Everything excellent

We had a very pleasant weekend. The house was very clean and functional, with very good spaces in the living room, dining room and in the barbecue area, which is in very good condition. Very clean bedrooms and bathrooms. The garden is very large, very nice, and in excellent condition. We were able to play games without fear of getting hurt, since the grass is not only very well maintained but also very level. The pool water is clean and at a very good temperature, as is the jacuzzi (with very warm water at all times). The only issue is that the jacuzzi mechanism didn't work, which would have allowed us to enjoy it even more. The neighborhood where the house is located is very nice and quiet and has security surveillance. Verónica was very kind from the moment of booking until the end, in addition to being very responsive to our requests regarding both check-in and check-out times, and being attentive during our stay. Thank you very much. From the moment we arrived, Mr. Jesús was very kind and attentive.

An incredible experience from start to finish! From the time we made the reservation, the host was extremely communicative, pleasant, and attentive in the days leading up to our stay. On the day of check-in, it was very easy to contact her to find the place. Once in the house, we immediately felt happy. It completely exceeded our expectations and is even nicer than what you see in the photos. The house is beautiful and, in addition, the place has a person who was always looking out for us and helped us with any issues. Totally recommended!

A very pleasant experience, the house is very spacious with each of the features mentioned; if you are going as a family, it is the right house. Each four has its privacy and what is necessary. The garden and pool are extremely comfortable and spacious so that everyone could be where they wanted. Both Veronica and Jesus were very attentive. From the beginning, Vero responded quickly to any questions we had. The only drawback I would mention is the pool🥺, the water was cold. Although the Jacuzzi did heat up. The pool was not wider and that limited everyone's enjoyment. Other than that, it's a very, very comfortable place to stay and I would return 🥰

The house turned out to be better than what was shown in the photos. All rooms are duplexes, with a mezzanine that allows an entire family to stay in each one without feeling cramped. The garden is very large and very well maintained, and the pool and jacuzzi were a source of continuous fun for the 8 children we brought. The 2 meals we prepared on the Argentine-style grill with burgers and roast beef were a resounding success. The icing on the cake was Jesus, the caretaker of the house, who was always very attentive and helpful to our needs. There is no doubt that it will be my official weekend accommodation every time I return to Cuernavaca.

A very cozy place to enjoy the holidays

We had a pleasant stay. The house is exactly as shown in the photos. The service was very good. Everything was very good in general. The only bad thing is that we couldn't use the pool because the water is very cold. We only recommend changing the heating system and it would be the ideal house.

My extended family gathered for five days at Veronica's. We all traveled to Cuernavaca from abroad expecting to relax for a few days and enjoy each other's company and this place proved to be ideal! The place is in a very safe location, walking distance to Hotel Sumiya, is very clean and spacious. All the rooms were clean and spacious, and the common area under the "palapa" was the perfect spot to hang out, grill, and eat. The parking area has space for up to four cars. Verónica is the ultimate hostess, very prompt to reply and extremely cordial and professional. Thanks for helping us enjoy a memorable get-together!

Amazing place

The house is really like in the photos, it is very large and with a good location, it is in a condominium with surveillance. The hosts are always attentive, I requested the cook service and very well. The only thing I would put is the noise of the music, it was the surveillance of the condominium so that we could get it down about 8 pm, but from there everything is very good. Yes I recommend.

The house is just like the photos, very comfortable to go with family and children who really enjoyed the pool that was in a good temperature for being summer. The kitchen well equipped with crumbs and pots, there is nothing to season only a salt pan so you have to bring what is used, the independent and very comfortable bedrooms. The house is beautiful in every way, from the location to the rooms and the pool. Veronica is super friendly and is always attentive to everything you need, as are Mr. Jesús and his wife, who, by the way, cooks delicious food and always has a big smile ✨️😊 The pool is perfect. We thought that since it only had solar panels, it would be cold, but we were really surprised that the temperature was always very comfortable, especially with the heat. The rooms are very spacious and impeccable, so the whole family enjoyed it very much. I just think it would be good to add a standing fan in the downstairs room because the heat gets trapped a little around the king-size bed, but other than that, everything's amazing. ❤️✨️ It's definitely an ideal place for large families. They'll enjoy it a lot.

Had a sensational stay at Veronica’s home. Large space with enough room for our big family. Home and pool were clean and Jesus was around for anything we needed. My only gripe is that it’s in a gated community and it’s a little far to get to shops and food. Wasn’t that big of an issue though as everyone just wanted to be at the pool and relax. Would stay here again.

The place was amazing and as described, Jesus the person that takes care of the place is outstanding and always willing to help. There were some issues with the warm water but this were resolved throughout the day. We wish the pool was heated but the grill area and garden area made up for it. Definitely would stay again!

If you are looking for a house for large families like mine, this is the perfect house, there were 16 of us and we all fit perfectly well in the rooms. The kitchen, living room, and dining room also have enough space to be very comfortable. The house is very clean and all the services are working 100%. The barbecue and bar in the garden area is a 10, as well as the pool and jacuzzi. Communication with Veronica was always excellent, I would definitely rent this house again.

The house was as pictured and very spacious for the 12 of us that stayed. We had 4 families together for a family reunion and it was nice for each family to have their own room with 2 beds and a private bathroom. We were fortunate to have amazing weather for the week of our stay. Everyone enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and the outdoor dining space. The neighborhood was secure and beautiful.
