Loved the place but unfortunately it had no internet on any of the 4 days we stayed in, which was key to us, I couldn’t do most of what I had planned, the place was not cleaned properly, it had a lot of dust, a place like this must be vacuumed, I did not see the cleaning staff using vacuums, it was only cleaned in the obvious areas, the head of the beds had a ton of dust in. AC did not work for a few hours on Sunday morning which was very unfortunate but it was fixed in a timely manner, just bad timing because it failed exactly when we needed it the most. Overall, I recommend using vacuums to clean the entire place at least once a month, and to use a wet mop to clean surfaces, my allergies triggered super bad there, couldn’t sleep properly any of the days, I also recommend that they add “check WiFi router for red lights” on the cleaning staff checklist. I loved the location, amenities of the property and the architecture or the place, but I personally had a not so good experience.
