The property is beautiful, impeccable, and communication with the host was excellent. Just keep in mind that the quiet policy is quite strict, so it's not ideal if you're looking to have a noisy gathering or event.

We had a very pleasant weekend. The house was very clean and functional, with very good spaces in the living room, dining room and in the barbecue area, which is in very good condition. Very clean bedrooms and bathrooms. The garden is very large, very nice, and in excellent condition. We were able to play games without fear of getting hurt, since the grass is not only very well maintained but also very level. The pool water is clean and at a very good temperature, as is the jacuzzi (with very warm water at all times). The only issue is that the jacuzzi mechanism didn't work, which would have allowed us to enjoy it even more. The neighborhood where the house is located is very nice and quiet and has security surveillance. Verónica was very kind from the moment of booking until the end, in addition to being very responsive to our requests regarding both check-in and check-out times, and being attentive during our stay. Thank you very much. From the moment we arrived, Mr. Jesús was very kind and attentive.

Everything was great. Vero was very attentive and helpful, and the house was quite nice, with a pool, bathrooms, and everything. We will definitely return.

An incredible experience from start to finish! From the time we made the reservation, the host was extremely communicative, pleasant, and attentive in the days leading up to our stay. On the day of check-in, it was very easy to contact her to find the place. Once in the house, we immediately felt happy. It completely exceeded our expectations and is even nicer than what you see in the photos. The house is beautiful and, in addition, the place has a person who was always looking out for us and helped us with any issues. Totally recommended!

Veronica and Jesus' service is extraordinary. But the house is not ready for summer in Cuernavaca. I understand that it doesn't have air conditioning, but the ceiling fans are very small, tall and old, and they no longer move air. In the rooms, there's a ceiling fan and one that they give you that I think was one of the first fans that existed in Mexico. They don't provide ANY AIR. The heat at night is unbearable, no matter how much they tell us that in the summer, the heat… an air conditioner from the supermarket for $200 pesos is more than enough. These didn't do that. Veronica was very unresponsive about this. She immediately tells you that the listing doesn't mention air conditioning (which no one disputed) and that she responds quickly and provides games for children... (she doesn't understand that these are different things; the house is not designed or suitable for the normal summer heat in Cuernavaca. And the rooms don't have curtains, so either you go with people you really trust or you close the windows and melt… or wait for winter 🤷♂
