This impressive 19th-century villa was recently restored by one of Colombia’s finest design teams. Located in the Historic Center’s Getsemaní area, the 4,400-square-foot property features:

• Five bedrooms

• Unbeatable views of the ocean, marinas, and Historic Center
• Air conditioning throughout all bedrooms and common areas

The villa is located two blocks from the Four Seasons Hotel project.

Capacity and Sleeping Arrangements

The villa accommodates up to 15 overnight guests. The base rate applies to groups of 10 guests or fewer. Each additional guest beyond 10 is charged $65 USD per night.

There are five bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom:

• Four bedrooms have queen-size beds.
• One bedroom has a queen-size bed and a double-size bed.
• Three additional floor mattresses measure 190 × 85 × 15 centimeters.

Bedrooms

The service team follows a strict, detailed cleaning procedure to help maintain a biosecure environment.

• Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed, en-suite bathroom, hot water, television, Netflix, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning.
• Bedroom 2: California king-size bed, 100 × 190-centimeter floor mattress, en-suite bathroom, hot water, television, Netflix, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning.
• Bedroom 3: Queen-size bed, double-size bed, en-suite bathroom, hot water, television, Netflix, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning.
• Bedroom 4: Queen-size bed, 100 × 190-centimeter floor mattress, en-suite bathroom, hot water, television, Netflix, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning.
• Bedroom 5: Queen-size bed, 100 × 190-centimeter floor mattress, en-suite bathroom, hot water, television, Netflix, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning.

Two additional half bathrooms are located in the living room and on the rooftop.

Rooftop

The 2,000-square-foot rooftop offers exceptional views of the ocean and Historic Center in Getsemaní. It includes:

Staff and Services

Staff hours are as follows:

• Maid and chef: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Doorman and overnight security: 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.

Daily breakfast is included. The standard option is an American-style breakfast, and guests may ask the cook to prepare a more local variation during their stay.

Airport pickup and drop-off services are available for an additional cost.

Location

The villa enjoys a prime location in the Historic Center, with views of the ocean, marinas, and historic surroundings.

It is located on the renowned Arsenal Street:

• Two blocks from the Four Seasons Hotel project
• Two blocks from the historic fortress walls
• Three blocks from Muelle de los Pegasus marina and dock
• Four blocks from the Clock Tower
• Three blocks from the Church and Plaza de la Media Luna in Getsemaní

Outside Guests and House Rules

Outside guests may visit the villa during the day and remain until 5:00 a.m. The property allows a flexible number of outside visitors.

The number of guests included in the reservation may stay overnight without a price change. If the reservation is for fewer than 10 guests, up to 10 guests may stay without an additional charge. Guests staying beyond 10 are charged per additional guest, per night.

Please enter the total number of guests who will sleep at the villa so the system can calculate the nightly rate according to the group size.

Guests under 18 years old may enter the villa only when accompanied by their respective parents at all times.

Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-in: 3:00 p.m.
• Check-out: 11:00 a.m.

When availability permits and the following night is not booked, a late check-out until 1:00 p.m. may be possible. Guests are kindly asked to vacate the bedrooms by 11:00 a.m. so the cleaning staff can begin preparing them.

The property will keep guests informed if the night of check-out becomes booked. Luggage can be stored until 1:45 p.m. in any case.
