Excellent property!! The response from Lucero and his team was great. Any problems were resolved quickly and always with the best attitude. The house has very spacious areas and is very comfortable. Large rooms, as are the bathrooms. The pool area is perfect. I would definitely stay again and recommend it.

We cannot recommend this property. During our stay, the home lost running water for two consecutive nights, significantly disrupting our vacation. Despite spending hours communicating with the host and being told the issue was fixed, we continued to return to find the water completely out again. For our group of eight, this meant no showers, no proper handwashing, no brushing our teeth at the sinks, and unusable toilets. Multiple members of our group ultimately had to use bags because the bathrooms were no longer functional. While the host was prompt to respond and attempt repairs, the issue was never reliably resolved during our stay. The home itself is beautiful, but dependable running water is a basic necessity—not a luxury. We cannot recommend spending thousands of dollars on a property where such a critical issue occurred and was not adequately remedied.

The home was very beautiful and comfortable. We were lucky to be able to book it same-day, and access instructions were sent almost immediately. Lucero was very responsive and provided service that was above and beyond what we would have expected. We are already talking about when we can visit next. All of the extra amenities like the grill, putting green, fire table and, of course, pool were so nice and only added to the already wonderful experience of being in San Jose del Cabo! Highly recommended!

We had a great time at Juan’s home! It had everything we needed, felt safe and secure, and Juan was very responsive and accommodating. Our group really enjoyed it!

Stayed here for 5 days in March 2026. Juan and his team provided clear instructions for us to find the place and order grocery delivery. The home is truly STUNNING, and is so safe in a gated community. There were 6 of us and each person raved about their bedroom and how comfy the beds were. Staying in the primary suite had a huge king sized bed and walk in closet, and giant bathroom. The pool and hot tub were amazing and worked wonderfully. There are two new houses being built on either side, but this truly didn’t bother us and there was very minimal noise. Juan and his team were super responsive to answer any questions we had. It’s a short walk (15 mins) to a huge grocery store that has everything, and a an uber away from the beach. Would recommend this place in a heartbeat!! Wish I was still there :)

We booked a quick getaway to Cabo for a family of four (two teenagers, boy and girl). The space was perfect to spread out. Everyone had their own bathroom; the downstairs TV area was great to watch movies and play games. We enjoyed the outdoor living space, especially the pool, putting green, and the outdoor firepit to make s'mores. The home was very clean, especially all the linens and towels.

We had a great time. We had six in our group — many tall people and it was a great fit. We spent a lot of time in the hot tub and pool. It’s relatively close to the cities and extremely close to the nearby golf course. We also had a private chef come and we had more than enough space. Highly recommend!
