Excellent property!! The response from Lucero and his team was great. Any problems were resolved quickly and always with the best attitude. The house has very spacious areas and is very comfortable. Large rooms, as are the bathrooms. The pool area is perfect. I would definitely stay again and recommend it.

Amazing location and beautiful place. Super clean. We had a small issue with the front door lock but the host had it corrected instantly and was extremely helpful. Host even gave us a small refund for the inconvenience which was an amazing gesture. Highly recommend this place and working with this host. Thank you so much Juan.

We had a wonderful stay! We were a group of five, and the house had plenty of space for everyone. We never felt crowded, and the layout was very comfortable for our family. The property was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. Communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay. They were responsive and helpful. The location is another big plus. It’s in a safe, gated community with 24-hour security right at the entrance, which gave us peace of mind. There are many great restaurants nearby, and Medano Beach is about a 10-minute walk away, making it easy to explore Cabo without needing a car. Since this is Cabo, you can occasionally hear some nightlife, but it became quiet around 12:30 a.m., and we had no issues getting a good night’s sleep. Overall, we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to families or groups looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place to stay in Cabo San Lucas.

We absolutely loved our stay at Vista Velas I! The apartment was spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The three-bedroom, three-bath layout was perfect for our family, and the views overlooking the Arch were simply breathtaking. We were able to Uber everywhere with ease since the location was so convenient and close to everything. Waking up to the beautiful scenery each day made our stay even more special. We would definitely stay here again!

We cannot recommend this property. During our stay, the home lost running water for two consecutive nights, significantly disrupting our vacation. Despite spending hours communicating with the host and being told the issue was fixed, we continued to return to find the water completely out again. For our group of eight, this meant no showers, no proper handwashing, no brushing our teeth at the sinks, and unusable toilets. Multiple members of our group ultimately had to use bags because the bathrooms were no longer functional. While the host was prompt to respond and attempt repairs, the issue was never reliably resolved during our stay. The home itself is beautiful, but dependable running water is a basic necessity—not a luxury. We cannot recommend spending thousands of dollars on a property where such a critical issue occurred and was not adequately remedied.

Our stay was excellent from start to finish. The place was spotless, very comfortable and exactly as shown in the photos. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The location was very good and everything was very well organized, which made us enjoy our visit very much. It was definitely a very pleasant experience and we would stay here again. The place is just like the photos posted. He was always attentive to all the details and responded quickly to our questions. The heated pool is a 10 out of 10. We really enjoyed our stay.
