away enough to be quiet at night. The Walled City is also an easy 10-15 minute walk from the house. The rooftop and pool is a great space for hanging out and decompressing at the end of the day. The highlight of the stay is the service provided by the house staff. Tatiana, Mari (sp?), and Wilmer. They made our stay extra special by taking care of all our needs, they definitely go above and beyond!

We booked this villa for a bachelorette trip, and from the moment we walked in, all the girls were stunned by how beautiful the place was. The villa is incredibly spacious with amazing views, and the rooftop with the pool was the ultimate hangout spot. Cristina and Jose were super responsive and helpful with any questions we had leading up to and during our stay. Wilmer, the on-site staff member, went above and beyond to help us — from making us feel safe to giving great food and nightlife recommendations, and even running out to grab snacks and drinks for us. The two lovely women who work at the villa were so kind and welcoming. Their homemade Colombian meals were absolutely delicious and added such a warm, authentic touch to our experience. This Airbnb was truly the highlight of our trip, and having such an attentive and caring team made it even more special. 10/10 would come back!!

My friends and I stayed here for 4 nights during our trip to Cartagena, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From start to finish, the hospitality was above and beyond—especially thanks to the house staff Tatiana and Wilmer, who made us feel like VIP guests the entire time. Tatiana prepared the most delicious breakfasts every morning. It was the perfect way to start each day. Wilmer was incredibly helpful and kind, always ready to assist with anything we needed and made us feel safe. The host was also super flexible with our check-out , with staggered departures it helped us a lot. One of the highlights was that the host even arranged for in-home massages for us—such a relaxing touch that made our stay feel like a true getaway. The house itself is in a perfect location—close to everything and set in a gorgeous area that’s ideal for photos. The host communication before and during was top notch. Perfect stay for my birthday trip I highly recommend!

The house was located in the PERFECT spot!! Walkable to so many things; Restaurants, stores, the port, the walled city. Wilmer, Tatiana, and Mari were fantastic!! Accommodating and helpful from start to finish. Andrea, the concierge, was also extremely responsive and helpful in organizing activities. The house is absolutely beautiful! There was plenty of room in the house for 5 adults and 6 kids. I would highly recommend staying here. We can’t wait to go back!!!

Great location to main areas where you can find rooftops, clubs, restaurants and shopping whether it’s by walking or driving. Our security guard and cooks were exceptional. Treated us like family and with so much care.

Wilmer, Tatiana and Mari made our stay seamless. The food was amazing. We enjoyed a beautiful mix of different breakfasts every day. My husband celebrated his 50th birthday on our last night. They made an amazing meal and surprised him with decorations. The apartment was meticulously well maintained. We loved our stay!

Gorgeous, really nice staff, five rooms each with their own bathroom, one of the rooms has two beds, cute pool one floor up with an amazing view. One small note, it was hard to find - for some reason we all had to walk up and down the block a couple times when each of us first got to the place.

Fantastic airbnb! One of the best i’ve ever stayed. Cristina and Jose were super responsive and easy to deal with. Santiago and company (cook and cleaning maid) made our stay very enjoyable and we felt at home. Located 10 minute walk from all main attractions and restaurants. The rooftop was extremley spacious and had really nice views. The pool was a bit smaller than expected and is almost like an oversized hot tub as opposed to a pool but still fine for our trip. Rooms were good size and all had a seperate bathrooms. There is a few stairs to get up to the property incase that might be an issue for some people. Overall I would highly recommend, and would stay here again!

Words cant describe how amazing our stay was at this property! We had 9 guests and everyone was extremely satisfied. The hosts were so nice and quickly responded to every question we had. The security guard was a blessing and watched over us and the property so well. The ladies that cook and clean were the so nice and helpful. They cooked whatever we asked at whatever time we needed and kept the house spotless our entire stay. All three employees went above and beyond in every way possible. The house has tons of space with comfortable seating and a huge rooftop lounge area including a pool! If you’re looking for the perfect, spacious, safe and beautiful home then this is the one!! Thank you to the host and workers once again for everything!!

What an unbelievable place. Very close to tourists trapping and local art, cultural, and culinary experiences. The ababsolute standout amenity are Albert, Tatiana, and Mary!!!!!!! These three made my family of 10 feel right at home and recommi can't say enough about them. The recommended contact for excursions was also awesome. This listing could not have served us better. We were four couple visiting from Chicago! What a lovely property ! We loved the house , it was walking distance to the restaurants and must see places. Daily breakfast was amazing , house cleaned daily, nice pool area. Alberto who was helping made this property even more memorable! Alberto helped from finding places to visit, to helping us shop and even showed us some salsa moves! We would recommend this place for sure for all friends who are planing to visit this beautiful city !

Cristina and Jose were wonderful hosts and their place was very beautiful and tranquil. People who worked there were super friendly. Alber, our security man, was extremely responsible and attentive. We had a phenomenal experience from the moment we arrived! The property looked just like the photos and the staff from Albert, Tatiana and Mari went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met and that we felt just like home. Cristina & Jose from the moment we booked their property were in constant communication answering any questions I had. They were able to connect me with their concierge/ activity representative who helped me book everything from transportation to different activities for the entire trip. We were celebrating a bachelorette and we were a group of 7, every person in the group was so impressed and really enjoyed the stay. We felt extremely safe and really appreciated the warm welcome and hospitality of the staff. We enjoyed breakfast everyday at the airbnb and it was beyond incredible, we were also able to have lunch and dinner once at the airbnb and both Tatiana and Mari out together a beautiful spread of food to our liking. Was a wonderful place to stay. Was very clean and was right in the center of the city. Everything was in walking distance. Albert and the chef and the cleaning lady were all very pleasant

Just finished our stay for 6 nights with two other couples and everything was as advertised. The home is in an excellent location offering an easy walk to the walled city, the marina/port and the bustling neighborhood of Getsamani. Any other location, like Bocagrande is an easy Uber away. The home itself is beautiful with 5BRs in a similar set up, each with its own private bath. There’s also a community bathroom in the living area and the rooftop pool. There’s also an incredible staff to help support, with Tatiana and Marie handling breakfast daily, along with traditional housekeeping support. They will also create a custom dinner at your request, which we did twice and highly recommend. Alberto is the door man and security who is very helpful and offers great information to be smart in the local areas We highly recommend this Villa for all of the reasons above and you can feel confident that the post write up is 100% accurate

Traveled to Cartagena for a family wedding and stayed at Cristina & Jose's with my family, including 2 young children. The villa is situated on the 3rd & 4th (rooftop) floors of a building facing the water in the Getsemani neighborhood. The location of the villa is amazing for exploring the historic and Getsemani neighborhoods, while also being a short Uber/taxi away from Bocagrande. We had a fantastic time and I would recommend this AirBnB to anyone that wanted to visit Cartagena. The rooms were all well appointed and had very nice ensuite bathrooms. The staff (cook, housekeeper & doorman) are all fantastic. They were amazing with the children and did, or helped us, with anything we needed. Also, the rooftop is unbelievable. I think this is one of my favorite AirBnB's of all-time.

We had a pleasant time staying here. Great location inside the wall of Cartagena. 24/7 attendant made it feel safe and it was nice waking up to breakfast every morning. Would definitely stay here again

Cristina & Jose were so easy to work with! Their place was beautiful, and very safe. The staff was fabulous. Delicious cooking, and able to help us with whatever we needed. We had some power outage issues (not due to the actual house) but the owners and staff made sure to alleviate the problem. I would highly recommend this place!

Outstanding Getsemaní villa in a great location close to everything in Wall City including the marina and art district a short walk down the street. A 7 minute Uber ride to Bocagrande and Hollywood Playa is great too. The staff was awesome. I can’t say enough great things about how Albert, Mariana and Tatiyana treated us the entire week. They were super helpful for just about any question you may have. One night the ladies prepared steak, lobster, octopus’s, shrimp, etc. need I say more. Highly recommend and I plan on returning soon.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay in Cartagena. The house exceeded my expectations in every aspect. It was spotlessly clean, well decorated and equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The photos don't really do justice to how beautiful it is in person. The host was exceptionally responsive and always available for questions or needs. It provided us with great recommendations on places to visit and where to eat, which greatly enriched our experience in the city. The location of the house is ideal, with easy access to the main points of interest in Cartagena. We especially enjoyed the proximity to the beach and several restaurants and shops. I highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to spend an incredible time in Cartagena. I would certainly stay here again in the future.

One thing I was surprised that it is listed as Villa and not an Apartment because I thought Villa would be individual House Beside that everything else about the place was nice. Need to be more specific with the description of the house.

An absolutely stunning private villa that was the highlight of our trip to Colombia. The private rooms/bathrooms for all 5 couples and the amazing rooftop space made it worth every penny... not to mention the perfect location on the waterfront and a few minutes walk to all old city hot spots. The chef and doorman made us feel at home and took care of EVERYTHING. Can't recommend this place enough!

This air bnb is amazing! We loved our time there. The pool was a little small for our big group but the house is so beautiful and we loved the rooftop experience. Cristina and Jose were extremely responsive, and very proactive when we had an issue we needed help with as we were all getting ready for a wedding. I appreciate everything they helped with. The staff on site (door man, chef and cleaning) were absolutely amazing and SO friendly! We loved them and they made our experience so wonderful.

The place is well located in the historical center of the city. Lots of options to eat, drink, and shop in close proximity. Room are spacious. Breakfast was great. Pool was slightly smaller than expected. And even though gate keeper made us feel safe, we would have appreciated that he made himself more discrete. Great house and experience overall.

My friends and I truly loved Cristina and Joe’s home. It is spacious and each room had ac. The breakfast every morning was excellent we also decided to pay extra to have dinner prepared every night which was excellent. Willmer who came every night was excellent! Always there when we needed anything and very attentive at all times. Both Willmer and the morning cook were rockstars that made our stay Excellent. Thank you!

The house is totally renovated and new. The location is very close to downtown, which allows you to be away from the noise, but very close to the tourist area. The rooftop is amazing, with an excellent view for the terraced and comfortable to spend the time in a group. There is 24/7 attention from the staff in the house, which is great! Special attention from Tatiana, the cook, who was always attentive to us, breakfast schedules, and any requirements. The food is great! Albert, the landlord, always stayed in communication with us, helped us with anything that was required, and always available and helpful. Mary, the maid, has excellent service. Recommended for large groups I would definitely stay at this AirBnB again!

I've been on Airbnb for many years.. I've used it a lot in different cities and countries This place IS the BEST I've ever stayed at: - The space is incredible, it is for many people, modern, with all the amenities, well located, terrace, pool and views, really everything perfect - It is a super PLUS that have 24-hour service people. It does not take privacy from the house, since you only realize that they are there in case they are required, but they do much in attention, they do everything one requires and with the best disposition, they are charming - Hosts always respond immediately, which makes everything easy from the start There is nothing bad for saying, everything is good. The price is not cheap, but it is worth every penny super recommended!

Our stay here was incredible. The house was beautiful, comfortable, clean, and in a great location. We always felt safe. More than anything what made our stay so special were the house staff. Wilmer helped with everything and anything and Luz Maria was kind and made great food. Both the staff made us feel right at home. We would love to come back to this home in Cartagena.

Place is beyond beautiful and the service was top notch! Alfred, the cook, and cleaning crew were amazing! Highly recommend staying here for a group of 5 or more. Rooftop views were incredible. Close to everything and I had no complaints whatsoever. It’s even better in person trust me!

We were two families traveling together, 5 adults and three kids. The house is on a pretty little street across from a modern mall and a block from a big grocery store. At the end of the block you can get right up on the wall and in the other direction you can head toward the busier parts of the walled city. We appreciated that the street was much quieter than most of the walled city but still only a short walk from all the action. The house itself is really interesting with indoor and outdoor spaces to lounge. The basement bedroom is definitely small and has no windows but it’s fine for sleeping. The other bedrooms were spacious and had their own bathrooms and were very comfortable. The pool was smaller than it looks in the pictures but it was enough for the kids to have fun playing in, especially considering you’re in the middle of an old city. We chose to have the two staff be there in the morning for making the breakfast and that was a great call because they’re very nice.

This was the BEST Airbnb I have been to. Having a chef, nanny, and a housekeeper made our vacation a real vacation. Jose & Cristina are super helpful and always very responsive to everything we need. The place is amazing, with a very good location, and the best part is the incredible terrace with the pool (great for the sunset). I will definitely come back, and I recommend this Airbnb to everyone who wants to go to Cartagena. The only thing I would mention is that even though it says it accommodates up to 15 people, I would recommend (for comfort) up to 12 people.

This Airbnb was so perfect for me and my group of 8 friends and family! The location was close to everything we needed to make our stay go smoothly. Wilmer was such a pleasure to get to know and work with and helped assure that our group always felt safe! Maria kept the place neat and tidy and made us delicious breakfast and a special birthday brunch for me :) I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who wants to be close to the hustle and bustle of Cartagena while still being able to relax and enjoy the rooftop pool vibes! 10/10

Had a wonderful stay at Jose and Christinas place! The property is brand new and looked absolutely beautiful! We loved the luxury feel and the amazing views from the living room & rooftop. The housekeeping staff was incredible as well and very helpful in anything we asked. Tatiana who was the chef even packed us breakfast one morning to take with us on our boat excursion. We woke up to a delicious local breakfast every morning and even asked her to make us dinner one night- it was so delicious. Jose and Christina were very responsive with any questions I had and provided wonderful local recommendations! The location of this property is ideal because its close to getamani and old city. We found it very convenient.

The airBNB was beautiful inside! Each bedroom has its own bathroom and central AC. The pool was located on the rooftop which was nice to go to after a long day. Wilmer the doorman made us feel so safe! He let us in and out of the airBNB every time we left / came back no matter what time it was. He gave us recommendations for dinner, tours and what to steer clear from. Wilmer made us feel much safer and comfortable inside the airbnb.He washed our beach/shower towels daily, cleaned our rooms and made our beds! He was a sweetheart. We also had a cook luz who prepared breakfast for us daily that was very convenient and saved us time on our tour days.

We had an awesome stay. Place is beautiful and you can’t beat the rooftop. The hosts are extremely responsive and their on site staff were all great. Quick and easy walk to the old town. Highly recommend for a group of people.

Cristina and Jose are very responsive and accommodating, and the house staff is absolutely incredible! The location and house are great too. The house still needs a few last finishing touches, but would definitely recommend!

This house is amazing! Great location, easy to walk and watch the sunsets, great restaurants near by, the best mall in the city is steps from the house which makes shopping and entertaining very convenient. The house is clean, spacious, and beautiful. Cristina and Jose were very helpful offering suggestions to move around the city. The house has a wonderful staff. Wilmer was always very proactive, and happy to help us organize the day. Luz Marina is a great cook. Both of them were always very pleasant and made us feel home. This house is a gem in the Old City
